Terr Di No, religion exists because it’s based on human nature and gives you a sense of closure, security, guidance, and sincerity. But is it? Obviously not for me since I’m an atheist, I’m a cynical, and I don’t believe in those organizations. Not saying all religions are bad, along with some of their principles, but, it’s not necessary, either.
I’m sorry, but I’m confused on what you’re trying to say in your last paragraph? Also, “Toxicity” is a spectrum, it doesn’t have to be entirely “immoral”, it could also refer to immaturity.

@Tomatopincushions Oh yea, you’re definitely right. I have an undergraduate degree in art, and all of my art history classes were strictly about Europe (the Renaissance), and were leaving out a lot of European artists who were considered “controversial” because of their themes. For example, someone like Benvenuto Cellini, who referenced Greek mythology. We mostly focused on allegorical paintings, relating to the New Testament, when something like ancient paganism or demonology were mostly left out.
Besides that, Islamic art was totally ignored, even though Islam was just as innovative during the Renaissance period.
If you’re lucky, you might have a few professors in college who are more open-minded, who focus on International work, not just European based. But, it’s not just the US who is lacking, it’s the education system in many countries and continents who are not using the world as a tool, yet they only discuss whatever agenda is correlated with their country, which as I said, is propaganda and nationalistic qualities at play.

Political science has a very long history, lol, so I’m curious on how they'd teach you. I started off my research with US politics, then went off to study all the terminologies and structures of foreign politics.
If you enjoyed high school, I’m sure you’ll like college even more. Most people with a degree actually get a job not associated with their major, which is ironic.
That’s very cool! Having enough grammar and pronunciation is good to get by, but if you’re not fluent, you have to continually practice so you don’t become too rusty.
I’m sure you’ll be able to work in Korea. Maybe after you graduate college, you could apply to the many English teaching programs they have in Korea. Korea is one of the most cheapest and reliable places to teach English, compared to Japan, where it’s very expensive (because everyone wants to go there).
Oh, and if you’re really interested in political science, I’d suggest to read the constitutions: Anderson’s Constitutions (technically the first constitution in relation to the freemasonry), Articles of Confederation, and then the Constitution of 1789. Then you can check out the US Code of Laws, for policies and bills.
I’m sure you’ll do great in college, you already seem willing to learn and educate yourself :)

I see. I’m sure you’ll eventually forget about high school once you deal with college, lol, because of all the responsibilities.
Yes, getting a job in correlation to your major or undergraduate degree is pretty difficult. Life is unpredictable, and you could end up in a different field than you originally wanted. It also depends on how lucky you’re getting connections and a decent internship that’s worth it, especially since they don’t pay you when you’re an intern the majority of the time, that’s what happened to me when I wanted a job in NYC, they offered me an intern position with no pay. It’s true that you have to start somewhere to gain experience, but I don’t think it’s right for them not to pay you for so long.
If you like Duolingo, you should check out AnkiWeb or Pimsleur, it’s more professional. Yes, competing in a healthy fashion is always fun, I agree!
Ah, yes, Korea has a lot hurdles for expats and foreigners when it comes to acting or singing, because of stereotyping and prejudice mentalities. But I’m sure in the future, it’ll definitely get better. Non Summit (Korean show) did a great job with educating Koreans about foreign politics and cultures. It’s also sad with the amount of plastic surgery that’s rampant in Korea when it comes to beauty standards, they also put pressure on foreigners and try to force them into getting surgery. But you’re right, getting a good agency that doesn’t abuse you is key, I’ve heard many stories of how bad they could be.
Ah no, unfortunately I haven’t traveled far, or even outside the US for that matter. However I’ve seen thousands of documentaries and am obsessed with travel vlogs and geography. That’s how I know so much about cultures and customs, from reading or watching stuff, lol. But one day I want to travel to a few places. I’m sure you’ll travel a lot too, in the near future :)
Anytime! There’s so much philosophy to read and learn about, lol, especially since we relied on theology as a way of life for so long, before the Age of Enlightenment movement, then atheism and secularism started to become more apparent, particularly now more than ever.
