@ezerasurfr Not only that, but all the COVID vaccines are working exactly as they should: the extremely rare cases of COVID after full immunization are very mild, and none have been deadly. That shows the unwanted immune enhancement is not happening. If it were, someone would have rapidly progressing, deadly COVID after full vaccination. Literally no one does.

TRUTHNTRADITION I guess every guy into BDSM can choke his high girlfriend then, and get away with it. Good to know.
8
@Leo-ty2nl The press could not call Chauvin a murderer, until today, but any opinion writer who wanted to say that in his opinion, the verdict should be guilty, and explained his reasons for thinking so, would be protected by the First Amendment. The standard for defamation of a public figure is not as subjective as stated in the other post.
8
@Israel-nb7ip His source money to invest in Tesla and become Chairman of the Board was from "financial engineering" with Peter Thiel. He pushed out the principal founder. Another Tesla Edison story! How ironic.
8
"Are the wages of work being REIMAGINED?" THIS clown has a job?
8
They would never have asked him. HE would have asked THEM.
8
@xstatic-ow5mz Two people, both fully vaccinated, who were getting regular tests? What guideline is that?
7
@deetrixreed8961 She was going to use MeToo to have Dore deplatformed, or at least to cause him to lose his audience, if he didn't stop criticizing her. And she still had the written note from seven years ago as her "proof" that he's a sexual harasser. Why are you playing dumb? This has been his living for the past 15 months. Are you a child?
7
Exactly. Heavy on principle, no personal drama.
7
This is aging worse and worse. Try honesty. It might help you.
7
One more point: It is essential that Trump NOT get away with this.
7
@iamwhoyousayiam6773 That was a nice suggestion. He didn't tell Kyle who to be friends with. He said if ___ is your friend, let them know it's not cool to threaten people with MeToo to stop them from legitimately criticizing you.
7
@sopheakko697 The economy is arranged so that not everyone will find a job. If they did, who would volunteer for the armed forces? In any case, full employment would force up all wages, no law needed. Every time unemployment falls really low and hard, "something happens." Haven't you noticed?
7
Kyle. Who are you kidding? If you had a girlfriend who weaponized MeToo to get someone banned from this media, you would either drop her, or you'd be too madly in love with her to drop her. Either way, you'd feel a chill down your spine. You'd be scared.
7
@giombi15 Dore agrees with you. That is why he delivered a formal apology, in writing, promised never to make crass jokes like that again, also in writing, and gave Ana a small gift -- SEVEN YEARS AGO. And now, because Ana does not like the criticism she so richly deserves, she brings it up. To make Dore stop "running his mouth." And reminds him of the note. And takes a SWIPE at his WIFE. Um . . . Yeah. It really doesn't matter what you think of Jimmy. You don't abuse someone like Ana did, to get your way. She achieved a lot of what she was after. She misjudged Aaron Mate's power in journalism, but she knew that Jimmy's blue collar cultural background and his personal trauma would make him an easy target.
7
Kyle's not worth it.
7
@jman75234 Make Biden veto it. For the whole world to see.
7
Effectiveness and safety are two separate questions, always. Safety of vaccine is measured against risk from the illness you're vaccinating against. Make testing easily available and you will have a great case for a "vaccine or test" mandate. That way, people can schedule their boosters without worry, too. When your vaccine wears off, then it's time to test, Kyle. ;) After all, you took Johnson and Johnson. ;)
7
JIMMY COMMENTING LIVE. Starting out with praise of Kyle, and thanking him for certain things he says here.
7
You're right. It is time to force a real change.
7
@socktier6334 What I can't figure out is why you are not ashamed.
7
@Ethangelion1.11 He should have been charged with first degree murder. He did not approach Floyd initially with the intent to kill him, but when Floyd went limp and Chauvin continued to kneel, and resisted pleas to get up, by then he HAD intent. Read some cases where ordinary people, not police, were convicted of first degree murder for that very reason.
7
No, he didn't have to "deal with this." He could have posted a dozen of his news videos in response to every false accusation of not doing the news. That's what he could have done.
7
@extract8058 Oops, I'm not Western. We don't cry over the human condition. Your specialty.
7
When this guy had his first jobs, you could work your way through state college by working full time all summer, and part time all year, for $3.00 to $5.00 per hour. Right. That covered it.
6
@synchronium24 Oh! But she would be willing to keep quiet again about this nefarious sexual beast of a harasser -- provided he stops criticizing HER! Why did Ana "sit" on the story for seven years, so to speak? MeToo started a few years ago. Where was she then?
