I'd argue, Russian mobilisation has in fact never fully stopped, since Putin's fateful announcement of their so called "partial" mobilisation - which hasn't been limited at all, neighter in numbers of mobilised men, nor is there any limited timeframe to that "partial" nonsense, whatsoever (& regardless of a few Russian politicians coming out and stating "it's over", in an attempt to calm the public down) - according to your guest Konstantin from INSIDE RUSSIA and "sanctioned Ivan", their next wave is already starting right now.
If we're waiting for another Putin mobilisation announcement and/or war declaration, we'll get disappointed bc there'll be none, to avoid panic amongst military aged citizens and another mass-exodus from Russia to (mostly neighbouring) countries, who're still willing to accept them as refugees.

I've read on the "Inside Russia" channel in Konstantin's comments early on about Zack's ill friend getting conscripted and I've been wondering ever since, if he's gotten conscripted, exactly BECAUSE he's writing Zack's "Russia tomorrow" Telegram channel.
There're "rumours" of some Telegram servers having been installed inside of russia not too long ago - but I've no clue, how they would've done this and especially how they'd have connected said servers to the real already existing Telegram app, so it's VERY questionable if there's any truth to these rumours at all - if they're true though, maybe that's how Zack's friend got found out and specifically targeted; (just my personal suspicions and gut feeling).
Although these might just be rumours without any truth to them, they could also serve another totally different purpose, which is to undermine the average russians trust in the Telegram app ... as far as I'm aware millions of russians have Telegram accounts, so it angers and worries the russian leadership, that they can't control war related information shared on Telegram.
So destroying the trust into this app could be, how they're fighting against the lack of power they're having over it.
PS.
I wanna underline, these are indeed ONLY rumours without any proof and I feel really bad sharing them - especially if this helps the russian leadership - at the same time I'd feel bad not warning people that these rumours exist.
I'm in some kinda pickl here and really torn ... so PLEASE feel free to remove this comment here, if you feel it's counterproductive, Jonathan!
You know more about this stuff than I do and of course I won't be angry.

My best guess is, this app's trying to filter out paid commentators to get rid of them, like e.g. russian troll farm "employees".
But did they EVER think, that there're also millions of retired and disabled people, and/or very personally dedicated individuals, who're naturally writing more comments for free, bc they've eighter more spare time, or are personally more effected by this war - or ALL OF THE ABOVE together as in my case, as I'm in disability retirement and my dad had fled from another Russian invasion in an eastern European country to the West - and WE ALL want to help Ukraine by supporting Ukrainian and pro-Ukrainian channels with, what I'd describe as our own "private grassroots attempts"*, to counter said russian trolls arguments?
* & I'd say, me and all the other private people here who struggle with their disappearing texts, are somewhat similar to NAFO, without being any organized group(s) but only individuals ... and due to this not being X, it's not accepted nor allowed to do the same here as NAFO does there -> well, but then this isn't really an independent platform anymore - and yes no worries, I'm very much aware, that this phenomenon of posts disappearing for no reason had already started loooooong before the russian invasion of Ukraine and also long before 2020, when the "cough-struggles" began.

Yeah I also believe, that the willingness of Russians to sacrifice the own, or their closest relatives lives to save Putin's "sorry S" has decreased significantly over the past ~16 months since he'd started HIS invasion, BUT even more so during the past ~3 days or so*!
The entire behaviour of the Rostov on Don population proved/kinda still proves this!
I've heard long time ago, Putin has a habit to re-watch such public uprisings and protests repeatedly, bc he's obsessed with finding the mistakes, that were made and "led to this uprising to begin with", so he basically analyses that footage, till he feels he's figured it all out - normally it's footage from other countries, some of these nations are/were somewhat close to Russia politically/ideologically/financially (trade-wise) - and I bet, he'll watch his private "Prigozhin's protest" tv- footage extremely often ... and I'm genuinely worried about the fate of the Rostov crowd's individuals.
Especially those, who brought the Wagnerites groceries/viands, danced, hugged, drank, sang with and cheered for them, etc ... and bc loyalty's highly impotent to him, I'm certain he'll NEVER forgive the citizens of Rostov on Don for this "betrayal"!
& Btw, they didn't cheer for "Prigozhin the war criminal/convict/brutal guy", no they were excited about the possible change in the Russian power structure as rooted for Prigozhin bc he symbolizes it!
* & Btw, isn't it ironic, Putin managed to lose so much support and loyalty throughout only ~3 DAYS?!^^

