$1000 a month wouldn't even pay off your medical debt and student loans for most Americans.

@modemmark421 Np. Keep up the good work spreading this message to other business owners. They need to understand how the marketing cycle works.
3
Dennis Young Historically yeah but money won't get you away from the law in most countries these days.
3
To everyone in America: Damn this is such great progress. This movement is so great. To everyone outside America: Those primitives still haven't gotten living wages yet? To put into perspective just how messed up America is. South America and poor Asian countries pay their workers better and have better conditions. JAPAN has less work hours per year on average than your average American worker.
3
Mike Gravel has too. Don't forget him.
3
Eh not that many, just a few.
3
How can you call yourself a free country when you're a slave to a company that can get away with threatening and bullying you and prevent you from forming a union?
3
Bernie is fighting for things that would benefit single males and people in general. This just happens to be a program meant to help pay for the burden of having children.
3
It's called Domestic Servitude and its been around since Roman days. It's when you grant a slave rights and freedoms but he's still considered property.
3
I smell... a conservative billionare.
3
@alexfitzgerald1355 Wouldn't really say I'm rare. I'm average for a Dane. I do wish your country the best on unity and the fight for social services.
3
Bernie, love your message, but you're kinda wrong here. Inflation in a lot of places is an issue but it's contained through government regulations. In the US virtually everything is privatized making almost nothing have any inflation protection. Not many countries are suffering right now because of inflation. My country of Canada is a great example, we have a little bit of rising inflation here but it's not unmanageable nor is it spiking the way it is in the US.
3
I know this is petty but it's are not is. "What are your priorities." I have OCD. Don't hold it against me.
3
@NancyChasteen Clearly its his own fault for not being able to work 5 jobs at poverty wages combined just to get a living wage. It's cause he's not working to the bone until he dies. Clearly not because of a broken system or anything.
3
@seekr6964 That claim needs proof. Unlike most I don't just take American news at face value for obvious reasons.
3
Most of the world is already way better than America for workers including several poor nations/3rd world countries.
3
System is so fucked up. We in Europe have been trying to warn America where things were headed but almost no one listened unfortunately until things got this bad. Fortunately there is still time for Americans to turn their country around and become the land of the free that the founding fathers dreamed of.
3
@tiffanyhouchin6055 It blows my mind that people have to register to vote in America. What happened to voting being a human right?
3
@miaokuancha2447 Yeah that's kind of the point the OP was making.
2
@johnsarab4500 You go ahead and quit your job and see how far you get without it.
2
Innuendos?
2
@yailentrenhs3314 Disgusting. What happened to helping out your fellow man? Didn't that used to be the mantra in America 70-80 years ago?
2
@darylpettiford4900 1000 a month isn't even enough to cover the debt and premium costs every month. You still save tons more under Bernies policies.
2
@Sebman1113 The written down tax rate isn't what corporations pay. In the US corporations avoid paying taxes through many loopholes.
2
@Zay HAM. If I'm using overtly dramatic tones its generally sarcasm but no worries mate.
2
@gracieallen8285 Not all of them. Only the warehouse in Staten Island to be clear.
2
@IWLDELJ I think you need glasses. Nothing you said was even mentioned in my comment.
2
The irony is that Americans don't even have the skills they expect immigrants to have.
2
Corporate Democrats are just as guilty as Republicans. It's not a one side is bad and the other is good. Both parties have many bad.
2
@andrewz61 Cant do what Canada does cause you cant afford it? Bitch have you seen our GDP differences?
2
You're right. Most Kings were way more responsible than US Presidents.
2
@helengarrett6378 I wish YOU were correct but there is almost nothing I can do. I'm Danish not American. Hope and courage are what people need to stay determined enough to fight. You seem to have confused idle well-wishing with hopeful and courageous fighting.
2
@ahwasright1364 I live in Canada, I agree with Bernie.
2
@justicman225 And here we have the self-destructive moron in his natural habitat.
2
And that's exactly why he's not President.
2
Amazon is just the beginning. This Union Revolution needs to spread across America through all companies.
2
Wasn't it a quote that came from Abraham Lincoln? It might've been someone else but I'm certain some old president said it.
2
@북유럽정치스터디토론 Our people's generosity? Danes have been conquering fighters for thousands of years. That ended only less than 100 years ago after Nukes came around.
2
@rocco_productionsmannott31 So you're gay but support a party who wants to make gay marriage completely illegal and calls gays fags openly on air and has literally Neo-Nazis on their side? I'm not one to tell you how to think but that doesn't seem rational.
2
I appreciate and respect Bernie for all he supports but this passive political approach clearly isn't working. I'm of the belief the system has failed and it's time to tear it down and rebuild the entire government system. Power belongs to the American people not greedy corrupt politicians, elites, and corporations. It's time to turn the system back to the people by any means necessary.
2
For all that persistence he hasn't accomplished much.
2
@julia7001 It's 60 days notice here. :)
2
@mason430 What did Bernie do? Besides fighting for the working class for 50+ years? Just cause he doesn't show up in person to every single workers event doesn't mean he can't celebrate something that aligns with his consistent messaging.
2
@yehat17 Europe and a lot of Asia are already taking steps to adapt and minimize climate change. Time for America to stop slacking and do its part.
2
The economy is great if you're part of the 1%.
2
Get Bernie in office.
2
Is he? If his job is to help Americans he's failing. America is worse off now than it was 20 years ago.
2
@michellem6826 So America is doing great and doesn't have a large portion of people suffering? How's that build back better bill working for you? Good intentions without action won't save America.
2
@socklessjoe1 and her own hubris.
2
Hej fra Danmark også. Undskyld hvis min dansk er dårlig. Jeg lærer stadig.
