Well if you're CNN have to fear protestors and police.
2
Follow what your mum says and you'll be alright.

Yeah sorry mate as an Australian, we gave you Rupert Murdoch who then in turn created the greatest news network Fox News.
1
PS but you let him in, where was that wall or shutting down immigration when it was needed.
1
It's interesting to choose to show 3 incidents and 2 of the incidents were black officers. I am confused how the white supremacists are running thingsa view often touted in this forum. Credit to NowThis for showing things in the videos at least that don't seem to be biased. Maybe the problem is about policing , including the violence the police face , not a racial thing, just a thought.

You have no idea what modern slavery is.
1
The media is in part to blame, they should wear fluro tops that say media. Maybe not every time but at least if they a distance away they might not know they are media.

I would go and sit outside the circle just to annoy others. Then if questioned I would say inside the circle would be contaminated like a toilet seat with people continuously using that grass. I don't think I would be gunned down for disobedience even if it the US.
1
Am I the only one confused. The flights cost money I understand and yes for those who haven't worked it out flyovers are often bombing run simulation training. But what's the issue with the masks, the painters N95 mask what's the problem? An N95 mask is an N95 mask. I guessing was N95 mask couldn't read the print.

He is a radical leftist. I am speaking this in a country with what is normally considered universal healthcare. His ideas go way beyond what exists in Australia. His idea on pretty much an open border is radical left, by Australian standards Trump is to the left on this issue. If it was the Australian government and now even our left wing party the military would be put on the border to stop all unauthorised arrivals until the problem is fixed. When looking into the disfunction of your federation especially the way states decide who votes and receive welfare etc. I would totally agree with him. But the elephant in the room is your system is like having an elected king, who is largely unaccountable and selects the entire ministry at will ( you call them secretaries of this and that) unelected ministers seems crazy to an outsider. Bernie isn't for fundamental change of the federation which is what is required first to achieve more even outcomes throughout the country. The response to COVI Sars2 laid bare the disfunction in coordination and complete failures on both the state and federal levels by both political parties. Maybe it'll make no difference in the long run but I prefer to be in a country where 5 infections is considered an outbreak rather than 5,000. The duopoly on power due to your voting and registration requirements should be removed so Bernie for arguments sake could be in Congress as member of the Greens where I would suggest he belongs with AOC. Having a strict 2 party system means radicals are in the Democrat and Republican parties .

Hi there ,very different to our police they are run by local Authorities in the US and the state can use the National Guard ( a state based military for domestic issues) which normally is used for things like natural disasters. Highway troopers are state police but only used on highway normally. This could be part of the problem , wouldn't want my council having it's own police force. In Australia it's each state and territory has it's own. Does UK have one or for example does Scotland have there own police force separate to England?

Trump has for a week, currently targeting Democrats in regards to riots.
1
You are wrong on the road thing. Second part you are right but that doesn't mean nobody will as questions. I put it elsewhere but I will ask you also if this was Trump tower could you deliver an item to a condominium without being asked any questions and would the delivery driver get all annoyed and not answer in the case a question was asked?
1
The officer standing next to the main offender is as bad. He could have at least looked at the victim when people said he had stopped breathing.
1
@baddriversofthenorcalarea500 tasers are not non lethal, they are less lethal than a bullet depending on what part of the body is being shot. So shooting someone in the foot for arguments sake is a less lethal option than a taser to the heart. However the use of both is probably center of body mass meaning a bullet is more lethal than a taser. We don't know exactly but a taser might have killed Floyd if suffering from some heart disease.

Warning Artist that's the current plan actually. But it isn't being done in a careful manner. Fauci said the words that things might get out of control and possibly cause more damage because mitigation might not be possible. Listen carefully to his words, containment is no longer on the table. Near the end of February he said the US didn't have many infection s because if great healthcare and tracing, which was the worst and most blatent failure overseen by himself and Jay Butler head of the CDC infectious disease section. I am assuming those would have been the 2 public servants in charge of / overseeing the matter.

@wirawansaputraimade4419 I have just been looking at different country information for January and the initial response is the largest indicator of future success at control. Thailand had a very large number of cases as did Australia and about same number in South Korea as US. Australia had 15 cases at end of January which is the total of US and Canada and Italy and France and Spain and UK added together and totalled on January 31st. Now I know why they started to use the hundredth case for graphs not first case which morphed into since the 100th death. Thailand had more known cases than Australia at end of January.

