@nominatorchris5591 OK, but a part of it bcoz they are lagging in many ways, hence has more scope to go forward. China still gets a large "thanks" for these efforts. But just putting the things in perspective, aye?
1
@nominatorchris5591 Lagging in science and technology.

Yet, even the fabled Bayrakter failed to achieve anything like that. And since the 3rd week of March, they are all but disappeared. That shows the level of ignorance and arrogance spread by western media.
1
It's questionable. Cos, did u notice, how Bayrakter strikes have all but disappeared? I think no Bayrakter strike video came our for ~3 weeks now. Besides, I suspect, such a slow, lightweight drone can be easily evaded, and or destroyed using an automatic grenade launcher or even a few LMG.
1
Sounds nice. Can you point towards some detail?
1
@Morkvonork I speak German, no issue. Though my A2 German won't help completely.
1
So this is the origin story of this Marvel . . . u umm Asianometry Cinematic Universe!
1
And even if the US does restrict that, what makes you think that people won't sell them?
1
A financial analyst by ptofession, who knows asian economies in detail and also has this detail idea about evolution! Is there any doubt that Mr. John is the most dangerous YouTuber?
1
@AFlyingCookieLOL Does his country bullies every other nations and says BS about China 24/7?
1
@TheThreatenedSwan "Most non-Western nations are extremely chauvinistic" Most non-western nations are extremely critical of themselves. Its only the western nations that constantly claim to have higher standard, while having many of the same shit and way more white collar crime.
1
@TheThreatenedSwan Have I been to internet? Kid, I'm here from the 90s. And I'm not from a western nation, so think of that for a moment. And what u feel like Chauvinism, is just us claiming where we excel or excelling, where ur ideals are actually BS, despite what u say. The actual chauvinism here is your claim of these behavior to be chauvinist. Cos here its u can't accept the fact that in many places your ideals are hypocritical, or nonsense or downright self-delusional.
1
@TheThreatenedSwan And oh! I've never seen anyone (except for some ultranationalist religious zealot) from the subcontinent to claim ourselves to be the top dog. We're not, and we know that all too well. I regularly see loads of people from subcontinent to claim this place to be The shithole. But I've seen a bunch of regular Americans to claim American exceptionalism nonetheless. The less educated ones might outright brag. The more educated ones (this is common among Europeans too) will act and behave as thought their understanding of the world and their ideals are absolute peak of human existence. In my entire life, I live in the subcontinent, and I've never seen educated people act like that except westerners.

"Rubber is an water absorbent vegetable..." - Asianometry. Btw, Rubber isn't protein. It's a polymer of it's own class.
1
Until some scientist or some group of researchers manages to invent another way to manufacture semiconductor chips, TSMC will remain world's premium chip manufacturer. This is why I hope some miracle happens, and some research groups invent something like that in a decade.
1
@MrSpiritmonger Not western news source. It's my own assessment based on all the news of Chinese FEL (Free electron Laser) based lithography I could gather. In fact no one yet quite figured out the FEL based lithography. Only the FEL light source is available for now.
1
Asianometry's Wendover problem. LOL!
1
I sense a layoff wave hitting ASML. No bad wish for ASML, but such rapid growth is always followed by such.
1
@SylphDS That means, there'll be a danger if chip demand falls. Such sounds impossible, but might happen when AI bubble pops.
1
@SylphDS But all that said, I haven't seen much layoffs in Biotech. There's a huge fall of demand after COVID. This is possibly because, unlike IT, such specialized talent are very hard to obtain and competitors are always there for hunt. More so for ASML than biotech field.
1
Even if China succeeds, this "catching up" bars them in investing in future technology.
1
This video is already a marketing. Cos, drones are much more praised than their actual effectiveness. Just ask yourself, since when u last saw the footage of a TB2 attacking a Russian position? Are they even present anymore?
1
@fundoo203 Well, the sky is blue cos water is blue and sky is filled with water since water often falls from it. Sounds funny? The explanation you gave is similarly funny. If it were that simple then I ud've never asked.
1
@fundoo203 Everyone knows these reasons. And still, with all these, there's no reason for Britain to fail, they live helluva close to the then USSR. No reason for Japan to succeed to some extent either. These fine points are what needed to be discussed. Everyone knows the broad strokes.
1
@Beregorn88 But if the light is coming from XFEL, then the beam will come horizontally, isn't? Also, one 45 degree mirror can make it verticle.
1
It knows more about u than u or your nearby ones do.
1
@JackKoff-l8d No you didn't. It actually pronounced: Pro-Tee-Age.
1
@ThisNoName BS. SpaceX's success is mostly due to tech taken from old Soviet rockets and ex-NASA engineers. Not to mention NASA funding, which is still a major earning for them. Only fools believe in magic man, cult leader shit. Yes, it will take China decades to achieve what US and Soviets achieved and what US private companies may do standing on top of that. But your cult leader is really has less role in that.
1
Well, the greatest problem with Chinese movies are - well, they are in Chinese. I really want to see how they fight with the language barrier.
1
Very good point. Thanks for pointing this out.
1
Be sorry for yourself perhaps.
1
Man, you are remarkable. Btw, do u do financial consulting for tech companies? Or plan to do in the future?
1
I'm signing up for the ceremony right now.
1
WFI (Water For Injection) used in pharmaceutical industry falls way behind than the Ultra Pure Water used by semiconductor industry. And WFI is so pure that u can pretty much inject them in your brain without risking any infection at all.
1
TL;DR: Hope of bread basket to reality of basket case.
1
@stogieyogi9373 Great questions.
1
Seems like human ingenuity is something no one is automating soon.
1
Wow! That's a point no YouTube video advertising the drone have ever brought up! Thanks for such an important point.
1
@trentbrady8829 In a four person family, cooking alone will take more than 3500 kilojouls of energy. This is just based on the specific heat of water and efficiency of ovens. No need a yacht, or being on drugs. Just some physics is enough.
1
Real world heros don't come wearing capes.
1
That, @0:32, that, is west's main problem with China in a single sentence. For example, Saudi Arabia has far more serious human rights issues, but US and the West supports Saudi Regime nonetheless, cos It's still a cash cow and is probably will never be a competitor.
1
Link to Mr. Doug's article?
1
May be that's not that much of a bad thing. From a technical point of view, memory and storage is the greatest bottleneck of a computational process. AKA, memory maneufacturing tech might actually see the highest innovation and growth in the next few decades.
1
Why do u need such expensive tech when computer guided automatic grenade launchers can do the same and u can field them with a fraction of a cost? Remember, these drones are lightweight and slow as hell.
1
See Mr. the main thing has always been about power and may be money. The ones with more power always do this exact same thing. Racism comes to be when these powerful people conquer others and then treat them as not-human.
1
This is the common story of every 3rd world country: Corrupt politicians robbing their own people and laundering that money to 1st world nations. India, Bangladesh, Phillipins, Pakistan, Sirya you name any 3rd world nation. China is just the largest and thus made the largest splash. 1st world Policy makers I think rather welcomes this money flow. 3rd world money launderers isn't to blame alone.

I read, LG Chemical's plant to solvate.
1
I dare Nvidia (or Tesla) to make an artificial model of the roads of Delhi.
1
I remember reading about them far back in 2011. I was in Uni, and there was a nearby shop selling old, thrown away journals. It was quite a diamond mine (pun intended) for those who are interested. There I've read this very very interesting thing.
1
As a (far younger than u) chemist myself, I totally agree with this comment.
