  45. The average Russian is as detached from this as the average American is detached from the actions of our government. We are all safe as long as we don't draw the attention of officials. Russia or US you are safe as long as you do as you are told and don't threaten the status quo.

  46. As a vaccinated person I can only speak for myself and my friends and family who are also vaccinated. We wear masks when in crowds to show solidarity and support for my fellow citizens. I am aware then when I appear in public without a mask others do not know if I am vaccinated or not.

  47. It's less a question of quality as it is lack of regulation. Florida is run by conservatives so requiring inspections and repairs are low on the list because it impacts profit. Wait till one of the new apartment buildings springing up everywhere catches fire. Very lax regulations allow them to build them of spruce wood with no firewalls.

  50. Mostly because there is no waiving of ip rights for the vaccines and therefore no generic versions being manufactured. In other words in our current system people die to protect intellectual property rights.
