The person who has overpowered another is not given free reign to suffocate, rape, choke, or bash the brains out of the person beneath them....that is considered excessive force AND it does not matter who engaged the incident or whether or not the person in the vulnerable position is innocent or guilty of some other offense. George Floyd was a convicted felon with a violent criminal history high on Fentanyl that a store owner called the police on because he passed counterfeit twenties and the officer is in jail for using unwarranted excessive force. Kaylee is a skinny girl that was unarmed and Maurnice used excessive force on her too. IF George Floyd was a victim then so is Kaylee.

  17.  @Sassywonderlady  People on the ground aren't viewed as the aggressors whether they are Kaylee or George Floyd. The people on top are seen as the aggressor and they aren't allowed to bash their skulls in or put their knee on their neck to restrict their breathing.

  21.  @chinablack9790  I don't believe anything without proof, I am just not familiar at my age of any case where the person on the ground was not seen as the vulnerable party. It is hard to claim self defense opinion you out powered your opponent and are on top of them especially if you are bigger. If Kaylee had pulled out a weapon when she was on the ground then Maurnice would be able to claim self defense but that was not the case. I have no idea if bullying was involved or not and do not care who had better grades. I just don't believe that the person on top has the right to assault, rape, suffocate, choke, or bash the skull in of the person they overpowered.

I GUESS laws protect the person on the ground and it doesn't matter if they insulted you, spat on you, or tried to punch you. You are not allowed to choke, rape, or bash their brains in.
