As an Englishman can I say, long live Russia and glory unto her. Pisses me off that everyday people can not see how we in the west are the aggressors in a new cold war that birthed a SMO in response to our can kicking over Minsk. Russia's concerns RE Ukraine are more well founded and indeed noble than anything my lot have claimed re Iraq, Afghanistan,Libya and Syria. So Za vas paschim N slava Russiya.

It baffles me why Kiev claims it even wants Crimea. People think this all started in 2014 but nah, 1994 Crimean referendum on becoming independent. In 1992 the Crimean admin tried to just form a republic but Kiev was having none of it, ironically due to it being unconstituional. Seems to me there is no love lost between Kiev and Crimea so why say there cna be no peace until places like Crimea are returned? Oh yeah. Because Kiev does not want peace.

Good to see self determination in action. Shame such notions are not as respected as they once were in the west.

As a westerner (UK) I have much more respect for a battle doctrine, that expects those committing X number of lives to a given objective, to also expose themselves to the dangers of the front; than I do for Western doctrines of being embarrassed because you lost anything above an NCO. I’ve produced much consternation in my circle of influence by pointing out there is a big difference between ordering stuff to be blown up from behind a NCO telling an operator to blow that thing on a screen up and what the Russians are doing. IMO Russian will soon, if not already does, have the largest experienced army in the world. What do we have in the west to compete? A rainbow of pronouns. The absolute state of the west. It’s embarrassing. Almost as embarrassing as having multiple modern Russians complement the greatest officer Corps the world has ever known as seen during “The Charge of The Light Brigade” whilst also lamenting the passing of said world class UK officers due to woke agendas; as I have talked military/political with them. I think I’ve gone from sympathetic understanding, to soft support to outright rooting for Russia these past few months. If only because Russia’s actions have thrown a massive monkey wrench into “The Great Reset” and there is massive hypocrisy re Ukraine given America’s monroe doctrine and the shock and awe tactics used in Iraq.

As a Brit can I just say Boris Johnson needs to start thinking about his own more rather than Zelensky.

Good day Alex, I've being waiting for some calm and measured analysis of events most of the day. This nordstream issue has me a little concerned for the kind of escalation the likes of which will be with us for generations. I pray cooler heads prevail.

The whole thing about not being able to fight in the winter is that it’s kinda a European thing as opposed to Slavic. Seems to me people in the west are projecting over the whole winter is coming guff. Well, in terms of Russia not being able to field an army during winter. Winter is coming for Europeans thanks to their politicians however.

If you ask me there is a thriving black market in NATO toys in Ukraine right now. A real Lord of War type situation but it anit old soviet stock. All being bought for cents on the dollar. I think Russia had a point when it warned about where these weapons could end up.
55
Real life commitments come first Alexander. Now let's get caught up.
53
For once I was not at work so caught this one quickly, just in time to demolish my hot shot parmo takeaway. Those in the north of England know what I mean by that term "parmo" :) There may be a heat wave on but meh. I got naughty food to eat and excellent analysis to listen to as I chow down. Truly a day off treat, my thanks Alexander.
42
Anyone who knows what a parmo is knows I am currently in the North of England and just sat down to the best ever homemade parmo I’ve made. Damn good grub. And what do you know, there’s a new video by Alexander as sit down to food. I know what I’ll be listening to/watching while I eat :)

