😂😂😂 Not really

Read Robert Whitaker, Anatomy of an Epidemic -- from 2010. It's about the epidemic of mental illness, brought to you in part by the big pharmaceutical corporations. SAME PLAYBOOK. It is truly stunning.
1
Just more training for us to accept the unacceptable.
1
There are Americans who would say, "is your epilepsy MY problem? I am a slave to your epilepsy." This gives you some idea why Pfizer, etc., can do what they do.
1
Actually, he filed in state court. The federal government is prohibited from interfering now. It's a strict line, one of the few.
1
What a shame the vaccine fails to prevent COVID. I agree.
1
Now you know why they cannot admit the true origin of this virus and are claiming the vaccines are just fine, too. Now is a good time to reread Glenn Greenwald: Liberty and Justice for Some. Find out how the powerful are shielded from having to take any responsibility for their actions, while we suffer for our own mistakes and theirs, of course. Someone has to.
1
@GavinLawson-v7c PRECISELY. Why do you think I suggested multivariate analysis? Too bad it is costly and time consuming, and there are such strong material disincentives to conducting a careful, thorough, and wholly unbiased multivariate analysis. Too bad, yup.
1
🤣🤣🤣
1
On second thought, not like The Onion. No one could make this up.

I'm not a doctor and cannot give advice, but what I have been doing since before the pandemic is doing careful research on the foods and other health habits that reduce inflammation in the body. I use the peer-reviewed journals, which have lots of articles on the subject now, and sources like Linus Pauling Institute. It's a lot of work, but I started doing it when I was a caregiver for my father. I believe people can rebuild their health. Don't despair! 😊
1
Dr. Campbell, a trillion seconds is well over 31,000 years.
1
@SterileNeutrino Exactly what I fear. This virus wasn't particularly dangerous. Hmm.
1
@Parkupton No, I don't care for that literature.
1
The fact that this was a coincidental finding should sound alarm bells AND immediate study. These drugs need to be suspended until further studies are completed.
1
@rebeccar1036 This was not known at the time. It SHOULD have been. There are even questions about the integrity of the trials, obviously.
1
@nchevrea Exactly
1
@tluk1900 That, too.
1
@tluk1900 By the way, Kim Iversen's interview of Ed Dowd is fantastic -- just dropped.
1
We once understood the meaning of "risk."
1
I found the Paul-Ehrlich-Institut safety report, English language version. You might want to take a peek, to verify. It is always a good idea to go to primary sources to verify anything a politician says.
1
@pmm8621 I'm an attorney with special expertise in federal expert witness testimony. Try barking up a different tree. I take nothing at face value, but consider the literature in BMJ, JAMA, NEJM, and so forth. I understand science, philosophy of science, and minored in advanced math, too.
1
@pmm8621 So you joined just this summer, for this purpose? Cha-ching, I hope. Then I would understand.
1
YES, this is disgraceful.
1
On top of everything else, being lied to is very deeply stressful. It does not honor the bereaved or permit them to mourn. No one can recover with this weight on them.
1
@connieskinner4069. Are they vaccinated?
1
@HyperVaccinated some do, yeah But it's not a magic word.
1
@thesleepstate Back up your accusation that Campbell put anyone at risk. How? By demonstrating that these rushed vaccines are neither as safe nor as effective as they were claimed to be? You do know that fully vaccinated and multiply boosted people are dying from COVID anyway? And no, not merely in rare cases. Immunity from liability for injuries, full patent protection, and mandates -- even with proof that a vaccine prevents transmission, but certainly when there is no such evidence -- are radically inconsistent. Jonas Salk tested the polio vaccine on himself and declined to pursue patent protection. In a real emergency, patents are lifted and scientists share data as quickly as possible.
1
No one ever said they weren't. If a drug has enough of the characteristics of a vaccine to be considered one, does that mean it has ALL of the characteristics of a vaccine? Is "vaccine" a magic word?
1
@jennireid6537 Must be US. No other country is doing this.

