When your opponent is digging himself into a hole: don't remove the shovel.

Roughly one fifth of Canadians speak French as their main language; Trump struggles to speak English as his main language.
104
Most of us since childhood, except for recent advocates for Trump.
49
I'm pretty sure Ted Cruz go it wrong: normally passengers are exempt from the TSA requirement to show ID before boarding a private jet.
32
@apollyon1 at least he didn't wear a khaki uniform. That might be in Trump's dictatorial wardrobe dreams.
15
Trump thought he might cruise past Biden; then Kamala cleaned his clock. We have 6 weeks, or so, to experience Donald Trump lacing together a coherent sentence. Time passes by so fast.
10
Trump will pardon himself. That's controversial, but legally defensible. He can not, however, pardon himself from non-federal actions in justice.
10
@jd3081 Trump has massively violated the Emoluments Clause of the Constitution, and made out like the bandit he is. A presidential salary is more than I've ever made, but nothing as compared to what such a corrupt President can run away with.
10
A stable genius will always find work housing horses.

@John_Demarco It sounded like 2, maybe 4, persons were clapping. To be fair, these might not all have been his staffers.
8
Trump can not admit error nor loss. He might trip over a stone, fall flat in his now-bleeding face, and then propose that he needs to understand gravel.
7
He's not the most literate among Presidents. He suspects that the other party in this lawsuit infringed his rights over his trademark 'Dumb Minions" staffing policy in the White House.
6
@borisremond4415 How much do you know about the food choices of either main candidate? Biden is a few years elder than Trump - but not by much. Biden seems to have taken better care of his body.
6
"I swear to preserve and protect the Constitution... unless that's inconvenient for me."
5
Isn't that massively illegal? How could anyone even think that Trump might ever act beyond the Law?
4
@hansdampf640 "and the calling for a boycott of the company from the left isn´t a crime right?" Correct. It isn't. It's protected speech under the 1st Amendment.
4
@jeanneganrude8549 there is never a bad moment to remember the Beatles.
4
It's a weird defense: "don't trust us, we are liars".
3
No, that would be criminal.
3
@Akamoke2021 Our system is based on who voted. You appear to disagree. Where are you from?
3
@ch1il986 What are you talking about - :"letting city's [sic] burn"? Where? ,
3
Canada fought Hitler for more than 2 yeas before the US finally joined the scrap. Maybe Canada can exist without American permission?
3
Although he appears to undermine it with unusual zeal, we still have procedure and rule of Law.
2
You don't know what Lindsay might be accumulating on his pillow, do you? Comparisons suffer in a dearth of verifiable data. For the record, I'd rather share a mic with Lindsay's shadow of his shadow / the shadow of his hand,
2
MAGA: let's do the time warp again! This time, for real.
2
Barnacles are delicious, but expensive - there's a lot of labor involved in harvesting, for not a high yield... to say the least. Endless barnacles would have bankrupted the restaurant chain on Day 1.
2
@JBBost when I was a young boy, my neighbors were saved from Nazi death camps - their concentration camp tattoos were there. It is sick of you to compare your current discomfort with those who had known the industrialized murder perfected by the Nazis.
2
+nanka replies are not threaded, so it's possible - even likely - that the "you" whom you sought to address, will not get the message. BTW Stalin was not Russian - he was Georgian.
2
@ws8080 That reminds me of an old Japanese saying: the gods only laugh when we ask them for money.
2
When Trump turned the White House into a Tesla showroom, he became a different kind of POS: a point of sale.
2
Judy Ruliani appeared in drag in public, but that didn't seem to hurt his prospects.
2
Wouldn't it better serve your case if those who came to give you moral support... actually had any morals?
2
You don't lose your citizenship for accepting an honorary [sic] knighthood. Americans who have received honorary knighthoods include Reagan, Eisenhower, Bob Hope, George H W Bush, Bill Gates, Steven Spielberg, André Previn, J Edgar Hoover. Not much of a lawyer are you, eh Rudy?
2
@LooKingG00d let's think this through. Some might express disgust / from the Latin, as in their expressed of gustatere; dis_gust falls foul of eating pleasure. ,-, Discussion is very different.
2
On many points, Bernie fits the frame of the Roosevelt impetus toward Union rights, and victories. As with other ecologies, seemingly ttivial changes in human behaviour can have significant referrent measurable data.

The final vote was 216 to 214. Without Al Green, it would have been 215 to 214: still a defeat.
1
Ted Cruz has given permission to address him as "Kiss My Ass". Let's hope interviewers take advantage of his.
1
Trump's curio squad needs to F (block) (block) K off.
1
When the funds run out: there can be found the bounds.
1
This brought me back to the TV series, "the West Wing", where Bartlett appeared to stumble in a practice adversarial slap-up. Trump needs to become coherent.
1
@believewhatyousee2852 Would you care to see a documentary proving the benefit of buying extended warranties?
1
The 25% import tax on avocado's was put on hold just in time for guac lovers to enjoy the Suprb Owl
1
What the Network Censors (TM) don't want you to hear, is a bunch of interference geeks telling POTUS not to order "rocky road." The optics could have been bad, the acoustics even worse.
1
Is Trump capable of pursuing coherent thought beyond his rehearsed attack memes? It seens, NOT.
1
Daguerreotypes were not yet invented for a few decades.
1
If a play were written about Pirro's outrageous and mendacious tirades, it would be titled: "The Shaming of the True."
1
The only mirrors that count are the ones facing the Don.
1
@MikeNeligan George Washington is dead; Trump outlasted. This is facts.

1984 is so last century.