As an Englishman that voted Brexit, Vances speech was great. Detractors should take note of history. Ignore the wishes of the people and risk them voting for your worst nightmare once they have enough reason to. And Europe is sleep walking into another such scenario.
27
@redscope897 There is a big difference between the Blitz and a coordinated set of strikes. Get over yourself, Dresden did not help the German war moral now did it? And that was far worse than anything the Luftwaffe did.
24
Yeah that video was pretty mental. Patrick has my respect.
24
@freemanreed5228 What is your point? Believe it or not but directionless men can find themselves during times of war. More so if they already co,e from broken backgrounds or are prone to violence. You should know this Dr Freeman :P
24
@goatfokerkadyrov7528 why would I do that. I’m British, not exactly going to be able to access it nor secure rent via it or anything. Thank you for your contribution however.
22
Not long got in from a 12 hour work shift ina busy kitchen and what’s the first video I put on? Alexander. Keep the good stuff coming sir.
20
@steveosborne2297 "In the same way that Ukraine was never part of Russia except when it was invaded" Erm. Pick up a history book? Bad analogy dude. Also there was much ado about soldiers posted to voting stations. Personally it seems logical that an area near an active front line would have armed guards. Now if anyone had photos of people with guns forcing people to vote it would be a different matter but we don't. We have images of armed guards.
19
@redscope897 so,ething tells me you really don’t know what you are talking about. You know all the footage of Kinzhals shows them glowing whilst in flight? That’s friction with air creating a plasma sheath. Such things destroy radar returns. Good luck targeting the missile with current weapon systems let alone scoring a 100% success rate at shooting them down.
19
2 days running I’ve come home to excellent analysis from Alexander. Feels like end game is starting to form but then again I’ve being wrong before, Russia may yet make moves on Odessa once Donbas is secured.
18
It must be end days if Zelensky is breaking the fourth wall.
16
@terminaltom1662 don’t forget about the Biolabs. I personally think after the events of 2020 that was a tipping point for the Ruskies.
14
Call me old school but a tank is not a tank if it has wheels. Tanks have tracks, kinda up there as a qualifying feature like a turret.
11
RT have in the past hour or 2 reported on Gonzalo's disappearance. More coverage the better the chance Gonzalo will see his wife again.
11
@malvolio I've read a lot. Including a letter editorialized in The Times (1952 or 3) by one Sir Winston Churchill regarding 3 kinds of Jew. What's ya point? Azoz was partially funded by a Israeli billionaire. Still does not change the azoz ideology which is best surmised as 1488. How about Svaboda? Fascism much? Zelensky as head of state is thereby complicit in allowing such things to fester. Although he did try in 2015 to tell azoz to disarm so Minsk could be implemented. They told him to fuck off and watch his back. I'd feel sorry for him but given how Zelensky has feathered his own nest via plunging his country into a headlong fight with it's bigger brother it must be a sad indictment of modern statesmen if he get's any recognition there. Hell by that metric Putin is a strong contender given Putins Palace. The Clinton Foundation certainly managed to make their owners rich. The absolute state of modern politics.
11
@ChristyBermingham cute but Russia enjoys air supremacy despite your notion. Personally I’m losing count of Kiev based nonsense. From the Ghost of Kyiv to the brave 13 defenders of Snake Island. Hint hint. You’re numbers are wrong. Sure there are losses and some embarassing ones at that but it’s not as bad you make out. Judging by your username methinks you’re a sock account trying to do their bit in an age of informational warfare. If so, D-. Do try harder.
10
@ChristyBermingham cope harder. Ukraine is losing an attrition war.
9
@ChristyBermingham you really saying that’s you’re real name “user-pj blah blah”, while also making that point? You just keep making this worse.
9
Ditto and well said Chris.
9
@SovietBelka Understood. imagine being a glowie and you can’t even swear properly with your bot network.
9
You look very relaxed Alexander, happy to see it.
8
@Jagger1985able Using thee definition of fascism provided by Mussolini I fail to see how Russian Federation is fascist on the nation level.
8
@freemanreed5228 I did not tell you anything other than a retelling of how hard times can make good men. For clarity no I do not expect Russia to win the war via emptying it’s prisons. I expect it to win via attrition leveraged against the backers of Ukraine. Having no conscripts helps on the ground as well, makes for better soldiers do draftees.

