Odd How Corbyn gets condemned without actually saying anything racist but Johnson is given a licence to be offensive. Go figure.
310
Why should he care about the consequences of a no-deal. He won't even be in the country when the grim reality of Brexit arrives.
254
He's going to build a sea wall and get the fish to pay for it.
192
Failure to provide essential PPE is criminal negligence on a national scale. And clapping won't bring back the nurses and doctors we've lost.
125
Another Tory smear game has backfired. They can't do anything right.
87
If the withdrawal agreement is so bad why did Johnson present it to parliament and sign it?
76
Open sewer Britain. Brown flag beaches. What a way to run a country.
74
The resistable clown meets the moveable goalposts.
70
@allykhan8594 Make every UK based company (including media) pay tax in this country. Close loopholes. Fine the water companies till they stop polluting for profit. And claim back every pound the Tories have stolen.
56
Duck, duck, goose. "Get off me!" Apparently the Tories would select Goebbels if he could get Brexit done. But what then?
45
This only shows how out of touch the Tories are. And how desperate.
37
Just rename the backstop. Rebrand it. Pretty it up. How about : Worst reasonable basket case : ?
36
Even Brexit hasn't been addressed.
35
What's the point of even listening to Boris? He just lies and prevaricates.
33
Any MP that votes for this may feel they are trying to avoid a no deal, but devious Boris is just playing for another go in a year's time. And he could possibly even win an election in the meantime. God knows how given his character and record but that's just how dumb this country is now.
33
One side can't rewrite an agreement. That is just obvious.
30
Will the last person to leave please turn off the fridge light.
29
So much for bringing the troops home.
28
Tariffs, VAT, standards, people? I don't think the Tories have thought this out. No surprise then.
28
I don't get why anyone would vote Conservative in this election. What do they actually have to offer other than more farcical policies and more sewage? And it's clear from the standdowns that even key Tories have lost faith in the supposed plan.
27
I expect that history will have a kinder view of her once Boris' regime is put into comparison. Oh crikey! Project Farce heads for Halloween.
26
Given that Vote Leave lied about Turkey. Were found guilty of breaking electoral rules. That they employed a slick tech company to manipulate the electorate via social media. And that they were funded with dodgy money, the referendum was the worst example of democracy since the days of rotten boroughs.
26
This elitist mob are beyond the rules we have to follow. And they clearly have no concern for our safety.
25
"Don't cry for me you no-dealers. The truth is...you're just as mental."
24
Foster hate. Spread false information to manipulate public opinion. Menace the dissenters into silence. And close down democracy. It's all pretty obvious really. It's called fascism.
23
The real bullshit here is that powerful people and organisations now have a more elaborate way of manipulating public opinion. At one time newspapers just planted seeds amongst the trivia, but this is far more insidious.
22
Don't look! You might see something. And where did Vote Leave's rubles come from?
21
@Home-t4y Sorry about your father, but waiting lists were shorter. NHS satisfaction was around 70%. We could see a GP within a day or two. And doctors and nurses were not striking out of desperation.
21
Considering Trump's trade tariffs, what exactly are they hoping to sell us. A health care plan that excludes the poor? A new kind of virtual wall technology perhaps? Or will it be just more bluster from the bombastic wind bag.
21
It's obvious that Boris is hiding from scrutiny. He's avoided Andrew Neil. He's avoided Julie Etchingham. He won't even risk Good Morning Britain. What is he hiding? Oh yeah. All the lies and empty pledges.
20
Can we have a referendum on that? Ditch means ditch.
20
Got another 6 weeks yet. Could be over a hundred vacancies by then. Will Larry the cat have to stand?
19
He's a devious scheming liar. We shouldn't be surprised really.
19
Boris would turn cannibal by lunchtime.
18
The king of BS has spoken. Oh bog off Humpty.
18
America always seems a bit crazy to us Brits. But this is off the f'ing scale.
18
Go to 3:30. They look like the Adams Family.
17
Lilly . Odd isn't it LIlly. Some people love Humpty Trumpty but the rest of us think he's just a pompous clown. I shall be so happy when justice catches up with him.
16
+icdgyixfy. Are you implying that I'm a traitor? And does that also apply to the other 16 odd million people that also didn't fall for Farage's fairy tale? The true traitors are those that are selling this country down the river for the alt-right (fascist lite) movement. So are you one of them? or just another fool?
16
+Mark Larkin. Do you know how many EU citizens fill crucial positions within the NHS? I do. So what happens if they are forced out by a no-deal? Let's just hope that we don't need hospital treatment after B DAY. At the moment the vast amount of our imports carry no tariff. Do you know how much tariff will be added in the event of a no deal? I do. Do you bother to listen when the Bank of England, the CBI, and the IMF all warn that a no-deal will have a catastrophic effect on our economy? I do. But you'd rather ignore the facts because vague optimism is so much more comforting.
16
Nick Boles is one of the few Tories who refuse to go along with this populist madness. The others just have no principles I guess.
16
And they accuse Rayner of hypocrisy. That's a 10 on the irony scale.
15
I'd say that it was somewhere darker.
15
@6thi874 . The US corporations are not our chums. Check the price of insulin and other drugs in the USA. The fact is that American citizens die every day because they can't afford medicines. Be careful what you wish for.
15
Oh let's vote leave to stop outside forces determining our future. So much for that idea.
15
Democracy has become a fluid term for Brexiters. The referendum must be upheld even though Vote Leave broke the rules and it wasn't binding. And parliament must be sovereign, but not if it gets in the way of our insane scheme. The backstop was our idea and we voted on it but it's not democratic. They just have a peculiar mindset I guess.
14
Channel 4 is not an illegal organisation. And the relevant question is, "Was it a free and fair referendum?" This goes beyond whether someone is for or against Brexit, and this must be looked into.
14
@Lick The Wrapper Given that farms are rural, how do you propose to run this? Do you think that city people should be rounded up and forced to work on Brexit gulags? Is this Brexit Britain? Sounds fascistic to me.
13
And good riddance to the devious liar.
13
What concerns me is their covert manifesto. What were they discussing with American pharmaceutical companies? And why was the report redacted? What are their plans for employment rights given their decision to take away legal protection in their Brexit deal?
