You can only send a 48 day eviction notice so be a little patient and have to wait until the eviction notice is certified.
3
@avengingmime it's still sharia which roughly translates as religious law.
3
Unfortunately you are absolutely correct. Are you for Putin or real democracy?
3
I do think this ad is particularly heavy hitting because it's a man that is universally seen as a good guy. I am not American and I think he is a hero in the true sense.
3
@tenderbrown74 your comment is interesting, hopefully those in your state dig a bit deeper as in how much energy and at what stage those untaxed corporations get cut off from electricity. Chances are unfortunately while paying no tax they have the cheapest and most reliable electricity. I am not saying that's the case but if I was Texan I would be looking in that direction.

Looking from the Australian context, I don't think Americans are in the center at all. Your idea of center is far right or left and has been forever basically. While you might rate reasonably high you don't really believe in free trade and rank 25 on the economic freedom index. You give handouts to heaps of big corporations in various ways using tax dollars especially in healthcare. That's far right , the center gives handouts to humans in need which the US doesn't like to do because corporate donors to political parties are too important to consider the people. You have far right wing everyone has the right to semiautomatic weapons to kill as many people as they want until the good guy with a gun takes you out which is often after 20 deaths or so plus many others injured. This is not a second amendment issue otherwise fully automatic weapons could not have been banned but in effect they are. Then like recently with debt forgiveness of student loans you lean to the far left. There's nothing in the center in the US, constantly leaning far left or right and creating a complete mess for a wealthy country, highest homicide rate, median adult wealth not even making the top 20 yet somewhere about number 5 for average adult wealth , lowest life expectancy despite by far highest overall spending on healthcare. The US is simply the wealthiest most powerful developing nation on the planet.
3
You already know their answer to that , more guns and arm every teacher.
3
That's the day of the notice , not the possible eviction.
3
It's irrelevant because the trial has partisan jurors, that is Republican senators. Jurors even in a court room can't be charged with anything for deliberately letting someone off. They can only get in trouble for lying when questioned during jury selection, however this does no apply to the impeachment.

This ad was powerful and well made.

The reverse Midas touch.
2
You need a preferencial voting system or automatic run off , same thing but has different terminology in different places. But you also need one vote one person and for the Federal government to run it because eligibility differs in each state. Until those issues are fixed almost no candidate will be considered legitimate by all.
2
If it was the early 70s he would probably be in jail by now.
2
@danpictish5457 That's tough, I hope you are doing ok and take care of yourself.
2
@ewrock7635 If you are genuine in your comment, I would suggest life has to move on, unfortunately can't save those who refuse to get vaccinated and can't keep trying to protect them when they refuse to follow rules anyway. I am in Queensland Australia and we went from Covid 0 to opening up and very few mask mandates left, just vulnerable settings such as hospitals and nursing homes. Of course it's sad to see so many dying.
2
Hey why did they put Gorbachev in there, he was a good person ending the Soviet Union. He wouldn't endorse Putin's behaviour.
2
Go and watch Fox, OAN and Newsmax for 1 week 5 hours a day plus a couple of hours on private Facebook groups of the Q genre. No other sources of information permitted. Next week you'll be telling me how your current statement was all wrong and how you have seen the light. Unfortunately the damage does cross borders, an example is the conspiracy theory which was started outside of Australia regarding relatively remote indigenous people but they all have access to social media and they became terrified that the Northern Territory government was taking them away to be killed rather than quarantine to save lives, I actually stumbled accross a clip of an indigenous person who felt like this was happening to other community members and was genuine as far as I could tell. While the majority would not think like this can you imagine thinking that way, that you are being led to your death.
2
@txrick4879 Speaking as an Australian in a generally right leaning state totally agree with your assessment. Regardless of party every state will keep it's character, which is a good thing and why a Federation can be successful. Leaving any one party in power too long causes problems because they become lazy and don't care, this is human nature, if nothing else good make the Republicans fight to keep the state. Also I think doing that one box per county crap will backfire big time , if something like that was done to me I would make sure I vote against them now, it would certainly motivate me big time because it's not acceptable. Best of luck from Queensland Australia.