So ya know this notion that the northern front was a holding tactic to pin forces in Kiev? Well I read someone musing on the possibility that Russia has enough corps in place for a major move on Odessa. The stated Donbass offensive is yet another bait and switch/holding tactic with the added bonus of liquidating Ukie manpower more so than RF forces could around Kiev. Big if true, landlocked Ukraine?
6
@guycharles9105 Agreed, I almost lost my normie brother to the notion one should go over there and do something. He's ex forces and when he talked to me about it you should have seen the look on his face when I explained what happened to the "Reddit Legion." IE they got kalibrated, good and proper and so they should. He was thankful for the info as he was not aware. Plus fighting for another country is literally illegal yo(in the UK). And this is not plinking at goatherders stuff, it's manning a foxhole when the enemy has artillery and air support advantage type stuff. Liz Truss should be hung for her words. That may be a tad harsh to some but meh. Why bother with the notion of Sedition if you don't stretch a neck or 2 every now and then?
6
@magicponyrides Sigh, refusing knowledge and projection. I’ll keep it short m8. Crimea and Kiev really don’t like each other, for 30 years at least. Zelensky is being silly saying no peace until Crimea is returned. PS. It’s the NATO trained, equipped and funded Ukraine army that is losing a war of attrition. A war of attrition that directly impacts working class people like me the west over due to the feckless politicians support for a country with no alliance nor treaty in place. They, the political rulers, had their chance re sanctions and funding Ukraine. Time for old school diplomacy that does not take into account modern first world perceptions of right and wrong. Might is right some say, careful what you wish for say I as I view an emboldened Russian culture thriving on the wall of opposition the west threw at them for doing what we basically did in a bunch of countries but for more justified reasons. We never found Saddams WMDs. Ruskies did find those biolabs. But hey, guess you did not read any of that cos it was too much for that smooth brain of yours :)
6
@volodymyrdvornyk6985 Privet muzik. Personally as an Englishman that is firmly stuck in “the wage cage” I’d love to take up Siberian Homesteading via the Russian initiative to encourage development in Siberia but as is. I’ve suffered 2 work accidents that have damaged my spine so homesteading is not advisable and also it”s hard to build up a small amount of money to make such a move or even a lesser one that leverages my chef skills in somewhere more developed like St Petersburg. Otherwise as a liberty minded Briton I’d move to Russia. That is why I continue to torture myself in Europe under a ruling class that hates me. I hope this helps you understand why asking someone why hey don’t just move to Russia is an asinine line of thinking.
6
So since when is taking an undefended target considered capturing it, taking it maybe but if there’s no fight there’s no capturing of anything if you ask me. Also regarding this notion that the west just needs to give Ukraine more weapons. Well, how about you change the batteries in the ones you are sending in the first place, tehe.
5
God damn son! The final two sentences. Very nice, suit you sir.
5
@magicponyrides yes yes, everyone with a different opinion than you is a Russian shill. Pick up a history book. Or even just research the 1992 Black Sea Fleet Debacle. You could even look at polling conducted by a Geroge Soros affiliated NGO that shows even amongst the Uki demographic of Crimea they thought the annexation of 2014 was overall a good thing. If Crimea and Kiev want nothing to do with one another in reality then why continue this silly narrative of no peace until all of Ukraine is returned? Sorry but it just smacks of Zelensky being a mouth piece as opposed to thinking of his people. His people can get on just fine without Crimea, likewise the Crimeans and given the notions of democracy. Well. If interested in peace then a minimum expectation should be that Ukraine is going to lose 1-4 chunks of itself. Whats done is done, get round a table already before more is done.
5
@vladtheimpala1 Oh no, the British judiciary system threw him out! That totally invalidates anything he does...
5
Go on India and Brazil. Good on ya. Although I reckon the yanks will find a way to force what they want through even if it risks escalating the situation even more than they already have.
4
@Mark-xv5lb Fun fact. After 2014 there was an edict that the Russian defense armaments industry had to domestically source their own chips and in general all raw materials needed. Russia has the ability to manufacture more long range missiles. Don't fall for the sanction shite. Iran has being sanctioned for how long but they are still producing drones that outperform the switchblades of NATO from what I can discern.
4
Don't you just love to see actual self determination? I remember when the West used to respect that kinda thing.
4
Look after yourself Alexander, I nearly got done in by an unexpected medical issue these past few weeks. Gives a person some perspective.
4
@RUSKILLERGRIPEN I see the double space between say and pernickety. Say, did you have to spell check that champ? Verily NATO’s might is best represented by you. Now stop glowing so readily and earn that paycheck.
3
@jonaswhale6451 by your logic native americans are immigrants as they did not evolve in the Americas. They immigrated across the Alaskan Land Bridge from Eastern Russia and Siberia. If indeed the Americas were indeed conquered then there are native white Americans now as well as immigrant.
3
@andrew30m "100,000 of rounds of ammunition" You really don't have a clue what you are talking about do you. You are just parroting information. FYI a high intensity firefight involving 1000 men would chew through that munition stockpile in less than 24 hours. Also OP said nothing about retreat or mass desertion. Further if it was a mass desertion where are the parades of newly formed brigades formed from disgruntled turncoat Ruskie soldiers? Or simple POW parades soviet style. There are none because as this video points out it's DPR and LPR militias who make up the bulk of the forces. They would not desert and it would appear they were pulled back. As for the armour. Not even that much in the grand scheme of things, such targets are easily liquidated with air superiority and frankly it shows the RF cares more about it's personnel than it does it's equipment. So all in the western media angle as ever seems rather shaky and of a clutching at straws kind of logic. We shall see where things lay in a weeks time.

Whenever someone tells me Russia is struggling with arms/ammo/missiles I gleefully inform them that Russia has an entire city dedicated to munitions manufacture. The city, prior to sanctions anyway, supplies 1/5th of global demand. Yeah, I’m totally sure Russia is struggling to produce stocks of whatever it’s army needs. I’d wager that Russia is well placed to out produce the MIC of the west. We’re still suffering from legacy lockdown supply chain issues, suffering from wokeness and an overly influential green lobby, while facing an energy shortfall. A lot of western production has being offshored as well so if other countries stop playing ball NATO powers are screwed on the industrial output front. So maybe these claims about a last surge of missiles is actually more reflective of news media outlets in Britain. A last surge of propaganda as they run out of options. As for America and the possibility of Biden being prematurely ejected from the white house before 2024, there is a hitch. Kamala Harris is next in line should Biden bow out or be forced out before then. She would continue the same policies of the swamp. Even if you got her out of the way given she is arguably less popular than Biden one would still face the chance of Nancy Pelosi as President of USA. Personally I hope Biden makes it the distance so it’s a showdown between sleepy joe and Donald Trump in 2024. But I will concede that it’s more likely Biden will be out of rhe picture by then given his all too obvious cognitive decline. I thought it was bad in 2020 but watching some of those videos/debates back Biden was actually more coherent back then. It’s only being 2 years and now his average speech is genuinely baffling. It’s actually kinda sad really, basically elder abuse but hey. Big man gotta get paid, laptops, prosecutors fired in exhange for an aid package etc. So I suppose he’s already living his own hell.