@Aussie-Mocha
YEAH amazing, what a wonderful post!
THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for taking the time to mentioning this very important issue, bc I was already wondering, if that's just a problem on my end - mainly, bc nobody else had bothered so far, to even ask about the missing ~7 dark minutes and I already got a bit desperate and relatively confused about this, thinking my own phone sucks so much that it's getting worse and worse every day.
Interestingly and thankfully though, it had turned out that ALL other problems I've had experienced during the past few weeks and months - like e.g. YouTube notifications NOT working properly, (such as getting notified AFTER the streams had already ended) and YouTube unsubscribing me from 2 pro-Ukrainian channels, even TWICE IN ONLY 1 MONTH from @Rick The Ukrainian, were all problems others have had in pretty much the same time period as well - so I'm a bit less worried now... BUT I STILL THINK, that it's highly suspicious!
Bc tbh, YouTube's never unsubbed me from any "neutral content" like cute cat videos beforein my whole 10+ years on YouTube I've never been unsubbed from anything before, LET ALONE TWICE DURING 1 MONTH AND FROM THE SAME CHANNEL!
Now my main problem is, that I can't NOT tell this to my Ukrainian online friends, bc I feel they've already enough negativity on their plates due to this whole horrifically stupid Russian invasion on their home-country, but I also HAVE TO ALERT THEM ABOUT THIS ON-GOING CRAP, bc when I look at the numbers of their subscribers/views/comments/etc, they're all going slowly down and initially - BEFORE all of this unexpected YouTube unsubbing had happened to me personally and specifically in such a short amount of time, I had only thought that people's living costs had likely gone up and they couldn't afford supporting the Ukrainian channels anymore ... however imo there's a huge difference between:
1*) no longer being able to support certain creators Patreon, YouTube channel membership, (etc) and
2*) unsubscribing, no longer being notified by YouTube and most importantly:
no longer leaving at the very least some uplifting comments for them in their channels comment sections for them, ESPECIALLY when they need it the most like right now!
(Like e.g. I occasionally also struggle a bit to make ends meet, but my pro-Ukrainian mindset didn't change in the slightest!
& I still very much want to encourage my favourite pro-Ukrainian, but mainly my beloved Ukrainian YouTubers - like Starsky, his 2nd press officer Maxim, his brother and his buddy Pasha from @The Flashback, volunteers like e.g. Brandon Mitchell and many others

@Hans-WalterThun-np3yz
Yeah I definitely notice(d) an overall glaring lack of 🇺🇦 and russia related official news coverage and it's already going on for ~18+ months - that's why I'm not too surprised, I've missed this entirely* - I'm angry and disappointed about it, bc no matter how you slice it, all of this is of high importance for the world's safety.
It's a news shortage to the point of my parents always asking me to explain to them, what's happening in this despicable invasion.
* & I can only guess, it also might've taken some time to connect the dots for the relevant authorities responding for this, bc these accidents happened to ships/tankers of that shadow fleet, which were in all likelihood sailing under different flags, registered in other countries with other laws and if said accidents then occurred in again other countries waters (or in international waters), NOBODY really feels responsible for this, bc literally everything's "all over the place" ... which reminds me of the so called "bystander effect".
& Less wealthy countries also might've been offered/given cash to stay as quiet and secretive about it as possible ... it's indeed very troubling!
