  8. First of all, abortion was not widely criminalized in 1776. Second, the Fourteenth Amendment was passed AFTER the Civil War. Third, a husband and father cannot be forced to donate a pint of blood to save his pregnant wife's life. We all agree it is monstrous to refuse, no argument. The state STILL cannot force him. That is because the Fourteenth Amendment protects bodily integrity and autonomy. This is implicit in the concept of liberty. Or, used to be. I have an idea: end school massacres and sex trafficking of 14-year-olds. Try that first. See if you can. One court reconsidering abortion, another trying Ghislaine Maxwell. Awkward.

  21. Great question. Where is the sense of justice?? The reason private corporations in the US removed alleged harassers from their jobs was because after an internal INVESTIGATION, they determined that the corporation could be held legally liable for not removing a perpetrator once they knew other employees were in fact harassed by that person in the workplace. In other words, the victim would be the one who would ultimately be unable to earn a living in that job unless the corporation took action, and failure to act would not be fair or legal under Title VII. Not one point applies: no investigation, none of these accusers have to work with Russell Brand, none of these accusers are even known, and Russell Brand does not work for YouTube. Literally nothing.
