Not at all! In the beginning I mentioned, this is helpful to both men and women. If you are a woman this isn't going to suddenly give you chest hair and a deep voice. It's about getting your body to function optimally. If a woman has a nutrient deficiency or is sleep deprived or is very stressed, her body won't produce as much testosterone as her female body should. This is definitely not advice for men alone. The only thing that might be different is the # of fasted hours (I believe for women it's meant to be 14? But Dr. Rhonda Patrick is your best guide there).

Dude you're 15, you have PLENTY of time to figure it out. Don't stress, enjoy life, try to learn cool stuff that interests you (whether that's coding apps or painting or how to shoot a jump hook). We didn't start Charisma On Command until we were in our mid 20's. If you're 15 and even THINKING about this stuff, then you're ahead of the game haha

TheApril1610 only since their diets turned to garbage haha. You’re 100% right, the supplements aren’t magic, they just fill in nutrient deficiencies. If you have a diet that’s full of tons of different vegetables and some good fruits and get all the right nutrients and minerals from food, you don’t need any supplements. Unfortunately the reality is that that isn’t the average day for most people

Hey Agatha! That's awesome that it resonated :-) Looks like a fantastic morning routine, I hope you have fun playing around with it! If you find it's hard to stick to, cut it down so that it's easier to do. Vishen's meditation is awesome but it's 20 minutes. If that's daunting, just start with 5 minutes of sitting in silence and bringing your focus to your breath. No need to jump to 20 minutes right away.

Hi Bushido Brown! From what I've read there is a difference in how your body digests it, and the quantity is different in meats vs. processed foods. I personally don't eat mammals unless sourced from certain farms, but in general from a purely testosterone optimizing standpoint, I believe the main culprit in depressing your body's functions are the man made trans fats. That's my impression from what I've read at least. Hope that's helpful!

Hey Jesse! The main thing is to have A morning routine that works for you. If coffee and a 10 minute video get you feeling good and primed for a good day, then it's perfect :-)
