@BugMateo technical wise, it was a hard fight for both.

@commodoor6549 lmao whatever the result of the madrimov vs vergil has got nothing to do with bud vs madrimov cause styles makes fights. its a different scenario. That is basic boxing 101...you are clearly a bud hater. Bud won that madrimov fight without question. Majority of the rounds were competetive but the champ just didnt do enough and didnt threw enough to win the fight specially in the championship rounds.
6
canelo getting outboxed....
5
@ ...and madrimov was campaigning at middleweight in his long amateur days.
4
@ in what world?
4
@Marco855-z7x outlanding an opponent doesnt mean you win the round. It is still based on clean effective punching.
4
@somedude3977 you never said anything to disprove his point. Skills are built at the amateurs. Madrimov is clearly a skillfull boxer whose got a solid amateur background and campaigned mostly at middleweight.Guys like inoue and loma were already fighting top level oppositions very early in their career cause they got solid amateur background.
3
@ lmao that world you are talking about doesnt exist...that is delusion.
2
@Marco855-z7x no he didnt. Most of the people claiming madrimov won are bud's haters. Even virgil ortiz said it wasnt really a competetive fight and said bud won decisively. His sentiments echoes majority of the most respected boxing personalities. Same thing with every floyd close or competetive fights, his haters will claim that floyd lost lmao.
2
@cleancutstacks2261 how?...you thought he lost cause you prayed so hard for him to lose.
2
@johnd1466 you talking like your boy never lost and never got outboxed lmao
2
@ that remains to be seen...there are boxers who carried their speed and stamina up to higher weights. Bud not draining those extra pounds could be good for him. He could be fighting at his natural weight.
2
@PublicEnemy_1_ u sounda kinda ignorrramt with that kind of comment...he beat all the champions in two weightclasses making him undisputed twice.
2
@AlmightyAnt300 just because its the biggest payday for bud doesnt mean he is not looking to beat your boy saul...dont ever think your boy is unbeatable when he already got losses and got outboxed by crafty fighters more than a few times.
2
@oscar9mx512 so many close rounds but still a decisive win for bud.
2
@ you were clearly stating you were counting the punches...you never indicated if the punches landed were clean or effective.Nice try though...
2
@sohanetwork3886 another trying hard wanna be lmao...though madrimov's style is very basic but it still very tricky cause of the faints and all the movements he was making that even a top pound for pound fighter like bud was having difficulty finding and timing him.
2
@mar-k3s9k true...the thing about canelo is he can be outboxed. You can never say a guy who already got losses and got outboxed more than a few times can be beat.
1
@aldocuacuas5838 how is ryan clearing the lighter weightclasses when until now he never even won one single belt legitimately?
1
@leroygreen214 haney vs ryan was for a title. He just cheated to win it.
1
@ actually you are right. I didnt realize that ryan was over the limit and the title was no longer on the line for him.
1
@ opinion that isnt based on facts, science, logic and honesty can be delusional. Madrimov performed really well against bud but he didnt school him. Maidana had a very close and competetive fight vs floyd but he never schooled him. You can never say a close and competetive fight is a robbery. That is delusion...you ae wrong again, you are comparing madrimov's performance vs bud and his going to be performance vs vergil. Those arent past records basis but fighting the same guy basis. Just because bud had a competetive fight against madrimov and then vergil will have an easy fight doesnt mean vergil is a better fighter than bud. You got poor history of the sport. There are a lot of boxing greats that at one point lost to a much lesser fighter. Again, styles makes fights. That is boxing 101 and you are supposed to be not a casual lmao...give me a break.
1
@ ...and how come i be lying to myself when you yourself said that either fighter could have won with no argument from you? I never said bud dominated madrimov. I clearly stated that majority of the rounds were close and competetive. I am the one who is giving merits on the actual fight while you were just giving your opinion without providing supporting details. You are the one who clearly lacks objectivity...and talking bout opinion, the main commenter made his opinion which is very valid but you rather bring up the race card which has got nothing to do with how he or shawn porter saw the fight.
