I worked in a mega large corporation which hired a woman, and she got pregnant, before she even passed probation. Once she had her first child, and when on extended family leave... and when it was about the end, guess what... she was pregnant again. She basically showed up for three months of work, and went on leave for 2.5 years before she came back.

What she says is correct. However, what she completely misunderstands is that a man in his 30's can simply date a woman in her 20's, and have the benefits of 1) younger woman; 2) less complicated & materialistic women; 3) having more resources due to better job, house, car. She has deluded herself thinking a man in his 30's would date a demanding, older, and used up woman in her 30's.

If one is a top performer, a company will not fire them since they are a valuable asset (even if they are shutting down a division, they will find a spot for you in another team). This person is obviously not a good performer, and their subordinate performed better than her (which she admitted). If her subordinate is performing excellent, that should mean she needs to perform better (but she didn't). Also, working overtime does not mean you are actually doing good work. Many poor performers need to work overtime because their work is sub-par, and need extra time just to make it adequate.

  48. I warn the husband that your wife would never return to work. I know an older man who married a woman who used to make over $100,000 USD per year before they were married. She didn't like her job, so she took a buy-out (quit). She was supposed to go back to school to pursue her dream of becoming a nurse. They got married, he put her name on the house deed while he worked, she she went to school. Fast forward six years... she is still going to school, taking 1 class per semester, not working part-time, stay at home watching TikTok, shop online, they have no kids, and doesn't cook. Now, he's the only one working, and likely never retire.
