He should make it a class action for everyone who had their content reposted by her. (Like those rampant Facebook posts of old)

And this isn't a crime?
2
Americans are always saying so and so isn't 'black' whenever it is convenient for them. "Too pale", "acts white", "too many non-'black' friends", doesn't share an opinion, from Africa not the US, dates or marries someone who isn't 'black'.... It's just so... malignant.

Her attorney could get in trouble too

They are undoubtedly arguing that this is oppression because they need to be seen as women in every way. But, there will always be things that don't change. Even sex characteristics aside no amount of surgery would help me escape the fact that I am me and whatever skin suit I happen to wear after my brain has been scooped and put in some other body, is just a manufactured veneer. Unless I also wipe my memory and records so I can be a new person. But then you have effectively killed anything you could define as me, and that is suicide.
1
It's not out of their pockets if they never win.
1
Do we blame her, or really bad legal advice?
1
hhhh the spin.*both of them Are such BS I would be surprised if they aren't intentionally cooperating to mislead the public and divide them to mutually improve viewership.
1
I feel bad for the kid, and that mother should be ashamed. Were it a public school, they would have no right to expell a child based on their parent (if that was indeed the case). They can ban the parent from the grounds, they can sue her, but... this just isn't right to hold the kids accountable. Now if the School is at all publicly funded it is my opinion they should have the same expectations of duty to the child.
1
Because people may give pandering a shot, but if it isn't a good movie and it doesn't look good... why would anyone go the next time, or recommend it? If it were genuine and great, then you have a future classic, like Blade, Rush Hour, Shaft, Beverly Hills Cop...
1
I have only heard of these ridiculous conspiracies in the last... 6? Years What's going on?? Where did these come from?
1
@Robban.D.Jonsson. Well, it is a double standard, but it is the standard we have adopted.
1
I mean, misquoting is a problem (and has been for a long time). But being unprofessional when representing a business has also been a problem lately. *Wait the woman being yelled at was the one misquoted? (Man these unfamiliar and somewhat similar last names get pretty hard to parse when verbally describing a situation, without videos, posts, etc.) Regardless it is unquestionably hypocritical for a school to attack one person for in their minds having a negative opinion about protesters, in the name of supporting political dissent. Granted in their minds everything at the time was hyper sensitive and the instant something wasn't gleeful parroting of views, it was mistakenly assumed to be equivalent to (/painted as) racism. (Ex: It is always possible to oppose the conduct of some protesters, but support the protest topic itself.) But that shoddy mob logic, and mass media instigating, got the better of people. "Not entirely on my side!? You must be the enemy"
1
I feel bad for her boyfriend, what an @$$#013.
1
My guess is, as is usually the case, the losing party just ran on bad policies.
1
I don't know who that news anchor is, but I like her, she seems to have a professionalism I rarely see on American 'news' today. (Whether that is true beyond this one clip I do not know. lol)
1
Well they didn't listen when everyone tried to talk it out rationally. So now they are forced to see the issues.
1
"This is the solution to everything, empower those students, don't tell their parents"
1
If they were actually getting a raw deal, I would. Because not all types of work is paid equally and that's the standard society has set. So if they had a man on their team of equal skill and he were paid more, I would say he should either be paid less, or they should be paid more (depending).
1
It really bothers me what that movement has done to the world. For whatever 'progress' has been made, they have regressed society so much, at the same time. I hope that soon people will go back to seeing one another as people first rather than whatever skintone 'identity' they happen to have. Similarly, it would be nice if Hollywood would go back to letting people just be folks rather than having to align to some trending stereotype.
1
There is no evidence that is supporting that move. This is a story of correlation winning over causation. MORE IMPORTANTLY it doesn't solve their percieved problem.
1
Trample on 90% of women to support 1, that is the hypocrisy of these political extremists.
1
Feminists say the same about men. But the letter of the law suggests accountability is in their favour.
1
This is what the world is now. 🤦♀️ But also, it's reassuring because youbknow if the majority of people were actually racist none of these sympathy ploys would.even work. So despite what they say, people probably aren't entirely terrible. But hopefully, they wisen up a bit more.
1
Is it rigged and she's just going to give it to someone she knows? *Ahhh it's slapping new paint on an old shed. Like all those thungs Trump slapped his name on while in office.
1
We don't know the extent of their behaviour, nor if the topless people with 'masculine chests' were kicked out. I would think neither is particularly suitable. But I don't the F to M trans people were trying to be as provocative as this person was attempting to be.
1
"top detective" cutting corners.
1
Baby walks down the side of the road... Everyone's pulling over.
1
Prime is just peak health you easily offended CNN anchor. I also don't like that Hayley leaned into the opression Olympics just because it was convenient to her. It is hypocritical, not that most people aren't (let alone politicians).
1
Sadly that's a lot of politicians. It is always disgusting, but not always 'worn on their sleeves' (as it were).
1
Lead Attorney lol
1
Origin and current reality are not one in the same. It's like Fanta, Disney, or VW. If they do something you oppose now, sure why not boycott. But if none of the original employees still work there and they don't support those things, the argument is well... prejudiced and unfounded. But If you considering about the things Disney has done recently, that seems like a pretty justifiable boycott.
1
Such unparalleled decorum in this political forum...
1
I don't know what '90s you saw, or how you didn't see this kind of thing earlier (probably because the perspective has changed since the time).
1
I don't know, if you are charging the kid as an adult the charges against his parents would be difficult to justify. But if you aren't charging the kid as an adult it makes a lot of sense. At the end of the day a parent is responsible for the up bringing and wellbeing of their child, plus as gun owners.
1
I agree the school should be charged, the teacher and senior staff involved should be charged.
1
I thought this was going to be some undercover review.
1
"Single greatest crime in American history". No that is still war crimes, nuking 2 civilian populations.
1
Thanks for the updates
1
Best thing we can do is ignore them. No eyes, no ads, no motive.
1
Here there are more YWCAs than YMCAs. Also the YMCA is open for everyone, the YWCA is not. Does that seem right to you? (the former does to me, the latter does not).
1
"I heard she married her brother, you are asking me a question about it, I don't know anything about it." ....If I didn't know any better I would stay he's a robot lol.
1
wtf is with the hot sauce. ...or any of that.
1
This was messed up. Ironically she might have won a jurry trial.
1
It's a valid criticism. I appreciate she has become more rational. Actions of a specific nature do not necessarily mean they are an accurate representation of the beliefs of an individual overall. So criticise an action or comment all you want, but your arguments lose strength when you over generalize and you risk being dismissed outright. But if someone does a lot of things that are 'duck' like... There's probably a valif argument to be made that the actions represent the intent.
1
To be fair, an actual problem recruiters face (that we should deal with) is the false equivalency of experience with skill. Hiring based on skill/knowledge is more valuable than simply having participated but having been the weight dragging the team down.
1
The thing that irritates me is how opinion is presented as fact. It clearly says, "fox news" and most people assume what he says is true, it doesn't say "opinion" anywhere on the broadcast (if it does please point it out for me).
1
Also, Is racism a matter of opinion? Or should it be? It seems like you either believe in one's superiority over others or you don't, that said... Proving another's opinion would be difficult even with examples of their behaviour.
1
Is he a pastor or a bishop?
1
I have to say, I like the dude with the pelt on his head. He's got it down.