2
If you compare to best practice or at least attempted best practice if you add East Asian and South East Asia and Australasia together, it's a population over 2,000,000,000 and less than 1,000,000 cases, compare that to the US. Unfortunately some countries like Philippines and Indonesia probably can't stop it but they are low income countries with crowded slums where it's near impossible to stop but at least they have achieved slowing it down and tried.
2
Finally, while it doesn't fix every problem or even come close at least one part of the public healthcare spend in theory is going to be at market rates, not drug companies setting non market prices.
2
No idea, I am from a part of the world where the vast majority believe in doing what has to be done to protect our society. We are referred to as the [communist] dictatorship of Australia. There's a lot of irony in that statement, Right wing Communist Party of China has plenty of racial supremacists and has declared Australia to be the enemy, the US is referred to as a country that they want to work with. The enemy of my enemy is my friend comes to mind. Trumpers and CPC loyalists actually agree on a lot of things especially when it comes to Australia. For more info go look at the main CGTN channel on YouTube and read through comments whenever Australia is mentioned.
2
Pol Pot did that but with ruthless efficiency killing all the academics.

@jocelynjohnston8257 sky News is English and owned by some American company ( Murdoch sold out years ago ) , Sky News Australia is still Murdoch controlled and from some things I have seen not sure which one a bit more extreme but my money on the Australian one when it comes to supporting Trump, amazingly Trump supporters flocked to it when Fox was out of favour.
2
They can't see that happening any time soon though and the second in line DeSantis seems like the same but smarter many describe him as
2
No , you can say you hope they get voted out. Trump tried doing what you suggest actually but the military didn't go along with it, be thankful that is the case.
2
Some of you have said has it always been there under the surface and the answer is of course, look at any dictatorship in history but especially Japan and Germany because we all know them from WWII , think how those populations behaved with probably 90% support. In other words only a small minority of us are capable of withstanding brainwashing, you will never know you are that way unless you become brainwashed but at some point realise that was the case and consider yourself stupid which is psychologically very hard. So vast majority have it in us, stress and having no control over something is apparently a precursor for believing in conspiracy theories, so for many covid 19 has reinforced there support for and belief in Trump.
2
@Chris Koczka looking from Australia it's interesting and disturbing at the same time. The US has become so polarized, I doubt that these things are occurring in Australia to anywhere near the same extent. It's hard to see how the US will change course at the moment. Of course I hope it does.
2
@greenbrain8725 I would suggest they are hangers on, take Trump away and even the modern MAGA supporters don't care, they will crash and burn. I say modern MAGA because it's a slogan originally from Reagan and that was mostly not the same.
2
Conservative is the opposite of radical. So radicals like the fellow in the clip are smart, could have fooled me.
2
Hope you are doing ok and making some sort of recovery. Take care and best of luck.
2
The Jan6ers might very well become vigilantes hunting down illegal immigrants. If i was a legal or illegal immigrant in the US i would be afraid of these people.
2
The pre eminent Q representatives are actually female. They are spearheading this.
2
Yes it was a Reagan ad and Make America Great Again was a Reagan slogan, I think what it became would have him turning over in his grave but he would be ok with this pro Biden ad and can rest in peace now. Search for the morning in america ad you should be able to find it.
2
Can't be certain of that, if didn't do it wouldn't someone else have emerged in the same space?
2
I know if he was in Australia or New Zealand and an election was held with Trump being the leader of a party, noting our different system that party would be crushed to the point of becoming a minor fringe party. He could never become leader of a major party though because he is very inflammatory and divisive.
2
They have youtube analytics which would give a fairly accurate count of who the viewers are.
2
I think it's mauve at the moment.
2
@agriperma If you look historically many Jews were for Hitler in the beginning. I remember seeing some documentary and the person speaking was a child at the time of Hitler's rise and there was old film or photos of him in his pint sized NAZI uniform. Trump is certainly good at propaganda and like it or not many Hispanic people listen to Trump saying Biden is like Castro and will turn the US into a communist country. Normally a reasonable person would just say that's ridiculous but go and look at a Trump rally in Florida , some people believe him or at very least think it's ok to make that argument.
