In medicine they taught us that books,definitions,classifications,stages of diseases are for teaching only and not the reality in clinical practice,face to face with patients.This podcasts would have been much better if the expert show us movements.He is adoer and not talker.Most things now days are done by talking ,writing even in medicine and less or no time with patients.This expert on movement is not good in definitions or answering question but he seems who do movements.Simple,basic,focus close to nature.Thank you.German saying look after your spine as you look after your teeth on daily basis.Spine movements is best in Arabian belly dancing as snakes,squatting is natural to us in East ,cooking,washing dishes,sitting,in labour squatting in severe abdominal pain which I used in my son delivery did it in Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.We do not have hip replacements as in West.The best teacher for breathing,movements is to watch healthy babies and children.Thank you.

Thank you . Royal college of surgeons, Edinburgh, Scotland,UK taught us to study like Olympic athletes, focus, visulaziation ,1967, In Iraq doing Vesico vaginal fistula repair first time to do , did it in my mind again and again and succeeded from first attempt. To study focus on clock on time , narrow focus on page ,5 minutes, 12 pages per hour ,60 pages per 5 hours then change subject from physiology to anatomy to pathology in basics and different types subjects in clinical. This methods used o teach doctors& medical students. Thank you, a perspective how skilled professionals surgeon do their hard work as skill.

Avoiding animals products completely for 3 weeks reduced my total cholesterol 7.4 to 4.8 milimol per litre.So healthy life style low carb.,no saturated fats in animals products,healthy fat ,seeds,nuts,olives,avocado,observing portions to control body weight,whole plants diet,sleep,stress,so it is not only medicine ( drugs) ,my drug is healthy life style,persistent on daily basis.No for drugs with side effects,as our body is a healing,regenerating,rejuvenating machine.Could be drugs are good for those who needs quick fix and have no time to invest in their health,so not against drugs but not in principle .Thank you.
