Pre-teens working are generally illegals that are debt slaves of the cartels. If they didn't have agricultural jobs they'd be put to work as drug dealers and h00kers to pay their debts.The LESSER evil is better than the GREATER evil. Restrictions on the hours USA teens can work won't help illegal migrant kids because the illegals work using adult USA citizens' social security numbers.

And somebody has to be exploited to pick it in order to get the final product to market at a price people will pay. The consumers voted for abundant cheap crap. The only reason housing isn't more unaffordable is because it's built and maintained by illegals, who work cheap and can't sue for injuries because they don't want to be found and deported. As far as HOAs, cities could pass laws limiting HOAs' ability to regulate. Homelessness is a government-created problem. People in 3rd world countries build themselves shacks from scrap on public land.
