  34.  @Take_Me_Back_To_The_1980s  Its perfectly legitimate to pursue self determination as its a right in the United Nations Charter, of which the UK Government is a founder of so the UK acknowledges this right that people in Scotland have the right to pursue. UK is not a Country, its a Union, there is a Treaty between the 2 nations. Scotland is not a region its a nation in a treaty with another nation. Can withdraw from the treaty via a electoral mandate to pursue doing so.
