Thanks Franco glad you liked it!

Sorry to make you sad :-( Charlie and I felt like we were rushing to meet the schedule and needed to build out a team in order to keep it up. So we stepped back to alternating on Mondays while we hire an editor, researcher, etc. to try to take some of the process off our plates Appreciate that you enjoy our videos!
2
Haha I'm glad! Also thanks for your comments. Def made me smile

Hi Biel! Habit Bull tracks your daily habits, and Headspace is my favorite meditation app. I've heard good things about Calm as well but never used it personally. Hope that's helpful!
2
Hi back at you!
2
Haha thank you Ada! And thanks for subscribing, love reading that you're enjoying the channel :-)
2
Thank you! As long as people keep liking it and getting value from it, we'll keep making videos :-)

Hey Tochukwu!

Haha I love that I get this question. I don't have a crazy secret, I had a dentist whiten them ~2 years ago and now I just avoid things that stain them (and I bought a Koffie straw to drink my coffee and wine through). Also, thanks! Haha
2
Great question! I get my tea from a place that specializes in tea BUT I order my matcha from Amazon. So maybe Amazon has what you need?
2
Patrick Gracia lol thanks Patrick :-)

Nice!

My100010001000 great question! So that will be determined by how much you eat during your eating window. If you get the same amount of calories in during those 8 hours, you won’t lose weight :)

Actually it's right after Aang stands up to the big creature and then stands up to Toph. She says "you just stood your ground against a Saber-tooth moose lion, and more impressive you stood up to me. You can do this, you're ready!" or something to that affect. The wording isn't exact, but it's the scene where she encourages him and says she believes in him

Thanks! I’m glad you liked it :-)

Happy birthday Ashish!

Macerzov it's shockingly common. I for sure had it bad haha

Thank you so much! I will keep it up for sure :-)

Hey Sarah! Yeah, I think the microphone might have been too far away. I'll make sure it's louder next time.
2
D Francis thanks! That’s really cool to read :-)
2
You'll have him every Monday ;-)

Thanks! Charlie's done two videos that aren't exactly that but I think you'd like them: A breakdown of the toast masters national champion: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k8GvTgWtR7o And "How To Give a Killer Presentation - With No Notes" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gaoxXFju6uo

Hi Alex! It's me, Ben. Charlie and I started Charisma On Command together 4 years ago, I've been doing other stuff in the business but recently started making YouTube videos as well so that we can get out more content to you guys :-)
2
I'd imagine if they're your friends then there must be something about them you occasionally admire, or a kind thought you have about them at times (whether they're thoughtful, funny, etc.). If so, just share that thought whenever you recognize that you've had it. If not, then you can just get them the gift of your full focus and eye contact when in conversation. Either way I hope I made it clear in the intro, but you don't have to do all 6 in order to be charming. So if you don't like #6, you can pick from the others that hopefully resonated more with you :-)
2
@MSordernature I recognized your name from the podcast comments, that's why I wanted to respond :-) Thanks for being part of the Patreon!
2
It's not just you! I'll set it up to be louder in the next one.
2
Thanks Obay Ibrahim!

Hey Pedro! Honestly man I took a ton of Portuguese lessons and got up to being conversational, but watching native speakers speak to each other felt like being in a whirlwind of words haha. I don't think I'd be able to do a breakdown in another language at this point unless it was on non-verbals like body language. My favorite Brazilian celebrity is definitely travel photographer Raul Aragão :-)
2
Thanks Kai!
2
Not at all! One of the most charismatic people I have ever met was "guilty" of laughing at his own jokes allll the time. And he was one of the most likeable people I've ever seen :-)
2
We most certainly will! Keep your eyes peeled for that sometime this month or next :-)
2
+toni g okay that's not my take on it but it's your call, you should do whatever you think is right :-)

Hey Chaz, appreciate the "huge" comment my man! Especially from someone who trains public speakers. Glad you liked the vid :-) I totally agree that a MASSIVE part of storytelling is speaking in first person AND speaking in present tense. That way anyone listening can relive the emotions of your story as you felt them. Throwing in some "you" is simply a little trick to re-engage any wandering minds and really ensure you capture the listener. The event was Michael Bernoff's Human Interaction Technology training. It was quite good, and sounds like it'd be right up your alley.

Absolutely, I think that's one that a lot of people will benefit from

Loved this one bud! Suggestion for your next one: this video here - where a professional athlete shows what it looks like to have true confidence and conviction in yourself https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Af2OARIYc8E Most people would be waaaay less honest and transparent than Brendan Schaub. But he just owns it, and it makes you like him more. Then again, I could just be biased because I love the guy ;-)

+Charisma on Command the very beginning. Brendan just got a pretty brutal knockout loss, and then Joe Rogan pretty much blasted him to his face on his podcast. This is his reaction when on his own podcast, and it's very low ego, low BS, and emotionally open / vulnerable. Made me like him more because of how he reacted

This is a great point! I think the message is "don't take advice on how to get fit from someone who isn't fit, and don't take advice on how to get rich from someone who's only source of money is to teach how to get rich". But to learn from someone else's failures is 100% on point. I think it's more like, don't let someone who isn't successful claim to teach you from their success experience.

+airlopez21 Absolutely. Read The Four Hour Workweek for an introduction into automation. For outsourcing, check out Fiverr for cheap jobs and Upwork for jobs that require more skill. Those resources should get you started in the right direction :-) Good luck!

The hardest part of a charisma breakdown is finding the source material. Send over an email with a bunch of videos showing him in action, and maybe we can make it happen. At the cost of millions and millions of lives and atrocities, he certainly was very charismatic.

Minh Đoàn Công thank you!
1
Haha thanks DarK
1
Mc Bill thank you! Appreciate you saying so every time haha :-)
1
Totally. This isn't meant to say Conor will 100% beat Floyd. I just think Conor has a very special mind for fighting and for creating almost superhuman self belief, and that he has more of a chance than people are giving him. Floyd is the favorite for a reason, I don't disagree with that :-)
