Instead of forcing enemy to seek out missiles, you're gifting them the whole plane with a pilot that needs to approach enemy military ships and their escorts to drop your damned bombs instead of being hundreds of kilometers away to launch a standard antiship missile. There is no saving cost, there is no lowered risk and there is no increased lethality. Unless the target is unarmed vessel without escort, air support and far away from enemy ground installations. What does match the latter description? Ah yes, civilian ships. So it's either USAF now seeks to destroy civilian ships or the video makes a bold claims about "game changing capabilities" that change f//cking nothing at all in real conflict. F-22 fought in how many engagements? 5th gen fighter was another ruse to put Russia and China into more military spending, real 5th gen capability is in aerial refueling training, modularity of F-14/15/16 payload packages and constantly improving information network. F-22 was a PR toy, there is no much loss there.

Well, hopefully it stays true in the future and Japan won't try their usual shit on Korea if alliances shift in the future(ie US is already betraying its allies for their chinese overlords, Russia and India will not help either because of their history and EU is too far to help). Seriously, Japan should have been divided just like Germany was between Korea and nationalist China. That would have allowed them to rebuild, curbed down japanese nationalism and gave them needed industrial based to win respective civil wars.

  40. Germany never fought with quality in WWII. Whole Axis COMBINED couldn't get a tech edge on USSR and UK. When USA too joined Allies it was over. Meanwhile during invasion into USSR the tagteam of Germany, Romania and Hungary outmanned USSR significantly. That's why the whole myth that all soviet officers were killed off comes from despite different years - soviet army grew over 6 times with fresh conscripts in 1940-41 in preparation to possible german agression(and to put a nail into coffin of "prepared to attack Germany first" myth, soviets were in the middle of rearmament which would end only in late 1943). Number of officers remained the same. Meaning that you suddenly got 6 times less trained officers per soldier. Hence the carastrophe of 1941 with lots of soldiers without command and orders.

  44. Why would China and Russia threaten civilian ships? Above all China that depends on maritime trade. This is bombs, NOT missiles. Meaning they can be used only at a VERY short range. So they are useless against ships with their own anti-air defenses and escorts. Meaning that the bomb discussed in the video is useful only against civilian targets. So, again, why would China bomb its own trade fleet?0_o

  45.  @roceye  Chinese troop carriers 1)would be escorted; 2)would be operating well within range of mainland SAM sites and airstrips. Bombs are suicide for aircraft pilot here. Only missiles provide safe range advantage.

Hate to copypaste my own answer from another video, but IF EU were to: 1)reinstitute draft; 2)make obligatory 5% GDP military budget; 3)unite all R&D resources, and do ALL of that tomorrow morning, then and only then IF corruption, nationalism, self interests, disinformation, sabotage and external bribes would somehow magically stop to exist and EU won't fall apart from that declaration and strain, it would get a military capable of defending all of european NATO members... in about 10-15 years 😅
