because piston engines make power, jet engines make thrust, power is thrust times speed, so if jet airplane is not moving it makes 0 power but can make thrust
1
15:40 never again, my aisi304 rusted under wrap because it collected salt from road
1
no

7: 50 škoda favorit was 960kg
1
what torque? on turboprop?
1
0:29 izgleda ko kulenova seka
1
no, modern jet engines have systems that prevents stall/surge
1
on my v8 every 90 deg is combustion, so i have combustion in every moment
1
2 stroke glow engines have low efficiency, particularly at low rpm
1
no, no

živio auto plin

only for forced induction engine, for n/a no difference, i have lpg with 104ROn and had to increase timing to prevent valve burn, but no power gain
1
@dlb83082 yes, unnoticeable gain
1
@dlb83082 at 250km/h i was switching between petrol and lpg, no difference , no faster no slower
1
@dlb83082 good for you, i tested my car before and after tuning, same time 0-60, 5.9 sec, more noticeable difference is with outside temperature, day/night
1
@dlb83082 yeah, i know that, that is why i made tune by spark plug advance, because to compensate higher octane number of lpg, it is overheated by coolant in evaporator, although lpg evaporates below 0 deg of C , i drove car with lpg vapour temp at 25 C deg and everything was ok
1
9:04 at start up procedure if timing is wrong from some reason , it can happen hot start, or slow rpm rise, because is too much or too little fuel , too early or too late and then pressure in combustion chamber can be near or above compressor pressure
1
on light airplanes, that are powered, by 4/6 cy piston boxer engines, difference in rpm are about 200 between 1 and 2 spark plug working(magneto check)
1
rc aircraft/car glow/nitro engines produces 1hp from 4ccm at 18000rpm
1
what engine/airplane of nazi had turbo fan ?
1
depends on amount of used fuel, older engines were weak and not big fuel flow
1
hottest air is on higher altitude, that is why is up, not down , because is lighter, if you take 1 cubic meter of air from 12km in sealed syringe, on sea level it would have less volume and higher temperature than local air on sea level
1
@ehb403 on meteorology lesson, teacher confirm me that what i said, it is basic principle, lighter gas goes higher, so air must be warmer to go higher,
1
@gort8203 why that air would have less dense(what forces that air to have less dense in compare to air on sea level)
1
@NavyVet4955 you think that because you do not understand fluid thermodynamics, explain why that air has less dense(gravity is almost the same as on sea level, so what left?
1
@NavyVet4955 you are attempting to sound intelligent, mentioning it, ok, you have deep lake, where is warmer water, on bottom or near surface, , i am guessing you can not grasp how density changes by temperature😂
1
7:20 it is possible on lpg on cars with carburetor, just turn off lpg leave it in gear and engine is rotating and does not use fuel
1
lpg has 104 RON
1
4:49 no, wrong, inlet guide vanes can not protect from any foreign object
1
@d4a no, no, energy of any sucked object will damage inlet guide vanes, if engine is bigger, inlet is bigger so it could suck brick , so if you will have cage strong enough to stop brick, it should be made from steel bars 1 inch thick, but brick would fall apart so again no use, my suggest to you to stay on topic you are good, jet engines are wide area and you should study it a little more 😀(mentour pilot channel in one video explained that if you do not believe me)😀
1
very well
1
could you do a dyno test of that motorcycle with this exhaust and the exhaust as if it were a 4 stroke engine
1
no any word about compression ratio difference(0.1), skoda felicia has 1.3 engine with 42 and 46kw, only difference is in compression ratio that is achieved by grooves on piston , bigger groove is on engine with less compression ratio and less power
1
usually you are well prepared for topic but this time you missed some facts: 1.bigger disc usually needs bigger caliper that has bigger pistons or more of it. so it can make higher braking force. 2.brake on stock car can not make braking force that could lock wheels at high speed for first few seconds, it has no such power to do it, bigger brakes could and then overtakes abs and it means that bigger brakes shortens braking distance 3.yes , there is that famous formula, but except all you said , more important thing why wider tire gives higher friction force is shape of contact area: narrow tire has long track pattern (contact area) where is bad distribution of pressure on contact surface, wider tire has wider track pattern that has better distribution of pressure(or more even pressure over whole contact area). so when you start to brake hard, narrow tire can not take more pressure that comes with inertial movement, but wider tire has more capacity to take additional force/pressure on contact area before it exceed point where friction breaks( no more friction force by higher normal force), so that is why wider tire can produce higher friction force
1
in WORKING VOLUME in piston engine actions are in cycles in jet engines are continuous, that is official definition ,comply with it, it will be easier for you
1
16:12 on this vehicle are front and rear wings, not a spoilers
1
test two cars: one "supercar" that has less braking distance and everyday car, for ex your aygo, thest them at :20/40/60/80/100 km/h panic braking and you will see that both cars have same stopping distance till some speed, after that aygo will have longer stopping distance
1
@arcanevoid9199 no fade, test must be done in same condition for every speed and every car, no overheat, same temp
1
@arcanevoid9199 did you?, where is distance for 20/40/60/80km/h
1
10:40 i use it on bicycle and best air wake is on 2-3m behind , on 5 m irrelevant
1
this video is about stupid people
1
no
1
only if you have complete weight transfer to front wheels, if not, rear wheels push ground with some force so you waste its ability for braking
1
buy ev
1
for what, for special effects?,
1
it would be the best to install throttle body in front of compressor, no need for bov, and turbine keeps to rotate
1
@DriftNick thanks, but all screw/root superchargers have throttle body in front of s/c, and that seams better because it can be controlled how much of air will be sucked in and better efficiency because no air is wasted
1
in understeer you go on tangenta-straight, but on oversteer you go in some kind of cycloida, you still go in circle but you are rotating too
1
brake horse power- engine is connected with some kind of brake -and then measures force on brake for any rpm considering loss of braking, clear?