6
The Ghey Mantis The adults in every other developed country HAVE health insurance. She didn't say she can't pay her other bills. You get good at what you do by doing it all the time. The US doesn't have the best artists, writers, etc., just the richest.
6
The Ghey Mantis P. S. You forgot to blame her and jeer at her for having health conditions. You're losing your stride.
6
The Ghey Mantis Wait. Are you angry because everyone is not willing to submit? Because some people still have dreams? YIKES
6
@mattdillon4398 He argued in court that nothing he says is fact, but opinion and entertainment, and hence not defamatory. More important, he argued his audience realizes this. What needs to happen?
6
@sensible1163 Nicely said. One single billionaire could give each homeless American $12,000 with 5% of his fortune. In other words, he would not feel it.
6
LOL
6
Her aim was to prevent Dore from heaping the criticism her "journalism" so richly deserves by reminding him that she still had his apology note from seven years ago, and taking a swipe at his wife for good measure -- just in case Dore didn't know what she is capable of, if he keeps "running his mouth." Why do you think she sent the message? She has a platform, she could have simply presented to the world what a horrible harasser Jimmy Dore is, without sending him any messages, much less referencing the apology note he wrote to her seven years ago, or suggesting he thought she was sexier than his wife. No. Most people are not dumb. This isn't going to work, either.
6
@_fukunicorn_164 Payment? The thing of value Ana sought was obviously to make Dore shut up. That was the benefit she clearly sought. Or, what do you think the DM was for? Did Weinstein's victims first send him a DM? Or did they just look for the proper venue to tell their stories? Is there some reason to alert a harasser that you intend to expose him? I suggest you listen to Greenwald's analysis.
6
@mirasbrush4607 Why does anyone cooperate with this scam, and jeer at the people who work hard but cannot make ends meet no matter how reasonably they live? That is what I do not see in other societies. In other countries, everyone knows the system is rigged. They don't usually go into overdrive to blame the victim and let the perps off the hook, like they do here. A handful do, but this constant barking is not the norm anywhere else. What gives??
6
Tweeting was all Trump had to do to hold on to his base, and he was President. They are taking a page from his playbook.
6
Thanks! You're great. And that was simple, wasn't it?
6
Glenn Greenwald just dropped an outstanding video and at the end he addressed Chomsky so perfectly, with sensitivity and intelligence. He's the only one I've seen do that so far, and he is friends with Chomsky. Of course he disagreed with the statements, while praising the man.
6
@memebump7612 Nice choices ya got there. Orange Caligula or The Mummy.
6
@stevek5600 No, he doesn't. He panders to YOU, because being a lawyer and building actual cases is hard work, and duping people is easy. WHY DOESN'T SHAPIRO DEFEND POLICE IN COURT? He has the Harvard law degree to do it.
6
And he lived separately from them.
6
@jeffreylebowski4927 Maybe they don't want to reach out to real people, who would be scared to death if a former boss threatened them. That's what working class feels like.
6
Tucker got a defamation lawsuit dismissed because everyone knows that he just voices his opinions for fun. None of them are presented as true.
6
Kyle is not only not a lawyer, he has astoundingly poor instincts. Defamation suits are not intended to stifle speech or deplatform anyone. A plaintiff in California with a judgment in hand couldn't get defamatory reviews on Yelp removed -- no demand for deplatforming, just the proven defamation itself. Defamation suits are designed to prevent falsehoods published maliciously from making money for the liar who broadcast them, while the target's life is ruined.
5
@theONE-mb1wy Correct. Threat to go nuclear to have Dore deplatformed if he didn't shut up = depriving him and his wife of their livelihood during COVID, when they can't do live shows. (Or is the concept of actually being working class still too tough for you? He's a former bricklayer who had a medical bankruptcy despite being insured, and Stef taught high school English.)
5
OH BOY. Kyle, I'm thinking you're too nice, to the point of naivete. I am sincere. TYT is attempting to have Dore deplatformed. I.e., to deprive him and his wife of their livelihood. I.e., this is a guy who laid bricks for a living, and was forced to declare medical bankruptcy despite being insured. No, it's not about dressing one way or another, or saying crass things, or whatever. It's about Jimmy and Stef's livelihood. COVID. They aren't able to do live shows. Please get a clue, hon. Please get a clue.
5
@limitedtime5471 Uhh!! That's sexist! Just kidding.
5
And that giving full immunity to vaccine manufacturers is not wise, either. Not to mention funneling money to Osama bin Laden.
5
Jimmy's not upset that you're not taking his side. You're not that important. Not anymore.
5
@ezerasurfr Thank you so much for this reference. Super!!
