If you look at the demographic for Fiat ‘500s’ - if they produce an EV version with a base range of 50 miles and it’s cheap enough, they’ll sell loads. Note - these are the second family car, not the primary. They should dump ALL the other designs.

You realise they close roads for filming, right? 🙄
3
No worries your love of obsolete interiors from the 90s is entirely up to you. Fortunately most Tesla buyers have more important priorities.

@rkaraoke7659 where? Cite examples.

@timothykeith1367 Louis Rossmann owns a Tesla. Your comments are worthless nonsense.

Hydrogen is hopelessly inefficient
3
Most EVs charge overnight at home, they rarely need to go anywhere to refill. Everyone can see it’s your ignorance that’s the joke here.
3
Hybrids are a dead end because they retain the maintenance costs of an ICE car due to their complexity. Most people don’t need a lot of range most of the time because they’re only averaging 30 miles a day at most.
3
Mostly. Otherwise the windows don’t work, or the headlights, or the locks...
3
Nobody cares. Language exists to be understood, both are clearly understood and unambiguous so it simply doesn’t matter.
3
The BMW M3 has a lap time of 7:35.06 The Tesla is 7:25.23
3
For more realistic EV range tests, Bjorn Nyland is pretty good.
3
He’s the best single source for information on exclusively Tesla. You’re welcome to list better sources.
3
Good question
3
Where’s he wrong? Be specific.
3
The key metric is net profit. Not gross sales value Definitely not sales numbers.
3
Rags to riches and back to rags again in 3 generations is a common occurrence.
3
To be fair this is a connector issue, not a battery issue.
3
Hydrogen is hopelessly inefficient
3
The claims that nobody wanted to rent them are hilarious because the mileages blatantly prove otherwise 🙄
3
The dealerships are going to bankrupt the companies that supply them if the OEMs don’t wake up.
3
Meyer’s patents have expired and are public information, it doesn’t work and never has.
3
It’s called reporting the news. If you believe the claims of BMW, I have a bridge you might be interested in buying.
3
I’ve got a bit cynical about the constant stream of game changing breakthroughs, but this channel is still the best I’ve found for reporting on them, and we only need 1 or 2 to eventually payoff.
3
“Approximately 424 EVs are expected to be impacted by the high-voltage battery connector issue. In addition to the 2022 Hummer EV”
3
What exactly is the typical profit margin on petrol vs. electricity at a filling station? Anybody? (I’m guessing petrol is < 5% and electricity is > 30%).
3
Yet here you are 🤣🤣🤣
3
VW-2026 finally matching Tesla-2022 means they’re only 4 years behind instead of 10. It’s impressive but still not good enough.
3
Companies are required by law to defend their trademarks or they can lose all rights to them.
3
All developments are good, but what we have now is ‘good enough’, and Toyota are very publicly failing to fully commit to EVs. This is similar to Blackberry releasing their phone with a touch screen 5 years after the iPhone came out.
3
No, the actual doubling is for that specific technology which was 5%, it’s expected to double to 10% in the next 5-10 years. It’s only use is where weight is the critical factor.
3
Now put those vehicles through safety testing.
3
The batteries are still under warranty 🙄
3
This is a clever ploy, when the government refuse to raise the cap, legacy auto can blame that as the reason why they haven’t ramped up EV production as fast.
3
So you’re going to ignore the inconvenience of having to take in a supposedly luxury vehicle? Cluelessness confirmed Blocked
3
Given the timing and size, I’m guessing it’s for the AI Bot.
3
@kensmith5694 you need 2 controllers to mimic the required behaviour provided by a differential.
3
It shows great integrity. I’m guessing you watch CNN so you wouldn’t know.
3
When all his customers go bankrupt his company will be toast!
3
You’re clueless
3
Those patents are public and have expired and haven’t been used because it doesn’t work.
3
If it turns out that the pack is 50 kWh, everyone’s going to lose their minds!
3
You need energy to make the potassium hydroxide 🙄
3
That’s true for ICE cars where the OEMs sold at specially reduced prices. Tesla didn’t do this.
3
Picker -> Peaker
3
Average mileages are less than 40m/day. Needing a range over 300 miles is an edge case.
3
I’m guessing that: 1) The range is exaggerated 2) It’s expensive
3
@DannyPorsche My understanding is that if it recommends NOT charging to 100% then it’s Li-Ion, if it says it’s ok then it’s LFP. I don’t know the screen navigation to check that.
3
ICE cars require expensive maintenance to keep them running.
