Himars has only resulted in more dead russians
1
Where ?
1
20-30% only if you consider karsnodar and Voronezh Ukraine
1
50/50 Georgian and ossetian
1
@ianc8054 we've seen Ukraine victories in Kherson, Kharkiv , Lyman, bilohorivka, Chernkhiv, irpin , Sumy , snake Island and so on and so forth
1
What about Kherson
1
@lazaryanya9407 Did nato attack Russia ? Nato is a defensive pact . Is it terrible that Russia wouldn't be able to attack its neighbours
1
@lazaryanya9407 Yugoslavia ≠ Russia . If Russia wanted nato not advance it shouldn't have bombed georgia in 1992 or Moldova in 1991 . The only reason Russia dislikes nato is because Russia can't uses it military to oppress nato members m Crimea wouldn't have happened if Ukrainie was a member of nato
1
@lazaryanya9407 also out of existence is exaggerating it somewhat . Like 1400 people died because of the bombings
1
When ?
1
For every one American 10 Vietnamese died and 12 talibs
1
@mrlover4310 Vietnamese had fighters equal the west Problems in these wars wasn't really loosing on the ground but a lack of will to fight and general incapability of American policy makers to understand other cultures. USA could've stayed in Afghanistan another 20 years and litterally the exact same thing would've happened
1
Why such russophilia
1
Russia threatened and bullied numerous nations
1
T-90 has been used
1
@user-fl8qk3xs7p basically the entire russian army
1
So you support might is right
1
@Mr.Septon yeah but what about the treaties which Russia signed that forbid it from taking control over Crimea . Shouldn't these be upheld regardless of the populations demands
1
@Mr.Septon the Kharkiv pact was signed in 2014 . Why shouldn't treaties be respected over the opinions of people . Not to mention allowing the violation of a treaty sets a bad example . Also whats so bad about living in a country you don't like living in . Boo hoo muh nation .
1
@Mr.Septon yeah but what is so awful living on a country you don't like . If tomorrow Ukraine took back Crimea what would be so awful for the locals . Not to mention you can't just let a country violate 3 different treaties like that . Also majority of successful seccesion have been done with respect to the parent countries laws and with Crimea Ukrainian law was ignored . Doesn't Ukrainie have the right to enforce those laws regardless of Crimean peoples opinions. Imo there is nothing wrong with living in a country you don't like unless it explicitly discriminates against for things that are unfair (sexuality, gender , race , ethnicity, class , personal choice in private life ) if these types of discrimination aren't common by representatives of the law then seccesion is either just nationalism for the masses or people not respecting the institutions of a state and seeking better material conditions or both. If people are forced to live in states that they don't like and they aren't victims explicit discrimination as stated above then the fact they don't like a state is the problem of the people and not the state . The right to self determination was a right created for people in pursuit of freedom from oppression not for a hit of nationalism and increasing income .
1
"oppress" in what . They oppress pro russians because that group represents a fifth column but a pro Moldavian or pro Ukrainian or a pro Georgian russian won't face discrimination
1
@nonyabisness6306 Georgia has 2 official languages and support for other minorty languages , Ukraine and Moldova have minorty rights tolo . By a pro russian I mean someone who politically supports Russia. If in Georgia you support Georgia and if in Ukraine you support Ukraine and in Moldova you support Moldova regardless of ethnicity you will not face discrimination
1
@nonyabisness6306 by centralised country I assume you mean unitary . Ukraine has indigenous land laws , all 3 have regional representation .
1
Jesse wtf are you talking about
1
West first got rich
1
No it was a gesture of goodwill
1
Would you rather it be Warsaw in like 25 years then Berlin then Paris then your home a century later .
1
@g.r.senterprisevenatorclas7314 my point was that if you just gave up those places it wouldn't stop wars they'd just get to you later
1
History and the drmands of the local population don't matter it still was ilegal .
1
Sunk cost fallacy. If it's lost , better get use from it
1
That's why they had to ban the selling of ruble
1
@cdeford at 2/3rds discounts
1
@cdeford plummeted Yeah sure
1
Western tanks will be deployed
1
@SDDanil1123 t-55 yeah
1
@SDDanil1123 by russian standards may as well be the 2080s or 2090s
1
@SDDanil1123 yes and both are terrible
1
What happened to the russian 36 naval infantry regiment commander
1
@micky5862 getting a general killed is significantly worse than getting a volunteer killed
1
@GunslingerLv the Russians are even more corrupt and Ukraine has been combating corruption
1
Yeah but f-16 could use western missiles and ew equipment. With experienced and well enough trained pilots they could conduct decent sead and hamper russian logistics + open up the possibility of more cas
1
Cope
1
@Paul_Davies Ukraine : our president is Jewish wtf Nazism?
1
@Paul_Davies you must be speaking from experience . How much cognitive dissonance does it require to accept that a "Nazi" state has a Jewish president
1
@Paul_Davies Russia has just as many Nazis . Not to mention Azov is more edgy Nazi than real Nazi , they had like 50 Russians in their unit at the start of the war . Also you cannot liberate a state from Nazis if it's not a Nazi state
1
@МапперизТатарстана sure you will .
1
Crimeans still violated the constitution of Ukraine and Russia violated the 1997 Budapest treaty
1
Well russian men right now are either fleeing to Georgia and Kazakhstan or dying in Ukraine
1
Bro , we litterally made pacts with WEF
1
No we don't . We need to stop thinking like the world is star wars with good plucky rebels and acknowledge the fact that 90% of independence movements today are just delusional nationalists fighting for a greater Serbia or ethnic Russia or [insert irredentist ideology here]. Borders over people
