@klwthe3rd Is there a way to contact Anka?
3
Montenegro has beautiful people, terrific people.. (in Trump's voice)
3
Why does Andrew never mention cities in China?
3
Tiny islands. Wouldn't even call them nations. Pass for me, I'm sure others may be interested.
3
Word of the day based on the video "Quite Frankly"! Love these honest no bs type of videos
3
@ashvoj Exactly. Hawaii is a perfect 26°C with 55% humidity year round. How that's a heaven on Earth. Real estate prices are high (and stable) for a reason
2
@-Ordinary-Average-Guy Fly long haul international business / first clasd

@mariatineo4614 if you have enough money and smarts you can get a vaccine card without getting that particular jab. You'd rather subject yourself to a life of imprisonment in one place and live on the internet watching covid videos and making your anti-vaccine opinion known, and then go out and enjoy nature and other people, that's on you. I have enough money that I'd like to move to Belgrade, Montenegro, Columbia, and others so I need to travel to scope out real estate. The social situation and infrastructure in Western countries are abysmal and I'm not going to be grounded forever in a place I don't particularly like. I've gotten over 30 vaccines in the military and my blood parameters are that of a 23-year old, 17 years younger my chronological age. I feel better in my thirties and perform better than I ever did in my life, despite all these big bad vaccines.

Countries in Asia were closed by and large since March 2020. Why is Andrew talking about Malaysia? It's the one which had a totalitarian lockdown and is still closed to visit last I checked.
2
@liyentan112 My friend is in KL. Military was on the streets. "not totalitarian" 😆 Lockdowns of any kind are not proven to WORK and have no basis in science anyway, totalitarian or not. Government imposed lockdowns are immoral and not effective.
2
@liyentan112 Promoting Malaysia as a "freer than the US" is disingenuous. It's huge government. You are ruled by the State, even more much than the US. I myself left the US a long time ago and am not a fan, but Malaysia is much more a dictatorship than the US or UK.
2
@shsummers as I said if I wasn't an M.D or a military officer I would not choose to take this vaccine based on my health status. People could be injured by the booster, people were and could be injured by one of the covid variants as well. Not saying you should or shouldn't take a vaccine but has someone who likes my job and who likes to travel to multiple countries in a year I'm not going to lock myself in a cage in the name of pumping my fists and standing and fighting, which by the way you're not even doing. It's all about quality of life and for me that doesn't look like staying stateside and being scared and consuming a ridiculous amount of Doom and gloom content on youtube.
2
Andrew, maybe I'm missing something? Malaysia was quarantined under martial law during the crisis according to a close friend. You were locked down for 14 days at home. Not everyone had to face this. So how did your second passport(s) help in this case?
2
@itadrummer1 Dude I will heed this advice. Thanks
2
I guess a $400K 800 sq.ft. condo is a bargain?
2
@tjblackmore7863 Let me know how Mexico goes! I was just in Miami and Aruba. Now back to Seoul.
2
@tjblackmore7863 I have legally paid $0 on my US real estate income (due mainly to phantom depreciation). Don't forget profiting from inflation as your tenant pays off your fixed rate loan. When selling use a 1031 exchange to again pay $0 tax. These days I have a handful of rentals but invest in workforce large apartments, self storage, mobile home parks and ATMs passively (assets that do well in recessions)
2
I found its never to late. You can by real estate literally at any time (in good established markets), and as long as you don't sell.. you'll be a multi-millionaire eventually.
2
@makeyourlifeeasier5794 I'm a heterosexual man so your results may vary. My most loyal, sweet, ride n die type girls have been from those places. Japan is incredible in terms of scenery and diversity. Best natural hot springs in the world, most unique culture imo too. Hawaii has the best weather in the world year-round. 70-86F and never feel humid due to trade winds unique to Hawaii. Dating there is great due to romantic sunsets etc. daily.
2
Barcelona is way too touristy and it's too centered around that one architect.
2
Can you give specific examples and % how often the transfers are rejected?
