I'm so glad you referenced those lifted Legacy sedans! I always thought those were so cool and the Polestar 2 evokes that vibe (in a good way). Love the styling inside and out on this one. There are so many cool Volvo details, too - I love how the turn signal click sounds like a finger snap!
36
Two of them! Headphones are mandatory for this one. Hearing the V12s reverberate off of their surroundings and play off of each other is the stuff dreams are made of. Edit: OMG the G37 that tries to hang at 10:45 can absolutely not hang. Always a G37
36
Okay that little Honda logo animation when you closed the door was adorable!!
35
That gearbox and its programming are delicious. The super aggressive downshifts in sport+ are awesome, but the lighting fast upshifts that bring the revs down right back into the party zone are also hilarious!!
35
This car is so beautiful. I LOVE these POV videos of these old machines - I'm pretty young, so I don't have much exposure to them. I love how the tachometer is always trying its best to represent what's going on with the engine, but it can't quite cut it haha
34
Looks like a total blast! Love your thoughts on the C8, and the POV footage really captures the sense of occasion with it (like always). I'm worried that the regular C8's biggest problem is that the Z06 exists now
34
Love how you've had two vehicles with triple wipers featured this week! Also, today I learned that "knock off" wheels doesn't always mean replicas
34
Also let's not forget 5:38 - "You wanna do a powerslide out of that corner?" "I don't know if I can..." "I can!" Legend
32
Shoutout to the person in the Focus ST that rearranged their vertebrae on that speed bump!
31
Ahh yes, the Audi Squate. The little brother to the Risquate!
31
Love everything about this car. So rad. The interior is a total smokeshow
31
Chalk wheels and steel brakes! Keeping those wheels looking clean must be a full time job 8:20 - Definitely laughed at the distorted B U F F E T I N G. Poor mics
31
So glad we have some real drivers getting behind the wheel of this thing! A three row crossover is definitely not on the top of my list but I'm so excited for this new platform and where Mazda is going.
31
I'd hate to add another comment to the pile of complaints regarding the front end, but, wow, it really stands out against the white paint. The front of the G80 looks exactly how the F80 sounds... gruff and garish. Luckily. it seems that the S58 sounds better than the S55, but BMW had to figure out some other way to hurt our senses.
30
The interior is worse than my Fiesta!! I LOVE IT!!!!!
29
Love that you reapplied the plastic cover over the end of the charge cable when stowing it back in the trunk. I don't know why that's so satisfying, but it is!
29
ANGLES ANGLES ANGLES ANGLES. Also how the heck can you make an Elantra review so entertaining haha
28
"I'm not rich enough for that problem" đ
24
Stowing the 8th seat away under the load floor is really trick packaging. Reminds me of the stow n' go Caravan feature
24
It's funny how so much bark comes out of those tiny tailpipes. Also the RX-8 comparison was wild but I totally see it!
23
NC Miata!! Everyone sleeps on it. The chassis is miles ahead of NA and NB, the optional 6 speed has snappy gearing, the motor actually makes power, the soft top operation is so easy (and the soft top NC is LIGHTER than the Mazdaspeed NB!). ALSO, they're CHEAP!
23
"You wanna try launch control?" passes state trooper

We absolutely need to tackle passenger car emissions in the USA, and Iâm glad weâre seeing genuinely good EV efforts from all sorts of manufacturers. However, switching everyone to vehicles that weigh 25% more than their ICE counterparts has negative implications for infrastructure that we havenât yet grappled with at scale. That, and the rare earth metals required to build the bulky ~100kWh batteries that Americans want (but maybe donât need) has poor implications for the countries that happen to be sitting on reserves of these resources. The EV craze, if not considered more carefully, could turn the DRC into the next UAE. Destabilizing a country for a greenwashing campaign is just repeating history. Letâs just build more fucking trains already
20
2023 pricing is unreal, crazy that GM just slashed it down to 28k. EVs don't help us much unless they're accessible!
19
chinchy111 Yield does not mean âenter lane at 40.â Itâs much easier to position yourself in the lane and merge with the rest of the traffic if youâre doing the same speed as they are. And merging in front of someone at their own rate of speed (or higher) is an acceptable outcome
19
Finally! Something that can handle those huge yellow speed bumps
19
I love this video because it teaches us the value of slowing down and appreciating our natural surroundings. Somehow, the 6-figure Bentley isn't the envy here, it's the destination. Sometimes, automotive videos are at their best when the car takes the back seat
18
RS 3? More like ARREST ME
18
I've really been enjoying your slow-panning shots of the cars, especially the detail shots. Really get Gran Turismo garage vibes from it
18
This car is an absolute heartthrob! Even through the video, you can tell the gearing and exhaust add so much more to the table. Love the spec too. I also really dig how the vanity plate doesnât look like a vanity plate đ
18
3:36 - Hahaha the key-in-ignition chime sounds like a low health alert in a video game. I love this thing
18
Thumbs up for âpolar moment!â
17
I'm just gonna say it... I've always liked the Mk5 supra and I feel like this one is just a different flavor of a good thing. What's not to like?
17
There's only one correct answer - Stephen!
17
Ian Callum's little brother, Moray Callum, is the VP of design at Ford Motor ;)
17
âToo old for rice cars!â AGE IS JUST A NUMBER!!
16
Really jealous of how the Civic Si just seems like a nice place to be. My Fiesta ST is pretty claustrophobic and, after 35,000 miles, it's starting to show its supercheap supermini roots. Everyone is hyper-focused on what the Civic Si doesn't have, but it has so much going for it for the price. The value is really there.
16
Drop dead gorgeous. I need a moment
16
My friend has one of these with a manual as well! It was a special moment when he first tossed me the keys. Crazy how approachable it is given the performance
16
More POV car wash vids? Theyâre oddly satisfying. Please and thank you đ
15
What? There's evidence right in front of you that "this guy" CAN'T control a fast Porsche. Ben Chen can't control anything other than mindless followers like you. Boy bye
15
I've definitely gotten away with some stuff. Manners and just being forthcoming seem to go a long way.
15
DIVERTING ALL POWER TO MAIN THRUSTERS
14
That license plate frame đ chef's kiss
13
Absolutely incredible car, itâs crazy how they nailed everything. Also big props for giving cyclists space! 16:12
13
I need a cigarette after watching this video
13
I really liked the conversation about responsible driving and being around people you trust, people that are grounded and know the risks. Thatâs what I like about my Miata - I can be banging the gears and giving it the beans and Iâm not going fast enough to get in serious trouble. Itâs been a great journey so far to experiment with how a car handles and behaves without having to go much faster than the speed limit
13
seriously the funniest quip in the vid!
13
Cop spotting with Tedward!
12
Lane keep assist is totally not necessary with the doors off!
