4:58 Nota bene: The ADM-160 MALD is not a destructive missile. It is not meant to strike targets.
MALD stand for Miniature Air-Launched Decoy. It's rather a fast decoy drone that:
1) Drive enemy radars crazy by mimicking the radar signature of any other aircraft or missile.
2) Possibly spy on enemies radar: position, frequencies, operation sequences, etc…
It is used to:
1) Force enemy anti-air defenses to activate and drive them crazy while other much more offensive missiles actually find their target.
2) Gather information about enemy's defenses in order to bypass them or destroy them in future missions.
It goes a long way because it is light, and it is light because it does not carry an explosive warhead. So, in spite of it's outstanding range, it is definitely not going to strike Putin in Moscow.
In contrast, the Storm Shadow missile is an actual destructive weapons. It's a long-range (more or less 400-600km, depending on a great deal of varying parameters), furtive cruise missile with anti-bunker 450kg warhead. Generally enough to take down an entire building in one strike.
As you can imagine, ADM-160 MALD (US tech) and SCALP-EG Storm Shadow (EU tech) complement each other very well.

Oh, wait, This give me a great idea. Let say we organise the biggest fake referendum all around the world and say we all want to join Russia. 99.8%.
Yes, we all: Europe (more than 440 millions people), Africa (more than 1.2 billions), etc...
So now we all get a place in Douma, and the TV dolls who said Russia should nuke London or Paris are fucked, because Russians shouldn't nuke themselves, of course. And now we are Russian, we can go there whenever we want and just rule it !
Russians before this referendum are less than 145 millions, and not all of them supports Poutine. So yes, you get it: let's all join Russia by referendum and they are screwed! What they gonna do, hey ? It's referendum !😁

@puraLusa It seems there are more logistic options for the Russians outside the city, as they are supposed to siege it. But I have no idea how it's going inside.
I also don't know who has night vision and who has not, who has better night vision if both have, and who was better trained with such devices, and who has better access to electricity to recharge such devices if ever, and who is better trained to use flash devices to defeat night vision devices, and who has more imagination to improvise with, against, or without, etc...
Battles depend on very stupid things. As stupid as war is in general, no matter how clever people fight it.
And no, I don't assume such things. I wait for more data.
What I know is that some countries supplied Ukraine with high-precision shells for artillery and trained Ukrainians to use them. So maybe, maybe they can call for strikes on the buildings the Wagner group is hiding in, without too much risk of hits on their own troops. I don't know how much they want to keep main buildings intact for later, or how much they value such target.

9:34 Putin is making a enormous mistakes here:
1. He still believes that NATO members want Ukraine to join NATO to expand it. Well, no!
They aren't against it, if it can bring peace. But they aren't asking for it either, especially if they think it will not bring peace and help mad conquerors' plans.
NATO is confident in its capability to defend itself with or without Ukraine , especially against Russia. So NATO members will never push Ukraine to negotiate a spoliation by Russia only to become the direct target of Russia and be responsible for both the security of Ukraine and Russian crimes.
Territorial defense is precisely the point of NATO. It's not going to help Russia deny it. Duh.
The only motivation for NATO members to see Ukraine joining NATO is to deter any mad bloody conquerors targeting it and to return to sane business in peace that would maximise the profits for all. For this deterrent to be believable, it can't be based on the defeat and political division of its new members. So, if deadly threat don't deter Russia from aggressing neighbors and illegally keeping control of conquered territories (including for example Georgia, Kazakhstan, etc…) there is no incentive for NATO members to include Ukraine: they'd much better form a conventional international defense coalition against В.В.Пу́тин with all the nations threatened by this individual В.В.Пу́тин in particular, without the restrictive rules of NATO membership. This coalition could even include Russians who are fed up to suicide in support of his very personal conquest.
2. He still believes that Ukrainians want to join NATO for reasons other than peace. But there can be no peace with national territory occupied by genocidal madmen!
The Ukrainian army come to liberate territory and family members. They aren't going to sacrifice their family members and territory to get a protection they can get without such terrible sacrifice. Strange that В.В.Пу́тин can't understand family bonds, isn't it?
Ukrainian wanted to join NATO not to limit their defeat, not because they want more legal constraints, but to prevent illegal invasion and enjoy what is theirs.
If it doesn't solve this, if joining NATO doesn't keep hostile armies out of the national territory, there is no reason for joining NATO.

@CjrRbt You are taking us for one-week-old rabbits hoping to become our next master, you bastard.
Maybe you think you're the first one to try to dumb down the populace by playing on their ignorance and making them believe that anything medical researchers come up with is meant only to be used to subdue them? But more likely, you are trying to make people believe in something they can't know in order to become caliph instead of the caliph. A classic. Unless you are paid in small social rewards by exploiters of the naive and superstitious, which is not much better. I hope you aren't so desperate that you need to pervert yourself to this point to make "friends".
Refusing everything without a thought is obviously as stupid and dangerous as accepting everything without a thought. In both cases, it is the government's position that dictates behavior. This is still slavery, clearly. One really has to be completely brain-dead to believe that opposing is enough to be sure not to do bad shit.
Do you really think we don't realise that you are saying people what to do or not to do without explaining seriously why, just like Putin do by now ? If this work, people could trust any other dictator just the same.
You really should meditate with you own issue with power and frustrations before it goes as far as the current wars.
To compare the refusal to get killed or crippled in helping people to kill with the refusal to try a medical a solution against a pandemic, what an insult to your fellow humans, and to intelligence in general !
Study for real what you are talking about, please.
Note I'm not against people who decide for themselves not to obey things, as long as they accept the consequences of possible increase of danger for other people and their reactions. I just can't bear any more romantic, grandiose, all-confusing leaders coming with a simplistic solution for everybody.
