@meishaconnors6200 it looks like the engaged each other at the same time to me
70
@ewidontlikeyou do you understand that the police in the George Floyd case couldn't use those excuses
60
@daniellecason9512 WE aren't responsible the parents are responsible for their own children.
42
She should be in trouble as well but that doesn't negate Maurnice Declue's actions.
34
@THEORIGINALKINGCHARMING79 excessive deadly force just like the police in the George Floyd case
31
@gs2782 there is no proof of that and you don't respond to someone attempting to punch you by bashing their skull into the pavement repeatedly.... how blissful are you
22
@user-uf3qv9yy8u did the police in the George Floyd case get to use adrenaline as an excuse ....I think they were charged with excessive deadly force
17
@Tmac_305 Hard to say "I fear for my life" when you are the person on top.
13
@beatricesmith2847 can be both, one doesn't exclude the other
10
@ultimatebeing3399 Threat becomes neutralize when you are on top of them.
9
@halfwayempty Where is this video of Kaylee bullying this bigger black girl or are you just repeating hearsay?
8
@littlemayo7136 not normal, my kids graduated HS not too long ago and at no time was there a fight that required medical attention ....
7
@TruthseekersBeyondTheNews Where is the school administrator or law enforcer that made this claim.. Where is this interview from an eyewitness or fellow students. Others have said the opposite, so maybe quit repeating you tube hearsay, it will be investigated and deliberated at trial.
7
@Tmac_305 But there are laws and they supercede any "street" understanding.
7
@jaelawrence342 history being the operative word, this happened in 2024 not the 18th century
7
@wjluckett5026 "word has it" in the video it appears they engaged each other at the same time and you are defending the black girl with your first comment " she shouldn't have started it" implies that you think she deserved what happened. Words matter and ALL Lives matter
6
@alltruthnocap150who would pay then
6
FOR all those posting self defense and other such nonsense. WHEN THE criminal George Floyd was high on Fentanyl and passing off counterfeit twenties weren't the police charged with attempted murder and using excessive force, WHEN the black girl was on top SHE became the aggressor no matter who started the fight. She could have smacked or punched her and the result would have been a bloody nose or black eye but she didn't do that. She raised her head off the ground and slammed it to the pavement with all her might...you can hear her skull crack and then she did it again and again. That is excessive force and the rude, racist, morally bankrupt posters on here need to check their own priviledge when they say it was self defense or that she deserved it. You are truly sick and morally bankrupt.
6
@mmylittlepony1346 It is more of an issue in areas where there are more single parents.
6
@chinablack9790 Funny law enforcement has not made any such claims, what you posted cannot be validated or collaborated.
6
@chinablack9790 And which school administrator, law enforcer, or eye witness validates or collaborates those claims...please let us know what social media outlets or news channel we can turn to so that we too can hear these reports?
6
@Changing4Better You don't get to brutalize the person you're on top of because someone else tries to stop you from killing them, that girl could be a friend of Maurnice for all we know.
5
@gwendolyncaughn9214 Didn't it happen on a street near the school and public school campus isn't private property.
5
@piouspapist do you have the right person, because I agree that the black girl used excessive, non proportional force and that it went beyond self defense.
5
@AwgustRushOfficial I didn't bring in UFC, please look up the 3 aspects of self defense. When George Floyd was in the vulnerable position of being in the ground and the police officer was in top and used unwarranted deadly force he was found guilty of murder. In this case the smaller, unarmed white girl was on the ground and she too was the victim of unwarranted deadly force. Check your priviledge, hypocrite.
5
@chinablack9790 RIGHT....we should take your word for it
5
@grandcanyon2 you mean she left her after she cracked her skull and caused frontal lobe damage... I am surprised she didn't jump back on and continue after she started seizing.
5
@TruthseekersBeyondTheNews Self defense doesn't fly when you are the person on top of a smaller, unarmed person.
5
@ashasun6620 Nobody defends school shooters...
5
@uchenna127 They are teens in high school these aren't 3rd graders.
5
@carbon6951 on the ground being the operative words, the threat at that point is from the person on top
4
@Tbrew-zd6xb no kings or queens
4
@B_1519 An honor roll student who does not know that bashing someone's skull into concrete repeatedly can't kill them... what does this honor roll student think helmets are worn??
4
@genkiferal7178 My kids knew by the first grade that bashing a skill could kill a person, they knew their helmets were to protect the skull in case they fell off their bike or rollerblades.
4
@rightwrite7297 You're not fighting for your life when you outweigh someone and you are on top.
4
@AwgustRushOfficial They are months apart in age and the black girl is significantly bigger in size and they engaged each other at the same time. When a bigger person is on top of a smaller, unarmed person they have the advantage ....ask any rape victim.
4
@django628 They are months apart, they may even be in the same grade level. This isn't like the case where the 5th grader beat a first grader on a bus and the bus driver didn't stop it. Some people are so morally bankrupt it is scarey.
4
@AwgustRushOfficial Some people still believe in putting a rabid dog down.
4
@greenbaypackers4865 Yes and the aggressor will be punished and have to look over her shoulder the rest of her life...
4
@chinablack9790 Yet no authorities have given a press conference to corroborate what you post.
4
@chinablack9790 Correction folks don't want to believe someone who refuses to name the social media site with videos they claim to exist. Some ppl parents told them not to believe everything they read or are told because it can be rumors, gossip, or hearsay,
4
@chinablack9790 You are posting you tube hearsay, until you give the platform and the title in which readers can see these videos it is just your word and not FACT as you keep asserting.
4
@chinablack9790 LIKE entitled to your opinion...what is the irony in that.
4
@Tmac_305 So Kaylee is a reddit star and you have been following her for years?
4
@ladylush7931 The person on the ground is in a vulnerable position and the person on top of them are not allowed to choke, rape, or bash their heads in no matter what they said or if they threw the first punch.
4
@suzukisixk7 teens getting their heads bashed in during a fight is NOT common...not the experience of most teens
4
@veeritenorio7278 So, no reason to bash someone's brains in or to go on a shooting spree at school.
4
@sadiewagstaff890 ppl can have opinion about events in other places....you're rude
4
@darkkiwi6312 Repeated bashing ones skull with all your might on pavement is not conducive to life... please explain to readers what is the purpose of helmets?
3
An honor student who doesn't know why helmets are made and worn. All you posted is alleged and has not been corroborated.