Here is a quote from the current CDC website: "In the first ten months that COVID-19 vaccines were available, they saved over 200,000 lives and prevented over 1.5 million hospitalizations in the United States. This is the purpose of these vaccines: to save lives and prevent severe disease. They can also reduce the risk of Long COVID." That's the most they can say for it? Seriously? You vaccine tens upon tens of millions, most of them involuntarily, and most of them at no significant risk of hospitalization or death, with a vaccine known not to prevent disease or prevent spread, and known to have significant side effects, for this? That's assuming it is true that it saved "200,000" lives. I've had people scream at me that it saved "millions of lives." The CDC today says no such thing. That said, only multivariate analysis can give us some insight into what is going on. I also suspect a lot of excess deaths are due to COVID. Perhaps multiple infections combined with multiple boosters weakens the immune system. A lot of European doctors suspect that to be a risk.
1
This is how science should be approached. A higher risk post-vaccination is not proof of causation. A lot of things are possible: people who had COVID prior to vaccination, or were exposed to COVID after vaccination and did not know it, might be at much higher risk. The lack of careful investigation and candor by the CDC et al. is infuriating.
1
He cited his peer-reviewed sources. Go examine it. Involves reading and stuff.
1
@ladyboni This is why multivariate analysis is so hard to do, takes a long time, and is expensive. In other words, what are the chances it will be done?
1
If Kennedy is confirmed, we'll get the truth? Well then we can be sure he will not be confirmed. If you apply for a federal job, you still must prove vaccination. I just saw that yesterday, on job postings.
1
Any of us can click the link to the Australian government website and see for ourselves that AZ was discontinued three weeks ago due to a serious side effect attributed to the vaccine: thrombosis with thrombocytopenia (TTS), and AZ no longer in use there, for anyone. The reason is the side effect. It says so right there.
1
@fionamcgrath8982 Oh? I realized it when Paul Allen developed a highly treatable form of cancer and Gates immediately moved to push him out of Microsoft. Then his conduct during the antitrust trial was another tell. Granted, the extent of his relationship with Epstein was yet to be revealed. Explain to me why Trump couldn't simply hear RFK Jr. out? It's not like he needed to DO anything, like fire Fauci or renew the moratorium on GoF research. Just hear the man out. See what he has to say.
1
@fionamcgrath8982 Let's see if my post stays disap . . .
1
@fionamcgrath8982 Maybe mentioning Paul Allen is forbidden? Or could it be J. Eps . . . ? J. E. did come later. In any case, I guess we have to believe you, although . . . It's un truthy.
1
@fionamcgrath8982 My real reply . . . Cents errr . . .
1
If there ever was any reasonable benefit for anyone young, relative to the risk, by the time Delta was over, so was the alleged benefit. This vaccine was unacceptably dangerous for nearly every group, at every point. With fair and complete warnings, perhaps some people over 50 with genuine (not cosmetic) obesity might have been rational in taking it -- 18 months ago, that is.
1
Yup, this is what our governments are responsible for, now.
1
@Denali1600 She told you: she got the numbers from Worldometer.
1
He just endorsed the Precautionary Principle. I guess the statistical significance discussion was over some people's heads.
1
In teen boys?
1
In people over 50 or who are overweight or diabetic, I'm sure it is much higher. Dr. Campbell got his vaccination and booster.
1
@iansmith8731 Well, I just stated a known fact and was immediately censored. The response to your claims happens to be well known by anyone with a solid education, in any profession. I'm done arguing with people who confidently state the received misinformation.
1
@iansmith8731 It's not anecdotal at all. You have absolutely no business chiding me, after making an assertion not generally known to be accurate, and in fact highly questionable according to the CDC itself. We are talking primarily about minors here, and I have experience in representing them in civil rights cases. Blocking you from my feed.
1
@iansmith8731 Absolutely nothing I have stated is anecdotal in the least, whether censored or allowed to stand. I'm a math lover, and majored in it for fun. In fact, I'll go do some logic puzzles now to clear my palate. Gaslighter.
1
@iansmith8731 Oh now I get it. Joined last spring, to do this. Please be responsible and cut it out. Or are the principles of sound argumentation unknown to you? False, misleading, or unsupported claims about any medical intervention get people to mistrust doctors unduly, and cause serious harm in the long run. (We hope kids will have a very long run.)
