@snoopy_peanuts_77 She thinks it's 2016 apparently not realizing this shit is going to work a second time around

@zotaninoron3548 Littlefinger post season 4 - earlier season Littlefinger would have been more competent at it

The primary is the real fight and where they'll try to rig it. The General will be a breeze.
2
DNC and corporate media will try to rob him. Right now they are the ones to worry about. The general will be generally a breeze.
2
The elite are insane. All they care about is maintaining their power and continually growing their wealth, wealth they could never spend in several lifetimes. They will let the world burn so they can make a few million on a Tuesday. It's just a game they play with little consequences to them until they wake up and realize they can't eat money and the rest of the world (what's left of it) has reverted to trade&barter of necessity goods like drinkable water and food.
2
@keldenrobertson7894 and those who stood to vote and worked the polling stations in the midst of the pandemic a significant number of them won't be here sad to say come November.
2
@Lola_Santoro that's why this case is so important because if rittenhouse gets off relatively lightly this will embolden further vigilantism thru these militias under the guise of self defense.

Maybe I'm crazy and living in a bubble overseas but none of the other candidates including Warren seem to be generating the same level of excitement that Bernie has. None of them have had any major news-worthy event save a sound bite or two unlike Bernie. Forget his meteoric rise in 2015-2016 from obscurity to household name despite having media and the DNC against him. Just recently he has knocked it out of the park from going into the Lion's Den of Fox News and converting some of the lions to having it revealed he has the largest individual donors across the country to him going on Joe Rogan and in less than a week getting over 8.2 million views and a lot of positive comments from people who would normally be against him to starting #myberniestory which shot to trending #1 nationally and #3 internationally on twitter. How can you ignore this and not think the polls seem strange? Is Biden generating this kind of excitement? The more he speaks the more his polls dip. I don't understand how Warren could be beating him in some polls. The excitement is still with Bernie and the media hates this. I fear it's just going to get uglier and we have to be vigilant.
2
@poeticgangsta6616 you centrists really are blind aren't you? You can't comprehend that wins in a primary especially in red states like Biden has done do not equate to a win in the general. You outsmarted yourself, dumbass.
2
smearing by bringing up the truth?
2
If Trump is still there for the General, he'd attack her from the left being a former Reagan-voting Republican and voting for his military budget. And of course he'll make fun of her for the DNA thing when she took his bait. It won't be pretty.
2
he's friends with all them on Facebook
2
@robertnicholls9917 like Trump will agree to that?
2
@Tpoleful good point. As bad as Trump is, he knows how to market. Both he and Bernie had official and unofficial slogans that spoke of teamwork and a vision. Hillary? "I'm with Her" and the unofficial "It's her time." FFS her campaign team really really sucked.
2
This cult needs to Jim Jones Jungle Juice Jam themselves already
2
And Biden has same record he can attack on trade and war. Dementia is icing on the cake. Trump may have dementia but he was very lucid and on point at that Townhall while Biden only spoke 7 minutes and still flubbed it.
2
I've said it before and I'll say it again - Bernie inspires people to better themselves and work for others while Trump enflames people to be angry at others and the other DNC candidates only inspire a cure for insomnia.
2
@DogTrekker their lucrative Plan B
2
you're both right
2
The only people who are clutching the pearls over this are the disingenuous people who have always been against Bernie no matter what. The faux outrage is disgusting but expected from this lot. Now watch them call for unity after this shit.
2
Difference with Hillary is I actually thought she'd win (and looking at Trump's face that night, he did too) but Joe is such a bad candidate even against someone like Trump. Centrists are playing the Emperor's New Clothes as they push an unfit candidate with a bad record on trade, social security, war votes, civil rights, crime, etc...plus he has allegations of sexual misconduct and to top it off he is showing clear signs of dementia. It doesn't help that he isn't very inspiring either. We have to bern this shit down before centrists ruin everything.
1
Libertarianism is a selfish self-centered ideology (if you can call such loosely-based ill-defined ideas an ideology) without empathy that has no place in a functioning society.
1
@stevensosa7 but those people were not allowed to be there by the cops now were? Apples and Oranges. We are talking about vigilantes doing the police's job
1
If Warren were capable of self reflection she'd realize how so many of her decisions from 2015 onward have been so damningly wrong. The irony of all this is that Bernie was right. Had she run in 2016 she had a good chance of winning the primary and likely the General. She had the name recognition and the support of many progressives without the baggage of both HRC and the DNC. HRC wouldn't have been able use accusations of misogyny or racism against her. HRC would have had to get more vicious which likely would have backfired more than it did against Bernie. Even if she lost the primary and Hillary went on to lose the General, she'd be in a much better situation now in such a scenario than she currently is. If anything, it just shows how Warren is not the candidate to go up against Trump or to take the Oval Office as she has shown herself to be a terrible decision-maker.
1
Point of order - the English monarchy is NOT rooted in colonialism, white supremacy, and racism. It's rooted in French kicking English ass at Hastings in 1066 and currently in Germans being the only cousins left on the withered vine of royal lineage.
1
Omar has the right attitude. The GOP has devolved into schoolyard bullies and being civil with bullies never works. Forget the high road crap. We're dealing with lunatics and traitors who think they are on some religious patriotic quest. They need to be knocked back hard.
1
How can progressives rally behind someone completely opposite of their principles? And I don't mean Trump as that's already a given but Biden is barely much better in regards to record. The DNC actually has given us an even worse candidate than Hillary like a big FU to progressives. And when you add in rape allegations and dementia, how are you going to get independent voters and apathetics to get out there and vote for this guy?
1
Media: Buttigieg surges ahead 2 points! Oh, and meanwhile Sanders is apparently at 85% but lets move on to an amusing story about a dog raised as a cat...
1
It really shows how pathetic they must think their chosen candidate is when they have to "accidentally" steal her opponent's strong and well-said statement and pass it off as her to make people think she's a fighter. When you can't find such a statement in your candidate's rhetoric you have to wonder if they are fit to go to the general. I think it funny that Warren came off particularly weak this night hence why they thought she needed some help.
1
They are so desperate they are using the 2016 playbook yet again. Hopefully though this will bring more of her supporters over to Bernie but she will likely support Biden when she drops out.
1
Conservatives have a tendency to pick the strangest hills to die on for their poor understanding of freedom.
1
Now the smears will come in worse. It'll be funny as it will be sad to see them use the very same tactics of Fox which they claim to hate. They'll smear supporters from big ones like Cenk Uyger to random individuals. The biggest smear they and their deluded centrist followers will throw is a shallow comparison with Trump supporters. What they fail to understand is the huge difference - an inclusive movement fighting against climate change and the status quo that causes many Americans to die and/or go bankrupt from medical problems as well as a status quo that continues to pour billions into endless wars for the sake of profit of military contractors. But this will fall on the deaf ears of centrists who are almost as hostile to the idea of progressive change as a Trump supporter is leaving water in the desert for people fleeing violence in their countries due to US's failed war on drugs policies. The thing to do is to individually register and get people out on the day of voting in your area.
1
It's easy to say you support something while the party you actually supports does the complete opposite. How much does Poole actually do within conservative circles to push those ideas? Probably not much if at all.
1
It's crazy that Canada doesn't shooting stats per capita like the US! Don't they know that the air of freedom is peppered with gun smoke and screams?
1
Thanks to an incompetent corrupt DNC and clueless ill-informed centrist voters we are back to 2016 where we are in danger to losing to Trump again and like 2016 these idiots don't realize that danger.
1
A Biden townhall would not go over so well I imagine
1
With Rogan supporting Bernie and more importantly out-of-touch folks like NYT, Hillary, the View, etc... actively not supporting him it looks better in the eyes of people fed up with the status quo.
1
Biden couldn't outsmart a can opener at this point. The DNC put all their effort behind Biden after SC to drag him to the finish line.
1
@poeticgangsta6616 yeah a conservative state that hasn't been blue since 1976! Incredible strategy there for a Democrat!
1
They are paid to have no shame.
1
If Biden passed away tomorrow, MSNBC would say "Biden's campaign still going strong despite a life-impairment setback."
1
If the DNC and their bought media really wanted to beat Trump, they'd back Bernie or rather they would let the primary run its course and not ignore or smear him. They'd rather lose to Trump because they can keep their tax breaks and maintain some power pretending to lead the resistance against Trump.