2
@bogeybichon7000 Exactly, too vague. Check up on what exactly
2
@Oxatwork He is trying to push a narrative. That is all. I dislike the US perhaps even more than Andrew but I don't need to lie and mislead in order to spark fear and frustration with Western countries / funnel clients to my business.
2
@cooldudecs Because we know the voters always have an accurate gauge on what the most important issues are 🤔 Think more.
2
@aldogerardus4157 Its spicy and helps those bowel movements
2
How is the dating / women in Belgrade? I'm native Eastern European, successful mid-30s fit guy
2
@shotelco When you're property doubles every 10 years and you're a multi-millionaire, you're happy to pay even $7K. People pay $15K in NJ on a $600K property
2
@davelawson2564 Look it up. General crime throughout the entire country of America is significantly been down and has been falling since the late 90s. Things you hear from Andrew or isolated incidents you see on TV are obviously not the whole picture. I've been living outside of America for the last decade while making money in America but Andrew is often disingenuous. He criticizes US real estate except US real estate has by far the best financing, best returns, and best tax benefits in the world (on real estate). Obviously someone who renounced has an inherent bias to justify their decision. I am Geo-arbitraging outside of the US but unlike Andrew I don't need to lie about anything to anyone. Andrew knows most viewers won't bother to look it up.
2
@williamdahl3318 I'll give you another example. Read my post above. Second example is he is so invested in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia that for an entire year there were totalitarian military lockdowns in Malaysia and he was still shilling it telling you it has more freedom than legacy brand countries. Look I understand you like Malaysia but be honest about the police state outside of your door in KL!!
2
And then what happens?
2
@benchoflemons398 correct. That is why successful men in the West are choosing either not to get married or arbitraging to Latin America, Eastern europe, or Asia.
2
Yeah let's go ahead and tax the more productive members of society. God I can't stand politicians.
2
@fredsting9515 I intend to but I need some guidance. Can I really just pay a 1% tax?
2
How's the heat year-round treating you there?
2
@donovaneretzfarrakan5716 Watch but take no action.
2
@ernststeenberg7226 clot shots lmao 🤣
2
My opinion is that one shouldn't even think about thinking about speculating on currency arbitrage unless their net worth is at least $10 million. There aren't many listeners here whose net worth is more than that.
2
@benmarxxshow Lmao. I'm native Russian but I can't stand tall women or light features. Yellow fever all the way. Russian and Ukrainian women for me are bleh
2
@saimenandsaimen That was my thought as well
2
fawn fairy I invest as a professional passive investor in mobile home parks, self storage, and senior living in the US. Those are recession resistant asset classes which performed well during the GFC. As far as overseas I like Osaka (all of Japan is excellent for cash flow), farmland (chocolate and coffee) in Central America. I can voucher for those. I would stay away from KL. Going to take my own due diligence trip to Georgia and Montenegro in 2022.
2
Yawn
2
💯 faxx
2
How's your Portuguese?
2
Useless if you took no action.
2
@snterp Same LoL. My US real estate has made me very wealthy though.
2
Yes the 5th largest economy compared with all the COUNTRIES in the world has been circling the drain going on 60 years now..
2
Property values in CA have doubled reliably every 10 years since 1950, this includes the downturns! Also, due to prop 13, people are paying property taxes for a $100K assessed value for properties worth $1.5M. CA has the LOWEST property taxes in the US. Rent control affects like less than 5% of condos to boot. All this information is from my mentor, investing for 45+ years in CA. I said all the same things to him, as Andrew is saying here.. boy I was wrong. You could buy property in CA at any time in history, and now your retirement is set with just 1 or 2 rentals.
2
Yea. Time to make some big moves.
2
The way I said basically seventy or eighty percent of countries worldwide are going to require a vaccine to even travel and enter there. That's not a hill I want to die on. Would I've chosen the vaccine if I wasn't in the service and wasn't a medical doctor, probably not but I like to travel so the choice is clear.
2
Say no to Feminist s-holes with high taxes
