Here is why you talk about people getting away with crimes, that’s called a straw man argument btw all you are trying to do is distract from a historical fact which is that Japan didn’t get away with anything. They actually had two obliterated cities to prove it. Not counting all the ones General LeMay bombed back to the Stone Age. And Japan and it’s officials did stand trial and were convicted of War Crimes just like in Nuremberg and people did hang including Tojo and Contrary to what your scumbag manipulators may have told you Mao and Chiang Kai Shek and even the Soviet Union, who were late to the war if you ask me but that’s an argument for another day, agreed with the results of the trial. In fact they were part of the tribunal. Make no mistake Japan did get tried and sentenced and no one walked. Perhaps it wasn’t the punishment you wanted but that’s the benefit of a trial which is that it’s not up to you what the punishment is it’s for the judges to decide and if you had learned anything about crimes and courts you would have learned that’s where it needs to stay.

@kynchan3332 I would say you are the one wanting genecide and according to our own traditional beliefs which formulated one of the most well written constitutions in western history and to this day it has proven to be quite effective and was even used both during the Nuremberg and Tokyo trials I would say it’s done quite well for us.

For someone who uses the term misdirection you clearly don’t know how that term is used. And the actual word is straw man argument but that’s not how it’s used. Straw man is when you are trying to divert someone’s attention from the argument usually because you know you are losing or getting nowhere. Which you seem to be constantly doing.

So if this is dictating then when you are learning science isn’t that dictating using your own logic? If not then it’s not dictating it’s telling a fact. Facts don’t care about your feelings. Facts are the dictator you are either in agreement with them or you are setting yourself up for embarrassment either way it doesn’t change what it is.

@kynchan3332 the only actual difference between a jury and tribunal is that trial juries are based on a demographic representing the accused’s peers a tribunal the jury are a panel of justices with equal say over the trial. Where did I learn that? I had to take a course on courts. ✌🏻

@Twodime4032 btw the reason I call it a cold civil war is for three reasons. 1. At first it was a political war between the two parties 2. It didn’t become the American civil war until 1860 following the election of Abraham Lincoln to president and 3 after the democrat confederacy lost the civil war it continued as a Cold War between the democrats who changed tactics and the republicans trying to push back and suppress democrat policies any way they could.

@chayo4537 Read their history. In a lot of ways before the group of genetic defects that for political reasons we call the CCP took over China was a lot like Greece and Rome. In fact from a historical perspective the two are very comparable and even the west is greatly influenced by Chinese culture and history. Case in point for anyone who was in the US military, I can't speak for other western militaries, the most talked about mind on Military Strategy, or at least one of them, is in fact Sun Tsu. That's just one example but it illustrates this comparison. To get straight to the point it was the CCP who robbed China of everything that China was supposed to be and I am using the word China very lightly because they are really a collection of conquered city states and kingdoms whose rulership has been passed on from one Empire to the next with the CCP being the current rulers until they do something incredibly dumb, again if you've studied Chinese history then no surprise here since no one in power ever learns from the previous dynasties mistakes, and causes the next Civil War in China or possibly a warring state period. It depends how tired the Chinese people themselves get of the CCP which I would say is already a powder keg ready to go off.

@HiDefHDMusic Have you even looked at capitalistic countries? It has it's flaws but it's not coincidental that capitalistic countries flourish and Communistic countries failed. To start, Abraham Lincoln in a speech he gave defined slavery this way he said, "You make toil, you plant the fields, and you make bread and I will eat it." The relevance of that statement is that the benefit of a capitalist system is that you reap the fruit of your own labor this also means it encourages and even provides means of entrepreneurship which allows a given craft, let's say food production for example, to be perfected. Why? Because the laborer is reaping whatever he puts in. If he puts in everything he gets everything he puts in nothing he gets nothing. Communist systems want to be the entrepreneur not the laborer. Proof of this? Who is it that lives in the big houses, rides in limos, enjoys the high class status and so on? It certainly isn't the laborer. In fact the Chinese laborers biggest complaint is being overworked with barely enough pay to get by in China's current economy. And how many have actually been credited for some discovery, or innovation, or even making better a particular craft that isn't a party member? I sure as heck can't find 1 and why would they when there is no incentive for them to do so. They are just happy to have a job and a roof over their heads. Who is reaping the fruits of their labor? The State is. According to Abraham Lincoln who fought a war to end slavery and passed the 13th amendment to abolish slavery that is the very definition of slavery. Is Capitalism perfect? Of course not but then again no manmade thing ever is but compared to communism and fascism it gives the best incentive for ones labor.

