  21. Not entirely true. I live in a hot tropical country in South East Asia. Average day temp 30 degrees C. Cases still going up. Heat may slow spreading rate but not eliminate it entirely. Our experience for past 2 months. We are at close to 200 with thankfully zero death. But the number can only increase.
