  11.  @RoboRat-b7r  It would be used against merchant ships and supply ships that are more vulnerable. You can use missiles to take out the escort ships at long range which will leave the merchant ships defenseless then the merchant ships and military supply ships can be taken out using the bombs which are cheaper than a missile and there are more of them. Swarms of stealth missiles like LRASM will be used to target air craft carriers

  12.  @ozjohn39  Taiwan has their own designs of subsonic and supersonic missiles and you don't need missiles to be supersonic to engage the assault ships crossing the Taiwan strait. The strait is 180Km wide at it's widest point the standard Navel strike missile can go 200 Km another version can go 250Km. It has more than enough range to be effective and has stealth built into its design and also does evasive manoeuvres as it closes with the target.
