@TheMovieClipGuy69 I agree.
1
@julesgro8526 Yes. They could. But practically, losing Kherson would be their biggest loss since the war began.
1
@triton7758 Yes that is one of the possibilities I am worried about.
1
@alexsie3012 Yes it was. Very brutal. I'm worried Kherson will be worse.
1
@granockss9548 LMFAO
1
@HIHIHJIHIHIH True. Discipline is not exactly in high supply on the Russian frontlines.
1
@joaovitormatos8147 LMFAO
1
@georgejamesducas9602 I want to know what you're sipping on!!
1
@Alexei Smirnoff Winter 2023 will probably be brutal for Europe and especially Ukraini.
1
@triton7758 1) Not all civilians have evacuated 2) Despite the decrease in civilian death, a straight-up urban warfare scenario will kill plenty of soldiers. That should not be discounted. 3) Russia might also be planning another strategy since civilians have already been evacuated. IE: false flag operations like attacking the Nova-Kakhovka Dam or the upstream nuclear power plant or a chemical warfare
1
@danielvandenhoek1028 I will never forget The Siege of Mariupol. That should give you some perspective on how I feel about this potential battle in Kherson.
1
That's a fair point. Especially since the EU doesn't want to admit Ukraine into the bloc yet. Can't have it both ways.
1
This is why Putin's food blackmail is impacting North Africa, the Middle East, & the "Global South" as badly as the Ukrainian economy.
1
@rohankishibe8259 Ah yes, the "Halo cost". The price of halos.
1
Thank goodness for Myanmar. The last thing it needed now was Wagner. (Unlike most in the West, I am still paying attention to Myanmar's oppression and the Rohingya refugees.)
1
@spacebuilder4d Same!
1
Also, typical "green" voters: Gas more sustainable than nuclear. Gas good. Nuclear bad.
1
@ericconnor8419 Oh, quiet. Hungary obviously lacks balanced democratic institutions for this person to voice their concerns safely. Also, put your money where your mouth is and help fight for the freedom in your own country, first.
1
I was honestly surprised when France chose to support an accelerated membership for Ukraine. Although I doubt the US will change its mind until the war is firmly over.
1
He could just do what the Russian army can also just do. Just leave. Leave Bakhmut. Leave Ukraine. Their logistics, and morals, & chain of command are that of a defeated military. Only shallow pride that came from empty words months ago remains.
1
Your rhetoric is a bit too nationalistic but in terms of sovereignty, I completely agree.
1
No, they do.* But, it depends on the coalition in charge of government.
1
Since you stated your opinion, here is mine: Merkel was one of the best leaders of 21st-century European politics. And Scholz is doing a great job of adapting to an evolving Germany.
1
To be fair, Macron is so unpopular because of his actions & policies. And the number of years he has served wasn't too much of an issue until he started stripping the democracy out of the Fifth Republic.
1
LMFAOOOO I forgot about that.
1
@beesboy10 You obviously must not have been following Erdogan's agenda since the turn of the millennium.
1
It's funny how many Turkish people are getting upset when they know it's true.
1
This War might correlate with the Russian Population dipping underneath the 100 million threshold. A stark difference from the population of the USSR, which had a greater population size than the US's (Cold War numbers).
1
Linus 67 Oh ok. Informative.
1
@Subject82 Your mind is trouble. Your statement is stupidly false and nonsensical.
1
Oh shit. Why didn't analysts think of this🤣
1
@MrDibara Anyone can fly a rigged commercial drone. It's actually kinda scary.
1
I like how many ethnic Russians from the Baltics are adding their valuable nuance about this in the comments. It just shows how off TLDR was with this one.
1
1) Zelenskyy is a Jewish Ukrainian. 2) Your Putin d-riding is showing. 3) This comment has nothing to do with the video.
1
Well said, brother.
1
Wow. I feel like I actually get it now. Before, I was trying to piece bits of information from the arbitrary & overly-concise news that media conglomerates publish. But, now I know all about the "Thug Shaker Central scandal" in just 9 minutes.
1
Story of Putin's life.
1
@axtept66666 They don't have them anymore. The Ukrainian Army is not the same as back in 2014. And obviously, it shows. That's why Russia is getting their ass beat left and right🤡 Instead of comparing the UA with Russian forces (full of far-right extremist mercenaries, all under Putin), the UA in 2022/23 is more akin to a highly-integrated, well-disciplined, politically non-partisan modern military-- like the US Armed Forces. It has been thoroughly purged of Russian backwardness. At this point, the UA aligns with NATO ideals even more than many current NATO member states, themselves.
1
I think a lot of countries will launch "Marshall plan" programs solely for Ukraine. China will probably have its own. too, because Ukraine is a critical geoeconomic junction at the end of the day, and the CCP obviously knows this. Although, China might also do the same for a post-war Russia in a different way.

Chill

@Kretek Like I said, you keep throwing around false facts w/ even any sources. 1. "Technical grain" is what is meant to be used as fuel since so much consumer produce is also flood into the European market. So, "technical grain" is in addition to the grain exports already meant for human consumption. 2. (Regardless of your subjective sense of quality) The economic ramification of cheap Ukrainian exports outcompeting and destabilizing market rates of EU products is real. But your tone is coming off as "be grateful for what we already did" and "it's cheap quality anyway." 3. Above all, I think the EU Commission knew this was an issue and didn't act accordingly. This pushed Poland and many other states to their current actions. Western European states need to share the burden or EU Commission needs to introduce a better solution.
1
Gotta love the Rule of Law. (As long as we are not talking about 2022's SCOTUS)
1
While I may not know the future, I am confident that the best thing that could happen to NATO is Erdogan getting defeated by the Nation Alliance also known as the "Table of Six".
1
It's not an incursion. It is an insurrection. Do better TLDR.
1
Fake news af. Ukraine didn't even have anything to do with Belgorod. You're not even slick Mr. "Mashua Paul". Russian bots are trying harder now.
1
Except, Orban is not putting his people first; he is prioritizing his own self-interests. By weaponizing nationalism, he managed to widen his grip on power so his regime violates human rights, encourages intolerance and discrimination, and is flirting with Putin's regime. When you see an autocrat with an abusive relationship with democracy, you have to call it out unequivocally.
1
Also, the EU is a UNION; a cooperation of European nations with a commitment to democracy and the rule of law. The fact that Hungary is able to act like this showcases the power of one single member country. This is why member states have incorporated the Qualified-Majority-Voting system.
1
Finally, are you not missing something? What about the centuries of Austro-Hungarian dominance in Eastern Europe and the Balkans. Budapest is just as guilty as the Romans, the Russian, the Ukrainians, and the Ottomans for porjecting geopolitical power.
1
I've noticed that the triple bar graph (5:50) does NOT represent several EU member states -- from Finland to Ireland.
1
@kristofkozari9040 Right. Fair point.
