  34. Back in the Apartheid days, the Zulu were recognized as an independent state. These days the relationship is more ambiguous as now all the Zulus are South African citizens and the Zulu king claims rule over the whole KwaZulu-Natal region regardless of race.

Some of these inmates will have simply avoided getting involved with gangs, some will have only fought to protect themselves. The only thing certain is that a lot of the prisoners have some warped priorities.

  43. (Sigh) Belgrade has nothing to do with this. Bosnia is a confessional democracy, meaning towns and persons choose between three citizenships as they wish. Sprska contains most of the ethnic Serbs and most of the border region between Bosnia and Serbia and they have their own legislature, taxes, and army. Sprska is feuding with Bosnia and Herzegovina right now. The only problem anyone talks about is the historiography as Sprska refuses to demonize Belgrade, but I'm sure there's other arguments. Sprska is threatening desist all cooperation with Sarajevo, instantly making them an independent state.
