  2. As usual, you don't know anything about the topic. You claimed in the other thread that you saw the arrest video 14 hours after this incident. Nope. This arrest = July 1, 2021. She was no longer alive in March of 2022. The arrest video was released due to FOIA request on November 24, 2023. They had no choice but to release the video at that point, because enough time had passed since the investigation was closed. But, be thankful that the other video (taken of the actual incident by one of the "audience") has not been released due to graphic content.

  7. They managed to keep it private for 2.5 years. But, eventually, they cannot block a legal Freedom of Information Act request if the case has been closed long enough. She was dead for 1.5 years, and had to release it. I'll eat my hat if you know any of this. You're more interested in promoting your hatred.

  8. I agree. This is nothing but a hit piece that is crafted in such a way to go viral, asking questions but not providing the answers (which, I'm sure they know). This incident was from July of 2021. She killed herself in March of 2022. The arrest video was not made public until November of 2023, and had nothing to do with her death. Funny that Inside Edition didn't elaborate on those facts, and left their entire story angle as "asking questions" about whether or not her arrest had anything to do with her suicide. The answer is: no, it didn't.

  13. Also, sorry, but you don't know the facts. Multiple people called the police, not just one. And, one witness even recorded the event on a cell phone, and showed the video to the police. Sorry, but the police report's version of what happened on the beach greatly differs from the words spoken by the woman attempting to avoid getting arrested for the millionth time.

She was never prosecuted, because she didn't show up for court (as seemed to be the way she chose to deal with all of her various arrests, given the number of failures to appear in court, and warrants for her arrest). And, the Freedom of Information Act disagrees with your conclusions. And, nobody bullied her into suicide. The arrest video wasn't even seen by anybody while she was alive. She was long dead before it was released to the public.

If you read any of my many comments in this video, you'll see that I am not in favor of this woman with the mile long arrest record, a convicted felon who spent time in prison, later turned stripper (according to her own landlord) who decided to put on a show in front of children at this beach. But, I have lots of pity. I wish this never became a story at all. But, yes, the blame is squarely on her, and nobody else.

She was a career criminal with a mile long record, including a felony term served in a Florida prison about 6 years ago. This carefully crafted set of clips paints the picture that she's an innocent soccer mom. But, her landlord said she was a "dancer" at the local club (yeah, that kind), and neighbors said she did "private extras" for paying men in her apartment. If she wasn't making "public beach" content for her fans, I'll eat my hat.

  28. Well, you're missing some of the facts that Inside Edition conveniently left out. First of all, she hadn't been a realtor for about a decade. She left that career and husband and kids behind about a decade ago to live a life of drugs and crime. She did a felony prison term for stealing cars, and had a mile long arrest record for other stuff. Her actual profession at the time of this arrest was being a stripper (this is according to her own landlord). Secondly, it's doubtful anybody made fun of her. This arrest video wasn't released until 1.5 years after she was dead. And, anybody who knew her already knew of her profession and arrest record. Doubtful that one more arrest would matter that much to them. Third, to answer your question about why she didn't go to prison again, she didn't show up at court. She went through a period of trying to evade the police by changing her name (for many different crimes/warrants). They basically lost track of her for a while. And, she simply never showed up to court for this arrest (as well as other arrests). Hope this helps.

This woman, however, chose not to appear in court at all (which seemed to be how she handled most of her mile long list of arrests).   43. Multiple people called. One of them recorded it and gave a copy of the video to the police. It doesn't match her sob story about nobody being around. With her extensive criminal background and track record for failing to appear in court after being arrested, my best guess is that she generally knows to keep her mouth shut, but, she also didn't want them looking her up to find open warrants. If she stayed quiet, there'd be a 100% chance that they'd look her up. But, if she tried to cry her way out of her millionth arrest, there'd be a 50/50 chance of them letting her go without looking her up.

  47. The Freedom of Information Act dictates the exact opposite of what you're asking for. But, the police can (and do) block the release of the video while there's an open investigation. That's why this particular video was not made public until 2.5 years later. She was long dead before anybody saw it.