@HiDefHDMusic Who says a culture needs to be ancient? Back in the day Rome was the new kid on the block and they went down as one of the greatest in history. Rome doesn't exist anymore but it's legacy in Western Culture thrived. Ask any historian who specializes in Greece Rome even Egypt if Roman culture is alive and well? I have never known 1 that didn't give a resounding yes. So, to Americans we have a culture that is in fact a continuation of where the Romans and Greeks left off. And if you actually made that very statement to an American he would laugh right in your face. You don't have to take my word for it look up a French Aristocrat named Teutocvilee who wrote Democracy in America and you will see we actually had a very unique culture even when we were a colony. In fact he even knew the Civil War was going to happen because the principles which American's believe in conflict with that of slavery and progressivism. This is why attempts to make Americans Communist never succeeded. You simply cannot benefit from free market and still support a communist market the two ideas simply don't mix and the Civil War exemplifies what happened when such ideas conflict, and guess who won it was the anti slavery North who supported free market. Communism wasn't around back then but Dixicrats as they were called supported a precursor idea of communism which was progressivism.

@HiDefHDMusic It does when you take into account that US was never unified as a slave state. Even 18th century French Aristocrat Teutocville testified to this when he wrote Democracy in America. He actually visited the US shortly after Independence and noted the political and economic differences between industrial anti-slave north and the agrarian slave holders of the south. Yes, I did write political meaning there was also a political division in the country. Every pro slave or segregation policy you can possibly look up I will guarantee you will find out they were Democrat and that the Republican party was against it for a multitude of reasons ethics being one of them. Abraham Lincoln was a Republican. It wasn't only slavery the issue of the Native Tribes was divided similarly. Both sides agreed that the Native Tribes couldn't survive as they presently were but disagreed radically on how to handle them this was the real origin of manifest destiny. To make a long story short anytime you want to point the sins of the United States you have to literally look at as a state in what could best be described as a Cold Civil War that continues even today between progressive Democrats and the Republicans. With that being said if you want to point out a wrong of the US then you need to specifically look at who passed that particular policy or order. If it was immoral even by your own standards then chances are it was passed by a Democrat.

@HiDefHDMusic Look up the history of the Democratic Party and see for yourself. Pick any policy you think paints the US as being bad and see if it was passed by Democrats or Republicans and see for yourself. Bet you anything you will be surprised what pops up.

@HiDefHDMusic While you are at it look up the American Civil War and see who supported the war to end slavery and who didn't I will bet you anything you are going to find the defenders of slavery had a D next to their names. You will also find out that the Republicans were primarily Christian Abolitionists among them was Thadeus Stephens who wanted to put the chains on the Democrats and was quite vocal about it. He wasn't the only Republican either look up a Tennessee governor named Brownlow and you will find that he went the extra mile to remove former slave holders or pro southern rebels of the rights to vote. I can go on. Again look it up you will even find a documentary telling the whole story behind this cold war between the two parties it does put these so called evil acts in the US into perspective this is why Democrats actually are losing support because Americans are already becoming more and more aware now what 46 Pelosi and the rest of them are all about.

@Coldev-io @Coldev-io when you examine the history prior to the manchu dynasty and focus on iconic cultural achievements, so we are on the same page look at the things that made Greece leave it's mark on western culture philosophy, architecture those kinds of things, China indeed had it. It's only curse was horrible governments that never learned from its predecessors mistakes and the CCP is no exception. It shows in this repetitive cycle of war unification peace dictatorship internal turmoil then back to war where it all starts again. On the people side you really have industrial people who dedicated themselves to their professions and it really shows in their artistry writings poetry architecture even the martial arts. So the evidence for a soul, just like with Greece and go ahead and throw Rome in there, its everywhere in their history.

@dawnetaverner1382 if you studied Chinese history you would realize that they are actually taking it back. Which seems to happen consistently whenever a leader who should never have been given power to begin with takes charge and yes that does imply it has happened numerous times before. This isn't the first time authoritarianism went too far in China. I would like to say it would be the last time but that is never how this cycle goes. Ultimately what has to happen is lessons have to happen and steps have to be taken to prevent a future Mao, let’s say, from taking over. Is that going to happen? I don't know only time will tell.

I am Christian which means I believe God answers with signs and wonders but I also believe he doesn’t necessarily have to use Christian’s to send such signs, he can but if you carefully examine scripture sometimes prophets from other religions were used depending on who he was talking to and why. I do believe the ccp is coming to an end and the Chinese people themselves will be free and god’s wrath will fall on the ccp it’s just a question of how and when. It could vary well be an open civil war. It’s happened before so don’t excuse the possibility so easily especially when the Chinese people clearly have had it with the CCP and anyone who studied Chinese history knows what typically comes next.

BTW in case you are planning on saying it's Chinese culture or confucianism even you might want to read Mencius first he dedicates a whole book on Chinese etiquette. So don't even try to go that route.

Let me put it to you this way suppose you had a choice of 2 lawyers for a 1st degree murder trial which in most countries and states carries the death penalty and you only had a choice of 2 lawyers one with 6 years of firsthand courtroom experience and one with no courtroom experience and only his education to go off of, which literally means he has hasn’t won a trial ever and all of his knowledge is based on theory which can be right or wrong, which one are you going to put your life on? Remember this example is of murder trial meaning it really doesn’t matter what you want to say or think if a decision comes down to who has the better handling of such things and your chances of not being executed depends on it which would you have no choice but to choose? Now take that same idea and then apply it to your statement? Do you see the logical fallacy? And writing haha doesn’t prove anything it might as well be an admission you have no way of proving otherwise.
