Most of the people she put in jail belonged in jail. As District Attorney, she initiated a program to give deserving criminals an alternative path which avoided jail. Nobody goes to jail just for smoking a joint. That notion is just stoner propaganda. The so-called “nonviolent offenders” are drug dealers, usually selling more than just cannabis, and sometimes repeat offenders. And they are usually armed. Drug dealers are the most violent segment of society, save actual terrorists.

A 737 Max is a new aircraft built according to an old (but updated) design. There is nothing inherently wrong with an old design.
