  30. They should have sold begore November. So many pulled their listings off market and trying to rent them. Why will I pay their mortgage. I would rather stay in a reasonable apartment and wait out this crash and wait for all the sellers to flood the market in spring

  47. Here where I live FOMO has again kicked in. I will not do it no matter what. I will be ready to pack my bags and move at a moment’s notice. I do not wish to be upside down and be stuck paying a hlgh mortgage for the next 30 years of my life where as I would like to retire at 50.. with that home those prices I will end up working till I am 70
