  2.  @plinble  A third (2,400 GWH) of Northern Ireland's 7,300 GWH electricity usage in 2023 was supplied from Scotland via the subsea electricity interconnector that enters in Ayrshire and comes out at Larne. 422 MWH of electricity was also exported from Northern Ireland to Scotland. Northern Ireland had a trade deficit in electricity with Scotland of 2000 GWH.

  15.  @Henry-xu5jg  The ONS shows Scotland generated 2,5% more per capita in tax than England last year. Scotland's GDP Per Capita was higher than the UK as a whole in 2023. Scotland is 2nd in the UK after London for attracting inward investment. UK Government is against us becoming independent yet you think we're nothing, that we have no economic potential and are a leach on the UK. Very odd.

Scotland doesn't have any county councils. The barnett formula is Scotland's own taxation coming back. Scotgov has done many international agreements. ScotGov is not a local government area of England as Scotland is a nation in treaty with England. UK does not have a single UK Legal system. England's supreme court ruling did not rule out Scotland electing pro independence majority of Scotland's Westminster MP in a UK Election as a route to withdrawing from the Treaty with England. UK government does not have any legitimacy in Scotland as Scotland has not voted Conservative since 1955. England's government should get out of Scotland as its elected in England and not Scotland. What is the United Kingdom? no written UK constitution defining what it is. 65 other countries have left Westminster, Scotland leaving is no different.
