  3. Yup. To some degree. There are federal laws enacted too, such as no selling to criminals as well as the ncis check having to be performed before you buy a weapon. Traveling through Illinois with a weapon is a no-no and it is frowned upon. Other states allow it though.

  9. It's different. If you take over their power over unarmed civilians then they would lose their god complex as well as taking away the power they believe they have in taking their own life. This would be a deterrent because they are cowards. When faced against opposition they stop or automatically kill themselves. Joe Myrick's school shooter stopped. The mall shooter stopped etc. They would not attempt this because it disrupts their overall goal of making people suffer like they have.

After discovering that blue states have more welfare recipients, he then changed his tune that red states receive more federal funding than what they put in.
