The west will still supply the Ukrainians with weapons coming in from Western Europe and the Russians will keep bleeding. They will never control Ukraine.
1
@Lomnjac007 a document from the Russian ministry of finance in late August listed the Russian dead as 48,749 and it said they would need funds to pay families in the future because up to that point in the war they had been suffering 8000 dead a month
1
The Ukrainian war is a long term conventional war mainly on open ground there is no comparison

@acubens_5084 they not freedom fighters they're drug dealers and people smugglers
1
@BravoMx you should get involved against the cartels who are destroying your country
1
@pausereflect5911 just imagine all the Mexicans crying because they're not allowed in the US anymore.
1
@AndRei-yc3ti America needs to take back their country from the Mexican cartels poisoning it with drugs
1
@ericp1139 they don't have any freedom of democracy they're ruled by the cartels
1
@corvusduluth no way to defeat people who hide in the civilian population and just lay IED
1
@AH-rl5qc the Mexicans in the US start attacking the country they will just show themselves as the enemy and the result will be a civil war that will result in Mexicans having no future in the US

@jesseterrell2109 Korea was worse than Ukraine

@rumrain838 the 1991 battle against Iraq the Iraqi military was one of the biggest in the world with russian equipment and they were wiped out That huge russian column at the beginning of the war that was like 49 km long and was parked up for days would have been a burning wreak within 24 hours if they had been facing the US
1
@terron7840 The Taliban were able to base themselves in Pakistan where they were untouchable and when they were under pressure in Afghanistan they could just withdraw into Pakistan if they needed too. They avoided major engagements and simply waited the US out. Ultimately the war was going to be decided by the success or failure of the Afghan army the US simply couldn't stay their for ever and in the end the Afghan military simply feel over. A lot of them were drugs users and uneducated and trying to turn them into a fighting force was futile.
1
@alexanderbarkman7832 the US didn't surrender in Iraq the Iraqi got their government in place and the US left in 2010 and it was always going to be that way the US was never going to stay their.
1
@alexanderbarkman7832 The Iraqi had T72 tanks and russian artillery of the same era
1
@rumrain838 I know plenty about the Iraq war I'm well aware the Iraqi didn't have the thermal equipment the US had and I'm also aware the US guns could out range the Iraqi guns and on occasions when they did get into range to target the US tanks they weren't penetrating the frontal armour
1
The US just needs to militarize the border. Finish the wall and have the army and special ops operating on the US side.

This is what a Ukrainian insurgency will look like https://youtube.com/clip/Ugkxf7oagcTaYCRhDSCWg5-CJLvVVNWglK1q?si=sm5qOFqfPTXs-VKb

1
@Hapotecario because they give in to Russian demands there will be more demands
1
@sjent you don't know what Ukraine's loss rate is
1
@js70371 Kiev was the goal but Russia failed
1
@js70371 No it was obvious from the Russian attack plan 🤡
1
@sjent no matter how you try to spin it you and everyone else are plucking numbers out of the air you got no idea what the casualties are or what the casualty ratio is. What is for certain is both sides are suffering a great deal which is obvious from interviews with soldiers on both sides and the difficulty both sides have making advances
1
@AlexanderGorbunov-k7c Putin is losing the game of chess he claims he went to war because he didn't want Ukraine joining NATO well Finland joined instead
1
@sjent check out this clip from one of Putin's main propagandist it tells the story of what things are really like for Russia. https://youtu.be/f25hWjlZrFA?si=w6yVYY2RMkRIMbDQ
1
@dan-bz7dz Russia started this conflict they're the threat
1
@Neptune-ku1es a woman who is a propagandist for Putin said on her show about a month ago on social media they found the names of around 284,000 Russian KIA.

Success or failure for china invading Taiwan will come down to how successful the Chinese bombardment is at destroying Taiwan's anti ship missiles. China's vulnerability is crossing the straits with ships loaded with men and equipment. If their bombardment doesn't take out Taiwan's anti ship missiles they will take heavy losses and risk an embarrassing defeat. For all chinas numbers and power they need to be able to land infantry and armour on Taiwan and secure a supply line to the island for the operation to be a success. They have a limited number of assault ships and landing craft that can get soldiers onto Taiwan and that is there vulnerability if those ships get sunk the invasion will fail
1
The backbone of any military is morale and the will to fight then you provide uniforms, weapons and training. If you go the other way and provide uniforms, weapons and training but the people don't have morale and the will to fight when that army gets under pressure it will collapse. Revent events in Afghanistan and Syria prove this point.
1
It's bullshit. If you had 2000 guns firing 400,000 shells a day that's 200 per gun. You will wear the barrels out in no time. And firing 400K shells a day is 12 million a month.
1
You're full of sh.t Putin started this war in 2014:when the Ukrainian people turned their backs on him and sent the message they didn't want to be a puppet colony of Russia
1
There was a document from the Russian ministry of finance that was leaked it was dated from late August and it stated the amount of money that had been paid out to families of dead soldiers and they were able to work out from that the amount of dead and it was 48,759 dead. The document said the Russians had been averaging 2000 dead a month and they would need more money go forward as there would be more casualties.
1
@gibbon8827 just Google leaked russian ministry of finance document about russian casualties in Ukraine. The reality is that first russian force that went into Ukraine was devastated that's why the fighting slowed down in the Donbas and they couldn't complete the capture of the region they had suffered heavy casualties and couldn't keep going They were resorting to going around the prisons recruiting people band has to do a mobilisation to get more man power. People talk about Ukrainians casualties but don't want to admit how hard the fight is for Russian units.
1
@gibbon8827 I read information from both sides of the war I don't rely on one source. I've noticed plenty of Russians and their fanboys boys who believe the propaganda coming from the Kremlin without question
1
@gibbon8827 who is to say it's nonsense you have two large armies engaging in industrialised warfare taking 48759 dead in 6 months is an average of 290 dead a day and with the accuracy of the artillery in this war aided by drones plus the numbers of armoured vehicles being destroyed with multiple KIA in each vehicle it's a number that could be reached. The original russian force that was sent in was so decimated they had to start lowering enlistment standards and recruiting from prisons. The war has been going nearly 10 months now which is 300 days. Average of 100 KIA per day is 30,000 KIA Average of 150 KIA per day is 45,000 KIA. Average of 200 KIA per day is 60,000 KIA. The Russians would have suffered at least 30,000 KIA at this point and the Ukrainian would have as well. All people can really do is speculate on casualties we won't know accurate numbers until after the war is over.
