  4. But it is a right. It's a right outlined in the Constitution, originally set for use to be able to protect ourselves from imperial governments. Your country, the heritage, the culture. Everything is different than the US. You cannot compare your society to ours. Its different. We keep guns accessible because we have higher gun violence rates and want to be able to defend ourselves. Criminals don't buy guns legally. The only people you restrict by banning guns is law abiding citizens.

There may or may not be a grieving period because everyone grieves differently. Theres also a grieving period for women who have had an abortion. Because most women did not want it to come to that.

And until a fetus develops it's own body and organs, it's a parasite. The again, you can argue that kids are parasites because they need their parents to protect them. This is why it's important to differentiate between life and sentience.

  50. No you don't. Not in all cases. In most states, you only need a background check if you are purchasing the firearm from an FFL licensed dealer. Private citizens often sell and trade at gun shows, and private sales have no mandatory background check in a majority of states.
