I don't believe Timoshenko would be acceptable to Russia. All through the 2010s, she openly called for a genocide in Donbass. I mean, she literally called for the annihilation of its people.

They knew exactly what they were doing. They were just lying to us. We must face the fact that our media and our politicians and msm-approved analysts lie to us at the drop of a hat, with remarkable shamelessness and competence at deceiving us. Moreover, we need to face the fact that this is all orchestrated, that we don't have a free press any more. Corporate media are not in the business of informing the public: their business is shaping our perceptions of reality.

@Boycott-if4eg Don't be silly.

Plus Larry Johnston and Brian Berletic.

9/10 we don't get snow for Christmas in Southern Ontario. We get some flurries at the end of November, a sprinkling here and there in December, and then things get serious by January 10. In my 40+ years in this region, we had snow for Christmas maybe four times.

There are tens of millions perfectly decent human beings in Britain. The problem is the perennial English servility to their psychopathic ruling class.
2
Starting in the Fall of 2022, there have been persistent reports from the front that just as their forces are about to take over an area, the Russians would get orders to stand down and let it go. For the longest time I couldn't understand why this was happening until I realized what a war of attrition means and entails.
2
Because we're greedy and unprincipled and want to grab Russia's immense riches for ourselves.
2
Of course they can -- they're women in drag.

He wants his passport back....

No, Great Britain is not a term in geography. Geography recognizes the British Isles, but not the political entity that used to be called Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) but is more commonly referred to as the United Kingdom.
2
Nah. Russia wouldn't have survived what the West has thrown at it if it had not been great to begin with. A fact the self-deluded West simply cannot even acknowledge. 😅
2
I love both of these gentlemen, but I don't agree that the Hunter Biden scandal is insignificant and merely a distraction. Nepotism and the corruption of US state institutions such as the FBI are serious issues for any democracy.

Eight (8) replies, and all of them shadow banned by this platform.

Ask YouTube. The amount of silent censorship on this platform is ridiculous.

They've had false messiahs before, who led them to perdition and exile. And they still haven't learned from that.
2
Larry respects truth and facts. Too bad you've been brainwashed to see that as inhumane.
2
@Dee-JayW I've never voted Conservative (I'm a socialist), but I really doubt they'll be as bad as this lot.
2
Never going to happen. We don't have either the foresight or the guts for it.

Lavrov has already said that Trump's election in 2024 won't change anything.

@olliefoxx7165 Those are not your only options. Your ancestors carried out a successful revolution and a revolutionary war not too long ago, as history goes, to create a political system that no longer works, having been hijacked by your oligarchy (your lobby groups and corporations). Let your 18th century predecessors be your inspiration now.

I don't think Larry has any problems with homosexual and lesbian rights but with the degradation of public discourse and, frankly, sanity in the US. As for the question of illegal immigrants, let's not pretend we don't know what that's about: just like in Canada, where our federal Liberals directly benefit from a very generous immigration policy, so in the US, the Democratic Party's buying itself an extended voter base by letting millions of unvetted illegals into the country. If you don't see how corrupt and how inherently anti-democratic that is, it's only because you believe it serves you to pretend not to understand.
1
@vladoparenzan3344 No, it isn't. The US won't allow it. Most of the industries that can move are moving to the US.

In the West?! You people really do live in the Empire of Lies. The Soviets were the first to decriminalise homosexuality back in the 1920s! The West followed suit only in the late 1960s, for goodness' sake. As for the B in LGBTQ+, bisexuals were never discriminated against, never had any civic rights denied. Forcing people to act an enablers to the delusions held by a tiny minority -- the transgender disorder -- can hardly be called progress, and the same applies to the creeping efforts to normalize pedophilia by referring to pedophiles as "minor attracted persons". Utter decadence masquerading as moral progress.

@maksimluzin1121 Thank you! We should all start using Ivan the Formidable from now on. It has a nice ring to it, too.

@masteryourkitchen-areyouga7237 The Russian economy's growing at 5.2% right now, diversifying. They're so awash with money, there's a construction boom all over the immense country, plus huge new infrastructure projects. It doesn't look like Russia's having a hard time despite and in the face the greatest number of (btw , illegal) sanctions the West has ever used against a country. On the contrary, Russia's on an upward trajectory.

@MrRight1000 What diplomatic options with people, both Ukraine and the West, who've been lying and dishonouring the agreements they'd signed with her? We now know from Petro Poroshenko, Francois Hollande, Alexei Arestovich, and Angela Merkel that neither the EU (France and Germany, supposed guarantors of the agreement) nor Ukraine and its masters in Washington ever had any intention of implementing the Minsk Accords, that they'd lied and strung Russia along for 8 years to prepare Ukraine for their proxy war. And still, it wasn't Russia who rejected diplomacy in December 2021, January and February 2022. Just as it wasn't Russia who reneged on the peace agreement hammered out in Istanbul in March 2022.
1
You think the US is in a position to pull that off? I mean, it achieved nothing in Afghanistan, from which it had to pull out.
1
That's most probably how this will end. The Russians might even make a show of negotiating some small stuff, but this will end essentially on their terms. Ukrainians should have implemented the Minsk Accords or, at the latest, signed the peace agreement reached in Turkey in 2022. Ukraine will be remembered in history as just another textbook example of a country destroying itself by its own slavish fantasies and adulation of the West and by its own Nazis.
1
Looks that way, for sure. And the people currently in power have already groomed the next two generations of other witless ideologues to carry on in the same vein.
1
Not true.
1
Poland was an ally of Hitler and helped the Nazis invade and grab pieces of Czechoslovakia.
1
@marci3667 The US armed forces went down the tube some decades ago. You couldn't even win in Vietnam. And to cover up for that, you've been bombing much smaller, mostly impoverished nations with no air cover and congratulating yourselves on your might! 😂
1
In the collective West, the regional North, yes. I don't see it present in Russia or China, or most of the Global South either.
1
Brzezinski wasn't Jewish.
1
@bojanakolak7451 Trotsky was Jewish, Lenin a Russian.
1
Didn't your parents teach you that it's wring to tell porkies?
1
He wants his passport back really badly.
1
15 years?! More like 90 by now!
1
He knows all this perfectly well. Zelensky and everyone else in his regime don't give a damn about Ukraine itself. One cannot overestimate the cynicism and venality of the Ukrainian "leadership" class.
1
Not westward, the Russians never invaded countries west of them and fought them only in self-defence.
1
He's insignificant.
1
Family and old friends, you know.

😂

NATO is 95% the US. And as Biden let slip recently, it will now help Ukraine only for as long as it can, not for as long as it takes.
1
@iRelevant.47.system.boycott You should promptly disabuse yourself of that idea. There's NO country on Earth that requires its foreign residents to apply for its citizenship and passport after a certain period of time. Not one. Where Americans get these bizarre ideas is a mystery for the rest of us! 😅
1
Nah. Most people are peaceful creatures. It's only a minority that goes around poking others in the eye.
