@Lucretia9000 here's my Next Doctor casting idea: Hugh Laurie.

Honestly I think a great idea for a Terminator film plot would be a nanomachine enhanced human supersoldier from like 500 years AFTER the defeat of the machines returning to the past to prevent Judgement Day, and is successful because they have technology so far advanced than old humans or even the machines that they're both laughably weak enemies. That could be entertaining, almost like Terminator meets Doctor Who lol.

To be fair, this was the first time EVER that the Dothraki have lost. They're entirely undefeated from when we met them in the pilot episode.

As someone who straddles that line between 'eras', born in 1983 and had 9/11 happen to start my senior year of HS, it's weird. I'm not quite a very young Xer or a eldrly Millennial. I grew up playing outside and having cell phones and the internet. I remember being a kid and life being yes, a bit boring, then the promise of the new millennium, immediately snuffed by hey now all these people hate and want to kill you because reasons and we're forever at war. I'd take the boring pre-9/11 days back for sure. The anxiety of boredom is great and preferable once you've experienced the anxiety of FEAR, of terror.

I read a review before I saw Northman in the theater, and its said 'It's Hamlet with Vikings", and I'm like I'M IN. I've never been so amped in a theater than in the Berserker scene around the campfire before that long single take raid. I wanted to start a fight with someone nearby for no reason lol. Great film. Beautifully shot, historically compelling. It's a tragedy it's not doing well at the box office.

I'm still here because I was not told to go away now...

Anthony Star as Superman, that's all you had to say. After the amazingness that was Banshee, I'm all-in on whatever he's in.

NO ONE is going to mention the death of Ser Jorah Mormont? That he fought to the death to fulfill his oath to his queen? That as a Knight he deserves the ultimate honors for fending off an entire army singlehandedly and redeems himself for all the wrongs of his past? Why are we ignoring this, the manliest, most macho part of the episode?

You mean Industrial Society and its Future (1995), by U.C. Berkeley professor Dr. Theodore Kaczynski, PhD? He has a recently published sequel out, btw. 'Anti-Tech Revolution: Why and How. It has good reviews. https://www.amazon.com/dp/1944228004/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabt1_VbQTFb9A19WRR

Yeah but, it has a bunch of COOL SCENES! Everyone likes cool scenes. Put enough Cool Scenes together and soon you have a movie, right?

"John is still excommunicated from the High Table, the global governing body of assassin's" Fuckin' UNIONS, amirite?

Arya is needed to kill The Zombie Mountain, so that Jamie is clear to kill Cersei. Prediction made.

Problem with the male characters...they all seem to die lol

That movie was idiotic. Whoa, I have superman powers, better go fuck with the people that care about me rather than getting revenge on my bullies that deserve it, lol. Wtf?

With all the criticism of the liquid metal antagonist, the T Juan Thousand, here I'm starting to think people actually HAVE forgotten T2. The T-1000 and up models are infiltration units, they're DESIGNED TO BE BLAND, to NOT stand out, to NOT draw attention to themselves in any way, unlike the T-800s that were obvious with their size and behavior. The most menacing, dangerous villain is the one you never see coming until it's too late.

Now wait, he's British, does that count as white? I thought only us Americans were evil white people these days.

It's a great tragedy that it took me far longer to figure out what "QOTD" meant in that tiktok video than was saved by abbreviating it.
