  12. The Kyiv post-coup government declared war on the separatists in the Donbass in 2014, so they are literally the ones that started the conflict. It continued as a low intensity conflict from 2014. Look at the neutral reports of the OSCE of shelling by the Ukrainians of the Donbass even in the days leading up to the Russian invasion.

The president of the Sentencing Council is also just a liar, he claims in his reponse to the Justice Scretary that it is not differential treatment, it's "Just information", but of course the whole point of a pre-sentencing Report is to allow for the adjusting of the sentence someone receives, so if ethnic minorities get one, while white British people do not, that is by definition differential treatment.

A serious government would deal with the aging by ending the universal state pension entitlement, and moving all public sector employees to defined contribution pension schemes (i.e. you pay a fixed amount in, you don't get promised a fixed amount out no matter how much you paid in). But that would enrage the Labour and Conservative parties two primary voter blocs, so it won't happen.
