@Inaflap 🤣🤣🤣 I grew up mute. Only learning to speak by watching programmes like the A Team. My first words were"Ain't getting on no plane fool"
11
My English cousin lives in Florida. The locals think he's Australian.
11
As long as they learn English, I don't care. At least we won't have to put up with dodgy "American English" spelling anymore.
11
I tried some when my cousin in florida sent me a parcel. Full of fizzy drinks and chocolates. The chocolate was revolting and the drinks gave me a headache. Then I had the misfortune to try "root beer" good grief it's horrendous.
11
I've had a similar conversation with an American over stonehenge. He kept calling them rocks. I told him they're stones. it's called stonehenge not rockhenge 😁 Plus the Spanish understand English perfectly. Millions of English holiday there every year.
11
@tonchrysoprase8654 when i went there on a school trip back in the day, you were still allowed to be among the stones. Being young children we didn't realise the significance of the place and climbed all over it like monkeys 🙄 Having visited as an adult you really get the mystery of it. It's on my bucket list to visit on a solstice and be among them again.

@kirkjohnson6638 Have you been to Alabama ?😂😂
10
And English 😂
10
Murray Walker. The voice of F1.
10
Favourite.
10
Pretty much the same everywhere. It's an American thing to be that obsessed with kidnapping.
9
I think it comes from a sponsor in the early days. Still daft to call it that now though
9
So will America reverse all of Websters alterations?
9
😂😂 that's what I thought when he said it was small. Where I live it's a single lane up to my house. The one in the video would be a luxury.
9
I wonder if America has the equivalent of a pub quiz? I'd love to be a spectator.
9
They were pissed all is forgiven 😂 All jokes aside, that's a security issue, they could have been up to anything.
9
@Wintermaus Most can't even see their feet
9
As someone who can't stand hot weather, this made me feel ill. Thankfully I'm on the other side of the world and winter is approaching (my favourite season) The 19°C chilly comment made me chuckle though. That's the height of summer in Scotland 😂😂
9
@sandersson2813 No lessons, no real test and cars that are falling apart. What could go wrong? 😂😂
9
@jamesoshea580 probably their right not to move 😂😂😂
9
Volleyball? 🤣🤣 I can't name one player, one team or the world champions.
9
@BogWarThunder Geography isn't their strong point. Or history, languages.........
9
They think pizza is American. Along with Mexican food, Chinese food and Indian food. Wait until they find out apple pie isn't American 😂😂😂
9
I had an American woman in my English shop, ask how much something was. When I told her 10 pounds, she replied "You mean Dollars?"
8
I was shocked he'd never heard of Marzipan.
8
My house in England was built in the 1500's. As are many on my side of the street. All the old buildings are on the other side 😁
8
Americans don't know English, they know American English 😉
8
GMO 😉
8
As someone who lives in Europe I agree with you. Just like the US, everything looks so new.
8
I've been asked why English people don't speak a European language.
8
There's no point being a rich nation, if your streets are lined with homeless tents and you have no universal health care.
8
How dare England name a city after an American one 😁
8
Yes it's very confusing and long winded. That's why they invented snooker 😂
8
And Still uses their units and language (sort of).
8
@Charlie-ez4ts A butty IS a sandwich. Literally stands for buttered bread.
8
The EU flag is NOT the flag of Europe. And on that subject, the UK flag isn't the English flag.
8
It's also hilarious that they think English is THEIR language.
7
@jars6230 how do you not know someone is 80?
7
I had an American on Facebook, tell me how patriotic he feels having English as the official language. Yes, nothing says patriotism like using a foreign language. Especially one from the country you fought against for independence 😂😂
7
By the time they broke the door down, it had been well and truly flushed away 😉
7
Yes, I'm in England and still call McDonald's fries, chips. Even though I don't eat them. Why would we when we can get proper chips.
7
Agreed, Americans pay more tax than us anyway overall. And get next to nothing in return.
7
It's basically a harvest festival
7
@VitKwanchai it's dreadful. I watched it once, well about 3 hours /10 minutes of play😂😂 Even American don't like it, they tune in for some songs at half time
7
I pick up a fresh loaf most mornings from the local bakers. The smell alone in there is worth the walk.
7
My cousin was showing his Florida neighbours photos of my village in England. One of them said why does that house have a hairy roof? It was a thatched cottage. The same person commented on that house with the black and white stripes. A Tudor house lol
7
@liamstrange4939 not the big break theme, but the chaz and dave song with the snooker players back in the day 😁
7
@Thurgosh_OG labour have privatised more of the NHS.
7
You could do a whole video on England alone. A whole year probably. 🏴😁
7
@IWrocker It is definitely an American perspective. In the rest of the world, it's just English. I'm English myself, and can assure you we don't call our language British English 😊