2
@agriperma thanks for that, interesting. I am not American so don't really know much.
2
As Islamic terrorists are often converts the same is true of people who change from far left or right to the opposite, they are the most radical. Funnily enough diehard Trump supporters are genuine bonafide socialists, they loved his anti free market rhetoric and how the US was going to fence itself off from the rest of the world. Unfortunately the Biden position seems little different.
2
It doesn't matter because Trump says you can't believe the data of any other countries, but he can't say anything because we are allies. He actually said that about South Korea but to a Trump devotee all the countries in the West Pacific including Australia my country and New Zealand are lying and don't test much. Of course we don't test much if it's only precautionary in many cases. We are advised in Australia and NZ and I am guessing other countries also any symptoms no matter how small please get tested.
2
@paulklp8262 destroyed is a bit strong, reformed if possible in both cases, not saying it's possible or not I don't know. Personally I think the Republican Party will change over time , less likely the CPC.
2
@thisisisabella3634 A far right socialist crushes the workers in favour of the corporations. In totally free market no regulations would exist for workers and employers which doesn't work that's why every country on the planet has a minimum wage and most places will limit how easily a boss can fire a worker and how easily a union can strike. China has 100 USD billionaires in parliament , they are considered part time and they meet once a year usually to vote on legislation. From memory called the standing committee or something like that. Think about that number of billionaires and how many in US parliament which you call congress. I know people from the US tend to think of socialism as social welfare only but corporate welfare is fine and protectionism is fine. Having higher levels of corporate welfare like agricultural subsidies and less social welfare normally ( not counting pandemic handouts) doesn't make a country less socialist. If you look at the US in the economic freedom index by Heritage Foundation the US is fairly highly rated but still a long way from the top, this index is the best guide to how socialist a country is, however it does include corruption which isn't a socialist or non socialist thing which might skew things a bit.
2
Speaking as an Aussie, some of your candidates for significant government positions are as scary as hell. In Australia we have some who are a bit crazy but actually I support them, they aren't from the 2 major parties and will never have real power but keep free speech alive so that they can be rebuked. Just saying I guess actually vote for these crazies if they aren't from a major as in 2 party system otherwise be scared as hell they could actually be governing you.
2
Run with their own argument against them, pretty sure Republican states on average spend less on healthcare and education than Democrat states. However the Republicans are big spenders when it comes to their higher prison populations on average. When locking people up is the policy in it of itself something isn't right.
2
Maybe it's someone can't have everything, I consider her very attractive physically but nuts.
2
@finn8248 calm down if you can for your own sake. Things will change I believe , but only if American look outside of the US. If the majority which still seems to be the case accepts some of the highest healthcare costs for a government because uneven social medicine is good versus the communist cheaper option adopted by all other OECD countries. Note no country prohibits people travelling to the US and buying the possibly superior non emergency care. The federal voting system is crap because you don't actually have one, eligibility is decided by state. How about having a government run by elected officials rather than the elected king chooses the unelected executive government. The US had possibly the best democratic system for a nation about 220 years ago. At the time a musket was a sophisticated military weapon and having a wagon with true round wheels was the state of the art. Your democracy is like those other examples, don't hang on to it, appreciate history and move on.
2
I am guessing permission was granted to use these names at least I hope so because otherwise the families could be very annoyed that a dead loved one is being used in a political campaign.
2
They control government why would they attack the other side right now? Election time yes go for it but not now.
2
The move to the Whitehouse means less scrutiny on his illness, Trump doesn't really care because if he dies not his problem and if he doesn't it's a lot easier to hide him for a few days inside the Whitehouse. He still has a full medical team available and pretty likely the Whitehouse always had a full intensive care setup inside the Whitehouse if something was to ever happen and traveling wasn't advisable, I would put money on it there is a mechanical ventilator there. If he is not seen for a few days get suspicious and look out for prerecorded videos that might be tweeted.
