Most of the good English players aren't English and vast majority of French players aren't French. So what if he was Colombian? Ecuador offered him nationality and that makes him eligible to play.

* 125 games for Real Madrid - 79 goals&assists. * 67 games for Bayern Munich - 35 goals&assists. * 108 games for porto - 73 goals&assists. * 26 games for Everton - 15 goals&assists. That's 200+ goals&assists in less than 330 games. Stats an accomplished world class striker would be proud of.

What people don't understand is that pressure was even put on the French government to come out and state that they preferred Mbappe stays at PSG. What that means is that the owners of PSG clearly have lobbying power which is most certainly because of their investment in France on a whole? Mbappe certainly doesn't lose out monetarily, but this wasn't just his decision. Football is a shady business these days.

This pitiful channel were pretty much guaranteeing his dismissal by the weekend. Not as a rumour but more as a foregone conclusion. Now he has to sit there and take their questions. Cancer media.

We Milanisti will always owe a big debt of gratitude to Ibra. The epitome of professionalism, class and dedication. Grazie di tutto ⚫🔴

Martinez has the best agent in the world. There has never been such a poor coach handed so many good jobs.
205
Kaveh never 'explains' anything. He just utters a line, and then proceeds to repeat it using different words in a convoluted manner.
138
Clinton 'it's the premier league, and anything can happen' Morrison. Literally comes out with this every week.
122
23 goals and 21 assists in 89 games. So that's a goal/assist every two games. 'contributed nothing to Chelsea' 🤦🏻♂️
115
@rambo1872 eh? If all footballers are judged by 'being meant to do' it, then why aren't they all perfect at scoring, creating and defending?
92
It already is the case. If you want to sign medical staff or coaches, you have to pay compensation. They're also in contracts. Have you never played football manager?

Throughout his time here in Italy and also when seeing him consistently get picked for France by Deschamps, I'm 100% convinced that Rabiot has powerful friends in high places. Deschamps even preferred to play him at left back in the Euro instead of picking Theo Hernandez. What Man Utd fans have to realise is that Rabiot is literally a vanilla footballer. He is good at nothing. He isn't a defensive midfielder, he isn't a dribbler, he isn't one who provides assists and nor does he score goals. I have absolutely no idea how he keeps getting games, when he literally spends most of the matches just running around. If you want someone to join and just spend all game running around without doing much, then he's your man.

@realeyes2458 I really don't understand the controversy! People immigrate all the time and get given new nationality! Raheem sterling was born in Jamaica and his entire family is Jamaican! Does that mean he's also breaking the law playing for England? This is just all nonsense! Seems more like a vendetta!
82
One of the very best full backs in the history of English football. For only £7m, Chelsea got a world class full back with the optimum professionalism and dedication.

Whenever I see a video featuring Coffee Solihull, I always say that he says a lot without saying anything but let's give him another chance. I turn the video on and 30 seconds in he is offering info which we already knew, and then you end up none the wiser. Imagine being his wife: darling, what would you like for tea? solikol: well, we already know that last night I had egg and chips, and the night before I also had egg and chips - so the question is, do I want egg and chips for a third day in a row and be safe, or do I dare ask for something different? I mean I could, but I also could just ask for the same thing....😩