like Tucker Carlson

@timn5008 nah, the master stroke is when Biden's VP now filling his shoes names as their VP Hillary Clinton! With massive amount of cheating and cutting a backroom deal with Trump to absolve him of debts and crimes, Trump "loses" then the DNC president goes into a gloriously corrupt administration but more slick than the previous one until they meet with an unfortunate accident in their first year and Hillary "has to for the good of the country" become President. Bodies start piling up everywhere and the GOP are too afraid to oppose her. Bernie flees to Switzerland under an assumed name. And we all smile and say "It's a good thing that Hillary is our President! A very good thing!"
1
Cory takes votes (a very few) from the other centrists so he should stay in the race as long as possible
1
For the people saying Trump has dementia he was obviously able to hold it together in that Town Hall whereas Biden's last public address was 7 minutes and he still flubbed it. The DNC should be prosecuted for elderly abuse and people should vote the corrupt leadership out. They are leading us to disaster and too many of the voters are so damn stubborn in their uninformed opinion and fear of Trump that they are voting for someone with a spotty record&mind whom they have been deluded into thinking can win. The DNC obviously doesn't care so long as Bernie is shut down. FFS for future primary voters get out and vote and drag your friends who support Bernie but can't be trusted to actually go to the booth on their own! If friends are supporting Biden just ask them to name two of his policies they agree with (or even know) that is more than just Not Trump.
1
It's funny because they said that shit about Obama then they turn around bleating like sheep over Trump.
1
he's conveniently ignoring it
1
All you have to do is look at his record and know he's been on the right side of the history long before most of his Democratic opponents. Unless you like the status quo there is no reason to vote for someone else.
1
I'm starting to think they are using Biden's electability amongst deluded centrist democrats after SC to get him the nomination then have him drop out for health reasons - suddenly a cognitive test is done declaring him unfit. Now his VP pick one of the unelectable candidates will "have to" run in Biden's stead such as Harris and with a new VP like Buttigieg or Klobuchar. It could explain why Buttigieg dropped out before Super Tuesday despite being in a strong 3rd position. It's crazy but I considering what the DNC did last and on Super Tuesday I wouldn't put it past them.
