  40. probably the headlamp connectors failed/corroded so the customer spliced new connectors onto the wires..... incorrectly connected the green to yellow leads.... when high-beams didn't work, the relay connection was probed to check connection but the probed was jammed too far into the pins causing the relay not to fit anymore.... to sum it up: customer should avoid doing ANYTHING except putting gas in the car..... 🤣