1
@ nobody really cares about amateur but wether you care or not the amateur is where boxers developed their skills and european boxing amateur is big that is why you got guys like bivol, beterbiev, lomachencon are already champions and top rated boxers with just very few professional fights.
1
@ lmao more often...really?
1
@ your judgment is awful cause you didnt even know what is the main basis of judging a fight in the first place.
1
@ that is why your claim of bud being schooled by madrimov is too farfetch...simply out of touch with reality.
1
lmao beat crawford how?
1
by landing the cleaner more effective punches and winning the majority of the rounds.
1
@Jair_montess nah...not even with canelo on his peds.
1
@ like you got quiet when floyd and bivol beat his ass? lmao...we all know canelo has got issues with slick real good outboxers like lara...
1
@ still doesnt change the fact that he lost...
1
@ lmao madrimov has got very solid amateur background who was campaigning at middleweight...you dont know how european take their amateur status very seriously.
1
@ lmao you clearly got no clue bout the sport. Dont you know that guys like bivol and beterbiev turned professional so late but they became champions in less than 15 professional fights...that is because they have invested much in the amateurs. European amateur is big. That is why guys like lomachencko are already champions in just 3 professional fights...you clearly dont know boxing.
1
@ lmao loma's career is short lived cause he turned professional late but he became a three weight champion in only 12 professional fights and became the number one pound for pound fighter.Im not talking about their achievements or how great they are but im talking about their skillset and quality as a boxer which you got no clue of lmao...cause clearly you dont know boxing.
1
@ lmao people who got deep understanding of the sport call it outboxing, not running.
1
@ lmao i exactly know the difference. There are boxers who got solid amateur backgrounds who developed great boxing skills during their amateur years that when they enter the professional rankings they excel so much that they can compete with top ranking fighters even in their early years as a professional. Proof of that are inoue, loma, bivol, beterbiev, etcetera...madrimov is one of them. Instead of appreciating madrimov's skills, you made it a way to make bud look bad just because madrimov was competetive. That is real poor reasoning on your part.
1
@ lmao bud for years has already been considered universally in the boxing world as one of the best technical fighter in boxing today. There's no need to hype how great he is.Any true boxing fan would recognized that. I guess you got to deal with that fact lmao...you clearly dont know boxing. Styles makes fights. Madrimov is a guy who got over 300 amateur fights just like guys like loma and rigondeax...and madrimov campaigned at middleweight.Learn the sport and stop embarrassing yourself lmao.Learn to appreciate fighters. You are not a true fan of the sport.
1
@ lmao again, bud already established himself as a top pound for pound fighter for years. The boxing world already accepted how great his skills are. The madrimov fight didnt exposed anything. It was just bud was fighting a highly skilled fighter as well who has got solid amateur background and who was campaining at middleweight.Didnt canelo lost to bivol who only got 19 professional fight on his 61st professional fight?...where do you think professional boxers developed their skills?..style making fights would only be cliche to people who got poor understanding of the sport. That is exactly what happened in the bud vs madrimov fight. Madrimov's style of fighting and movement gave bud difficulty. You are a fanboy, clearly not a true fan of the sport.
1
@ lmao im giving you examples so that i could destroy your statements. You already got exposed as a fanboy. My job here is done. Game over.
1
@ im givving you examples so that i can destroy your absurd statements. You are already exposed. Game over.
1
@Forteeseven47 you got exposed. game over...
1
@ that's one way to support an argument and destroy opponent's statements by giving examples...see you got lost for words lmao.
1
@ you keep repeating yourself cause you dont have statements based on facts and logic to support your argument...you got exposed. Deal with it like how you should deal bout bud being one of the best highly technical fighters in todays boxing wether you like it or not.
1
your boy aint unbeatable...
1
@ the one who lost twice against real good outboxers is more likely to lose again...
1
@jumpingonoffthejet9377 how come he failed when he won lmao...canelo losing to floyd and bivol is a clear failure. Bud didnt get hit by madrimov like canelo got hit by lara.
1
he is already in his physical prime but few more fights or few more years to be in his peak.
1
@johnd1466 that's real very good analysis...basing on a fight that happened more than a decade ago lmao
1
@lo.lucci414 you are simply out of touch with reality.