The last thing Villa needed after Smith was an unproven manager. But to be fair, Villa has been a graveyard for managers for donkeys years. The last time villa had a decent manager was O'neill or Gregory. Bar those two, every one has failed.
61
And no appreciation for Pep for pushing up the bar higher and higher?
59
Surely one if not the BIGGEST transfer mistake in history. His career at Barcelona has been defined by umpteenth injuries (missed 99 games thru injuries) and that miss vs liverpool.
57
Only in football could some wheeler and dealer think they could resign and ask for £4 million in pay off. £4 million in return for relegating a team and then throwing in the towel. Wilder's representative must be Sam Allardyce.
55
One rule I've learned from 32 years of following my local club - You strengthen when you're winning and at your most successful. Whilst our circumstances were v.different, Milan made the mistake of not properly taking advantage of the winning cycling between 2002 and 2007. Instead of bringing in top level competition, we just consolidated. You strengthen and buy when at your'e at your most successful and marketable. The moment you begin to struggle or take a step down, that's when you make panic buys that aren't well thought through. The Liverpool starting 11 were amazing 2 and 3 seasons ago, but they weren't last season. Players are not robots. If they know their position is not under threat, some will get too comfortable.
53
Only get one career, fella. Most of us wanting to change jobs don't get held vs our will if we want to move. They have to do what is right for themselves.
52
Spurs showed enough vs Chelsea until the headed goal to show they aren't down and out. And they've beaten city as well. Definitely the favourites on paper but its a derby.
49
@TheFinishedArticle how? Klopp has spent nearly 800m since joining liverpool. Before pep, Man City were winning but nowhere near as dominant. At least domestically anyway. If it was just money, then Man united would be spanking everyone.
48
Sky 'journalist' admitting that he didn't know of the FIFA 8 player loan limit. This reduces to 7 next season, and then 6 the season after. To call these people journalists is really a denigration of the title and occupation.
48
Man city lost it in the first leg. They should've scored 6-7 goals in the first leg. Easily should've won the first leg by a 3 goal margin.
47
Italian here, but always admired Chelsea. Pochettino would represent yet another colossal mistake by this new administration. The only name that has been mentioned who is worthy of Chelsea is Luis Enrique. Composed, respected, emotionally balanced on the sidelines, experienced managing top players, experienced developing young talent and has won at the very top. Pochettino is none of those things.
45
This man's insatiable and inherent motivation is an example to every single human being no matter what you do in life. He has been winning league titles for pretty much his entire coaching career, barely having seasons where he has finished 2nd or maybe 3rd, and yet he is the hungriest professional out there. Never makes excuses for himself, always wants more from himself, players and club and always tells the truth. Embodiment of integrity. Man City as a club will never know how lucky they are to have him.
43
His success and trophy haul has me question your audacity as a pleb to question him. Who are you?
41
Wolves were never ever good enough for Julen. He damaged himself with the whole Real Madrid vs Spain saga but the reality is he should be coaching a top club. A champions league club.
36
I went to Eindhoven to watch my team Milan play vs PSV in a friendly a few weeks ago, and this guy had a really good game. He operates on the right wing. He is quite physical, good pace and also a decent shot on him. Speaking to PSV friends though, this guy has a pretty bad injury record. He has missed nearly 60 first team games thru injuries. with the latest keeping him out for half a season.
35
C.Palace who have been on a terrific run have scored 4 goals and yet all of the main outlets are only talking about the losing side. This elitism rhetoric is getting very very boring.
34
The worst refereeing mistakes are the ones where the correct decision is so blindingly obvious. Horror decision.
32
@Muurat06 you have no idea what you're talking about! Juventus needed to sell post dropping down to serie b post calciopoli! He also didn't make the move directly from inter to Milan! Inter got handsomely paid and also given eto'o as part of the deal! Ibra came to Milan post being surplus to requirement at Barcelona! He also never wanted to leave Milan but downsizing by berlusconi forced him and thiago Silva to move to PSG, as Milan were not profitable! Context is important if you want to write nonsense!
32
The gap between 1st and 3rd was 19 points. The gap between 1st and 4th was 22 points. The gap between 1st and Man Utd was 35 points!!! Tuchel is wrong. What he meant to say is that the tussle for top 5 will potentially be more competitive. But Man City and Liverpool will have to drop their levels catastrophically for the likes of Chelsea, spurs and Man Utd to be true challengers for the title.
32
Did you have the same stance vs the USA and UK, when they illegally ruined/invaded Iraq, afghanista, libya, yemen, somalia etc?
31
If Roberto Martinez takes over, Barcelona will get relegated.
31
Man City literally didn't even have to get out of second gear and still walked it.
31
As a Milan fan, I'm devastated. He made Juventus regress and one dimensional. I hope he stays.
31
If Barcelona was a normal man or woman or family, they'd be out on the street. The club is over a 1bn in debt and they've just taken out another huge loan as well as a further 80m just to pay salaries. In what world is this acceptable? You have to also blame the lenders, for taking advantage of a clearly broken club.
31
What a brilliantly motivational way of getting the players on side to get to play for you.....
30
Would you turn down 60 million for a player who has only played 12 prem games?? Brighton are laughing all the way to the bank.
30
this is culmination of 7 games without a win. he wasn't sacked because of yesterday. Yesterday was just the last straw of a horror run.
28
You can have the best fans on the planet but if the quality isn't there, the team will flounder. I know this personally with my local club. I haven't missed a Milan game for 19 years. Yes we haven't been in the same situation as Everton have been facing. But if you don't have the players, manager and owners all pulling in the same direction, you'll face tough times. We have had change of owners, managers, turnover of players et - many of whom were never good enough for Milan. You can support them and back there but ultimately they weren't good enough when we were really struggling. Everton need a proper manager. That's their first priority.
28
1. They just beat Leeds who are supposedly fighting for their lives, 2. Fulham have been relegated immediately post promotion on the last two occasions, and they'd have been one of the favourites to go down. Instead, they've clearly overachieved and ensured safety. So technically, job done.
28
compared to England? did you hear what Stuart webber said about 5 black players? he said had they not made it as footballers, they'd most likely be in jail now.
27
Just like success and winning trophies, relegation isn't something that just happens overnight. In Southampton's case, it is the culminations of years of poor decision making. You can only sell so many good players before the gamble of thinking you can replace them falls apart. Their recruitment and even manager selections have been woeful for years. One of the bizarre things has been not seeing Mislav Orsic play for them at all. Top class player who has performed in the champions league. Completely wasted 6 plus months there.
27
Very honourable. In Italy, women keep their surnames. And as someone who grew up with my mum's side of the family, I decided to do the same when I turned 18.
25
I have always held out hope that he would return to Milan to add experienced depth to the squad. But as he did when going to arsenal etc, he prefers money instead. Very commendable record when at Barcelona. 11 league goals in only 18 games.
25
Tim Vickery - the only English person who knows anything about football.
24
Bartomeu will have the champions league success on his resume, but the reality is that it was all Rosell's work.
