  2. trump not only violated the hatch act while he was in "office" which is what this video is about, but the law required him to legally hand over the running of his company to others while in office and he never did that. AGAIN law enforcement allowed trump special privilege that even other presidents never recieved before. trump was allowed to break every law, violate every standard and tradition and ignore every norm and rule while in office. just like he was allowed to do before and after he was in office.

FDR threatened to expand the supreme court when, back in the 30s, it began to routinely strike down the "new deal" one program at a time. the threat, alone, brought the justices in line and stopped them from deciding cases based upon personal beliefs and prejudices. here's a question. did harlan crow claim any of these financial dealings with thomas in his corporate records or personal tax returns? the way i understand it is the law is double sided. not only must the recipient of these financial favors declare them but also the provider of the favors must as well. if BOTH people fail to report these dealings that amounts to a conspiracy to commit and cover-up a crime. a conspiracy is any criminal act committed or planned by two or more people.

  21. the rich and their corporations OWN the govt. not only are corporate legal settlemnts and corporate fines a part of doing business, and thus a "legal" tax write off, any potential legal settlement costs and fines are actually written into their budgets. the consumers are paying for these settlements and fines EVEN BEFORE they occur. its not really a punishment if the corporation, or its insurance company, pays for the crimes committed by real people and the real perpetrators avoid prison for their criminal profiteering and fraud. besides, when the insurance company pays the settlement it'll increase insruance rates across the country! WE AMERICANS will end up paying for that settlement. Privatizing profits and socializing losses is the american way. its called capitalism.