Under constitutional law it's generally accepted that a head of state can't really be held to account, because they can pardon themselves. If he loses election and statute of limitations hasn't expired go for it.
1
@InsidetheCasino thanks for explanation. I disagree with the last bit though. The police in the end didn't think he was hiding anything otherwise they would have taken further action in one way or another . Arbery seemed to not like police and was being aggressive. Another point is this has nothing to do with what happened in the McMichael s case.
1
@NomadicCreatorMY I don't know who runs drugs there at the moment just making a comment.
1
@Fay-el I am Australian as you can guess the primary difference it would seem between the US and European countries is likely to be population densities. Because the US is more spread out and large rural populations it has spread slowly to lower population states. I agree with you wait 4 weeks and US is likely to be where Europe is now.
1
@Dr.Luka-DanteGodofMischief The procedures are the responsibility of the police chief and legislators. Even in the case of Chauvin and Floyd it was standard procedure with 44 people becoming unconscious due to that manouvre over a 5 year period in that jurisdiction.
1
You know you can buy a battery operated grinder and put a cutting attachment on it and maybe steal it. Wait for statutes of limitations to run out and it would have some value I believe.
1
There is anecdotal evidence it may help. This is why there are some proper clinical trials going ahead to see if it does work and also risks. All powerful drugs have some inherent risk.
1
Does it really matter if primary cause was asphyxiation versus heart attack, in both cases caused by the police officers and considered homicide?
1
They are in LA and NY, majority of officers are considered minority. Maybe you should move to one of those cities noting I don't think they are the only ones.
1
In Western Sydney there are problems. We aren't all that bad , see homicide rate 20% of that of USA, traffic death rate 50% of USA. No free country is perfect.
1
But you're not president, so if you said it without qualification people would just think you are a nut job. If you were president however many more people will believe. I think there are still people who think Obama is a foreigner.
1
@Vanadisphoto LOL I have heard of a very similar thing happening in a low to middle income country in Asia . That leader is no longer a leader so there is hope.
1
He meant drugs.
1
I would suggest due to the US being a violent country with many disparities when compared to other high income country. Another current issue is the left and right in US politics being openly hostile to each other. I am Australian so my comment might offend them.
1
I think this relates to another video. The US has both the largest prison population and the most per capita. I think Trump was just confusing testing for covid and detaining people. So this one you are really number 1.
1
@paopaoschz777 you are not understanding the subtly of my language.
1
@Slow_Horse unfortunately I agree deforestation is a problem.
1
@Slow_Horse yep
1
You don't know if it worked only that it did no harm unless you were part of a double blind clinical trial and the results of the trial demonstrated that.
1
Yes because of cost.
1
@sammu and as a rule it's true. Young people are doing the right thing to protect others and if they aren't then that's very selfish.
1
@henrichvonstaufenberg4841 that's unless you are the 1% give or take that it will kill. If there are mutations significant enough to bring that down to say half it would probably take some time and also reduce the effectiveness of any potential vaccine.
1
That's not fair. You are acting with discrimination towards the police and any guards at that building. There is no way to know how they would have reacted if it was a different racial group. Every police officer is an individual and not all are bad however some are.
1
That's only after civility stops. Currently you can still vote and it will be counted. So just vote and get others to do same, if you truly are the majority it's your choice who leads you.
1
Here's a question for you how do you know the white guy new he was black because to park a car to block can't or unlikely to have been done when other vehicle really close I would think?
1
We don't know if they have done the crime, awaiting trial.
1
@joananthony6323 I am responding to others who said he was committing a burgalry etc. even up to the point of he deserved what he got which obviously I strongly disagree with. Yes might is an appropriate term
1
Really? Is the President not Republican. Check deaths in Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand. The population of those countries added together is about the same as the US. Check your totals and only Republican states just to be fair.
1
Where did the number $134,000,000 come from?
1
@donbelenger817 It's an American cultural thing having a president playing golf. Maybe the Scottish parliament is the same because the game comes from there. It's certainly a lot of money. If that amount of money was spent in January and February on COVI sars2 you would not have a problem in the same way you do now. I do believe the US could have achieved the same results as Australia or South Korea from a technical point of view. But the president and public servants failed. I am impressed by the ramp up in actions but it could be like the apt description which is often given , it's like a bush fire. In the beginning it needed a bucket of water, now it needs the entire might of the US to mitigate I think. While it would be great to see containment maybe it's impossible now. Best of luck.
1
And could barely hear any words. I want to know what he was yelling when pointing his finger and what the crowd was chanting.
1
If they want a real effect just copy the "Australian grim reaper aids ad " and change a few words, it was a great and effective ad campaign
1
Yep and all those girls beautiful ❤️
